i spoke with david baltimore's attorney, who has handled o=her cases like mine, and is involved in one now. he
had a very different ta=e: i should go straight to ORI (feds), give them a 2-3 page summary of why m= case is not
misconduct, and work with them to show them that harvard provi=ed the wrong analysis, and there were dreadful
procedural mistakes, includi=g confidentiality breaches, failure to provide evidence in time, etc. He wa= much more
proactive. Dersh and Schneider are very defensive and reactive. H= said that ORI hates harvard, and is aware of
procedural problems. In=any case, i sent him some materials to review. such different opinions, and=hard to know what
to do. also, major start up costs with a new lawyer= though schneider will talk with him. what do your instincts say?
any thoughts on the negotiation issue with harvard, reti=ement, etc?
