Further, in light of my formal legal relationship to the myriad entities involved, given the cross indemnities that will be invoked, and to ensure that I cannot be accused by others of making decisions or offering compromises influenced by personal relationships, I am going to absent myself from further involvement in this dispute and turn it over to Frank Garrison who has been CEO of IGY for the last 3-4 years. This is particularly important because of the extremely precarious financial condition of the IGY businesses overall. I will participate in discussions as mandated by the process and under the supervision of the professionals. Please tell us who you would like us to work with (if someone other than yourself) towards a resolution.
