no, i maybe the shower room has to be upstairs. you need to have an image of the inside of the pool and living
room otherwise we will not get anywhere„ door openings windows all have an effect. the plan is easy

Jeffrey,
Thanks for the quick response.
Are we still thinking about the cascading stairs in the previous emails?
It will have a huge effect on the stairs down to the pool.
The Spa was just a suggestion..it is now gone.
If we move the mech space east, it will block the view off the shower room.
And the mech space needs to have access off the road as well as fresh air intake.
Talk to you soon.

the stairs are not nice, lets try something else. it ruins the line that we have tried so hard to maintain„ there is
no spa? we can go further east for mechanicalls no reason to dig

Jeffrey,
Here are two options for the pool based on our conversation yesterday when I called you in Paris.
G-7A:
The mezzanine has been taken out.
Two sets of doors symmetrically placed on the north wall.
Entry into the pool room will be through these doors.
Stair option going from +57' above all the way down to +38' below.
Shower room is now at the southeast corner with a possible view out.
( We need to verify this with the existing topography )
The Pool equipment room is now at the southwest corner.
( Fresh sir intake for HVAC and access could be a problem here )
G-7B:
Same exact pool plan with the mezzanine taken out.
Mother stair option going down to the +38' level at the northwest corner.
Introduction of a "Patio" at the entrances to the pool with the vehicle drop-off between the doors.
This is a much better transition from the pool to the exterior and gives us a buffer to the road.
Additional mechanical/pool equipment space to the south of the shower.
( we need to verify topography here )
Please review and get back to us with your comments.
Again, if you would like to bring back the cascading stairs off of the screening room patio,
We will more than happy to redesign them back in. just let us know.
Thanks and have a nice weekend.
