They advised to me to purchase the devices and have a local technician handle the install, but they also cautioned that the devices may not be covered by the warranty. There are two options: 1. Purchase the devices locally to insure that the warranty and maintenance agreements are intact. 2. Get the devices from NY and have the local vendor install them and forgo the warranty.
