Lots of activity on the BG side seemingly motivated by panic, tone getting a little less collegial, just overall harder to get things done. We're really missing you around here. I'm curious about what will happen in the next few weeks organizationally. People are very, very nervous. I personally feel challenged just running this team and keeping folks motivated. The team has really changed over the last few years, but it's time now to settle them down and let them get better at what they've learned.
