Subject: Re: I need someone to tell me how much they would invest assuming the due diligence proves out, etc. It's not a commitment, much more a statement of intent and preparedness to back us if we decide to proceed and they themselves are satisfied with the overall transaction once it solidifies. Morgan Stanley will call them and ask it they are prepared to back us to the tune of whatever their number is, again assuming the due dil proves out etc. Morgan Stanley will also need to satisfy themselves that each investor has the wherewithal to write their portion of the check should they elect to do so. So all I really need is an email saying that assuming everyone is satisfied with the results of the due dil and the structure, they would be prepared to invest $x. Totally non-binding.
