I can do 330 if that works better. Sorry about the rescheduling confusion!

I have something at 1:30 unfortunately and then have grand jury. I should be free after 3:30.

Hi all,
With apologies, would pushing to 1:30 be okay? Thanks very much.

How about 1 pm tomorrow? If that works, I'll send an invite.

Sure, I'm available this evening after 7 or tomorrow after 1.
We dealt with (and are dealing with) this same issue in= and it's been incredibly frustrating.

Chiefs,
Do you have time for a call either this evening or tomorrow to discuss FBI discovery issues that just came up in the
Maxwell case?
Thanks,

I just spoke with who explained that none of the productions he made to SDNY in July 2020 of data
from devices seized during searches of Epstein's NY and VI residences contained image or video files.
explained that he omitted those files because image and video file types cannot be loaded onto Relativity. In
response, I asked to provide SDNY with all of the images and videos pulled from the devices, organized into
a separate folder for each device as quickly as possible. He agreed and is picking up a hard drive from one of our
paralegals to load with those files.
In order to confirm that there are no other files missing from the devices, I asked to walk me through all of
the file types he extracted from the devices. He explained that the files fall into the following categories:
• Photos & videos (which he is now producing to SDNY)
• System files, which can only be viewed on the device itself and cannot be extracted to view elsewhere.
These files reflect the username and actions taken by past users of the devices. For example, these files
can indicated when a particular file was deleted from a device and which username took that action.
(These cannot be produced separately to SDNY, and I did not ask to review them.)
• Slack space/free space files, which are deleted items that can only be viewed using the FBI's system. I
asked if he saw anything of note in the slack space/free space on the devices seized in this case, and
he indicated that he saw PTHC, meaning someone was looking at/for CP on one or more of the devices.
(These cannot be produced separately to SDNY, and I did not ask to review them.)
• The remaining files can all be loaded to Relativity and were produced to SDNY already
