Marc took over at one point, figured out how to automate (designing equipment) everything, expand, and developed numerous new products. He's understated, and has a kind of creativity like this that comes out over time. I like Marc a lot. He has a sweetness -- for example, since Dean Kamen's dad passed away, Marc has regularly checked in on Dean's mom, taking her to dinner or lunch now and then.
