David,
Please see attached two deals which you indicated would be of interest.
1 Dubai Wellness Opportunity, Dubai Healthcare City - See attached PPM, and
2 Economic Zones World, JAFZA - See attached details. There are a number of ways that this can be
structured and I met with them last week to discuss. They are of the opinion, as am I, that you guys
should structure a deal and approach us with what you know will work for you. They will look at an outright
acquisition, minority or majority equity plays, leaseback structures, etc. The have stipulated that the
minimum 'buy in' is USD280,000,000 up to the total contract cost which is outlined in the attached
document.
Once you have had time to digest the attached I am sure you will have some queries so please contact me
anytime.
I also provided some other opportunities in the pack I gave you when we did the tour. If you could provide
some feedback so I will be able to identify and present more suitable structures.
