unemploymnet vs, unemplyable.. education is misdirected. should be concetrated on training of
job skills. triginometry is yesteerdays news navigating social sites. creating new ways of lending .
these are skills the urban underclass needs. healthcare needs, european history , how to factor a
quadratic equation is still required of the young blacks.. train them on computer use, electorinic
music, parenting can be done with tehnollogy.
