Other pending matters, FYI: - The 401(k) plan with T.Rowe Price is almost closed - all participants have rolled their funds out, there is just some additional paperwork to be filed and the final bill to be invoiced and paid. This will be covered by the existing funds in the DLC account. - The DLC has one open checking account - I have the checkbook, which currently requires two signatures, Al's and mine. There are no fees to keep the account open, so we can keep it open as long as is necessary/useful. - DLC has the P.O. Box address through February 2012, which can be extended. I check that box weekly, mainly used for accounts payable at this point. - DLC no longer has any active telephone or email accounts.
