Since 2007, I have pieced together many occurrences that have led me to believe that the same individuals/ organization (i.e. Bond University Limited; their website is; https://bond.edu.au/) have had a hand in destroying my professional legal career, political career, business ventures and personal relationships. I have attempted to pursue tutoring businesses which were targeted by Kirsty Mitchell and Alan Finch & their Associates from Bond University Limited; as my posters around campus were constantly trashed and I was also removed from the list of accredited tutoring business and their tutoring business partner called; A Team Tuition; was placed on the list. I attempted to pursue a 24.7/Global law firm covering multiple areas of law in all Global Jurisdictions and Alan Finch has passed this highly confidential information onto Salerno (Their website is; — now on their website it states 24.7. On two occasions I have entered into the Pitch at Palace Contest (Run by the Duke of York Prince Andrew) and was removed due to Bond contacting the committee without my knowledge. Currently; the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) are now investigating Bond University Limited and they have assigned a formal Investigator to my case. I was in an on again off again relationship with my ex Shiva Amiri and she informed me that some of the faculty at Bond University Limited are pursuing her/ having sexual relations with her and this was alarming; as I feel that she was already in a vulnerable state due to her prior history of depression, drugs and suicidal thoughts. I believe that she was very impressionable and that these faculty members filled her head with information; as they have a criminal law background and perhaps blackmailed her to help set me up and have me charged. I had sought assistance from QPS regarding this and I believe that a proper investigation was never done. The QP9 mentioned that I met her; Shiva Amiri; at a particular hotel on a particular floor — this is completely incorrect as I have been diagnosed with acrophobia vertigo and I am not able to catch a lift or take stairs to a high floor as per my diagnosis . Bond University Limited is a corporation that is set up in a manner which is not accountable to the public and I believe that their staff engage in scholarly misconduct as evidenced in the trapped inside article. I believe that in the past, currently and in the future, they will continue to commit all types of criminal offences and civil offences including corruptional crimes/white collar crimes/sex crimes/ fraud on a Local/National and International scale through their Global Network. I believe that they have a strong relationship with the media in Australia and Overseas; IE The Gold Coast Bulletin and with the QPS and Other Law Enforcement Agencies and for this reason, I am having difficulty seeking justice as all avenues appear to be limited. I have limited finances and I am not able to hire private legal representation to assist me with seeking justice. I strongly believe that for these reasons, there is a high level of white-collar crime, corruptional conduct occurring at the institution; Bond University Limited and their Circles/Network of Associates; on a National and International scale. The founder himself Alan Bond; was charged with fraud. The history of the university and its practices has been flawed throughout the years. Strong Evidence on various Law Enforcement Agencies records and in the Media. Corruptional Crime 1. QPS tampered with my evidence at the station by not documenting it 2. They did not protect me as they said they would 3. I think Bond University Limited has bribed the police or influenced them or along those lines 4. Constable Glen Campaign lied to me and did not obtain video footage or security reports filed with Bond University Limited- my ex Shiva Amiri; followed me to the toilet. I followed up over the phone and in person and I was promised they will contact me to provide me all of this evidence. I never received this. 5. I was removed from Pitch at Palace (Hosted by Prince Andrew the Duke of York (After I was exclusively selected) twice in both 2017 and in 2018 — Bond University Limited university authorities liaised with Pitch at Palace committee; to have me removed — saw me as a threat 1 EFTA00277065  and competition; they had a plan to team up with Salerno Law; steal my Pitch and commercial business ideas. Their reasons I submit is power and commercial long-term greed and other selfish interests. 6. I had confidential coffee chats with Alan Finch, and he stole my confidential ideas 24.7 and many other of my Business/Career innovative ideas and practices. IE Bond University Limited teamed up formally with Salerno Law and previously with A Team Tuition; sabotaged my professional career and businesses and personal life. On one particular day during 2016 or 2017; Alan Finch and I organised a confidential coffee cath up to discuss my career and the current role and work I was doing for Legal Exchange Lawyers (My Law Principal at the time was Alexander Andrew Tees). Alan Finch and I organised and subsequently met at Black Boards Coffee in Varsity Lakes (Their website is; ) and while we were having coffee; two Queensland police officers immediately walked past blackboard made eye contact with me and sat down behind us. This is very strange, odd behaviour. This shows potential corruption, strong alliance between Bond University Limited and Queensland Police Force. Was this all pre-arranged? 7. Kirsty Mitchell from Bond University Limited; her role is; Director, Beyond Bond Convenor) called me one day in 2018 regarding the Pitch at Palace competition hosted by Prince Andrew The Duke of York; she called me with another one of her colleagues from Bond University Limited and they were asking me very strange questions about my pitch. The next day; Michael Dean who is The Company Secretary and In-house counsel from Bond University emailed me telling me they contact the royal team at Pitch at Palace and had me withdrawn from the 2018 Pitch at Palace competition. They did this also the year before in 2017. This is corruption crime/conduct and they damaged my company and my career and reputation with the Royal Family and others. Please hold Bond University Limited to account criminally and civilly. Subsequently a short time later; I told Kirsty Mitchell; that I was working in aged care — lost my job soon after- on last day of my job at the aged care, Bond staff called my work and wanted to ask to speak to hr Director. I happened to answer the phone and busted Bond University Limited contacting my place of work to get me removed or fired. 8. My previous tutoring business; called 1) Bond Tutoring and Resumes and 2) Effective Resumes and Tutoring — I spent thousands of dollars preparing posters, I would find them in the bin that very day on the Bond University Limited campus (whilst all other students/alumni and other people posters remained),- I was accredited as a tutor through the NSW association — tutoring company. A Team Tuition plus associated with Alan Finch and Kirsty Mitchell and Bond University Limited— contacted the NSW Association to have me removed from the accredited list and had A Team Tuition placed on the accredited list.- They, Alan Finch;Kirsty Mitchel, Michael Dean and others from Bond University Limited; tried to ruin my reputation stating that I am not a good tutor through direct and indirect means. Every one of my clients external to Bond University Limited; loved my hard work. Many people have said Bond University Limited have targeted and destroyed their business through direct and indirect strategies/actions. Please comprehensively Investigate all of this. 9. Kirsty Mitchell informed Michael Rodrigues a past Law Student and now Bond Alumni; that I am not a good Solicitor. Since around 2007 Bond University Limited and their Internal and External Associates have targeted me to damage my professional career, businesses and personal life because they liked what I was doing and I submit as per above; they did all of this for Power; commercial Greed and other selfish interests. We reported to Queensland Police and their Forensic Officer came. However since around 2016 or 2017 I have never heard anything back from The Queensland Police Service about all of my stolen property and all of my stolen Law Firm highly confidential client information. 11. Harassment/Bullying/Stalking and or other criminal offences — Kirsty Mitchell (Her Work online profile is available at https://bond.edu.au/profile/kirsty-mitchell) and Dr Baden U'Ren were checking my social media to steal my ideas. I have witnesses and this was occurring between 2012-2019. 12. Ex Shiva Amiri slept with staff member from law faculty at Bond University Limited— Jackson Walkden-Brown (His online work website is available at; https://bond.edu.au/profile/jackson- walkden-brown), Dr Matthew Raj ( scholarly misconduct— predatory behaviour in this context because she was associated with me- tried to obtain my personal info to tarnish my reputation and potentially supply my confidential information to Alan Finch and his Associates at Bond University Limited.- article trapped in bond. Bond University Limited have a history of targeting individuals or companies or organisations; both Nationally and Internationally; to damage someone or if they want to steal Information or commercial business ideas; they also contact various government departments and other organisation to remove complaints filed by individuals against Bond University Limited and their associates; They do this without the complainants knowledge. This is corruptional crimes and other crimes. Please thoroughly Investigate all of this. 13. I was at Don's Tavern after study with good friends at the time and I was punched in the back of my head/King Hit. This was after I reported sexual abuse by Christina Samios from Bond University Limited. She was working as a Doctor in Psychology and Academic for Bond University Limited. Her and I was dating whilst I was studying postgraduate studies in Law at Bond University. At the same time, she was dating me; Ian Field (a Law teacher/professor) was cheating/sleeping with her) behind my back. They are bad people with sexual predator behaviours. I filed a complaint with Alan Finch at Bond University Limited about Christina Samios and about the bad treatment students were getting from the Professional Legal Training staff. Alan Finch offered me around $10,000 refund as I told him I am withdrawing from Bond Unievrsity going to Australian National University (ANU) as I had formally, successfully received a letter of offer. Alan Finch had transferred to me around $10,000.00. I submit Bond University have in the past sinced they opened in the 1980's, to current date been engaged in corruptional crimes; sex crimes; fraud and other high profile serious criminal offences and civil offences; expanding both on a National and International Scale Globally.
