As per our conversation, we wanted to follow up on yesterday's interview regarding the 10pm count on August 9, 2019. The surveillance footage confirms that Ms. Noel completed the count alone. Specifically, the surveillance footage with bates number CH0080_20190809215956 reveals that she began the count at approximately 10:29 and completed the count at approximately 10:35:59. If you would like to retrieve this footage, please contact the government. Furthermore, we will be requesting a copy of the transcript generated based upon the recorded interview, the audio recording of the interview, and a copy of your final report of Tova Noel's interview. We may also request the same materials as it relates to the Michael Thomas interview. If possible please forward a copy of the FOIA request form.
