We will pay only that part of the covered loss that exceeds the windstorm percentage deductible stated in this
endorsement. This deductible applies to loss caused directly or indirectly by windstorm regardless of any other
cause or event contributing concurrently or in any sequence to the loss. No other deductible provision in the
policy applies to loss caused by windstorm.
Your windstorm deductible applies in the following manner.
If windstorm damages the House, Other Permanent Structures, and Contents the windstarn deductible
for the House applies.
If windstorm damages Contents anywhere on the property, the House windstorm deductible ksted in this
endorsement applies.
If windstorm damages Other Permanent Structures, but there is no damage to the House or the damage
to the House is below the House windstorm deductible, the deductible for each affected Other Permanent
Structure listed in this endorsement applies separately.

Other Permanent Structures means outdoor structures you own that are situated on the grounds of your
residence. This includes hardscape such as driveways, fountains, underground irrigation systems, decorative
