-The headliner / PSU lighting in this GIV is much more modem compared to other GIV we had
in prebuy, the drink rails in fwd club area are wide, however the rest of the side rails are slim.
The rear Lay is dark color wood compared to the light wood in the rest of aircraft for some
reason, I would think you would re-stain the wood or completly change.
-Cockpit is light gray panel compared to the black.
-headliner is a good base due to its style.
-cockpit has Gulfstream factory flight bags install on Yoke, which was an expensive option
when it first was introduced, estimate $80k+
Its an 8000 hour GIV with 4000 landings, I certainly don't think this plane is worth much more
than 55.5M and would perfer to view in person to justify this price, just by looking at photos of
the cockpit, normal wear and tear on rudder pedals is evident when I zoom in. This appears to
be a very simular GIV to serial #1030 with more hours and better headliner style.

The engines were 0/H 5/07 next due arc mid-life's at 5/17 and 0/H 5/27.
72 month was done last year, 5/I I.
Here arc 3 pictures of the cockpit. I do not have any more of the interior on file.

for quick reference:
when was corrosion inspection completed on the engines: date and next due?
72 month completion date?
will review the 445 pages of CMP at this time

The GIV is on the HAPP program. It was on the JSSI tip to tail which recently
expired but can be put back on.
Please see the attachment for the current status report, it will show every
inspection, next due and mods done to the plane.
