I am going to send a letter to the plaintiffs' attorneys, Mermelstein & Horowitz, informing them there are no documents responsive to their subpoena. Before doing so, I wanted to confirm with you that there were no sworn statements taken from any of the six women. I am hoping that my letter will satisfy plaintiffs regarding the non-existence of the records they request. However, we may have to provide a declaration attesting to that fact. When I spoke with FBI Paralegal I asked who would be the appropriate individual to sign a declaration regarding the absence of any records.
