I. i assume that most covenants would be mutual, melinda and bill would sign . . . 2. the severance in the agreeemnt is only one year? is that your new postion? ? 3, I assume Bill is aware that boris would be required to keep some emails to justify his tax positon, in addition a mechanism to prove that that at all times he was acting upon directions and instrctions from bill. 4 the agreement makes no mention of the already exisitng agreement with re boris investiment overide. 5. the document changes at will to another type of employment, ( why ). , 6. it makes no metiong of bills commitement to help find anohtcr position. 7, AS boris was told that melinda wanted a divorce over this incident , how does he protect himslef from disclousre . 8 . wil need documents that suport your authorization to sign on behofof bg3. , manager binding? if that is the eventaul postion. 9. Boris is emotionally very fragile. I mentioned this in both of our telephone calls. Can Bill send him an email or something that calms him.?
