Edwards' ("Edwards") Response in Opposition, and being fully advised, it is ORDERED that Epstein's Motion for Protective Order and in Limine is denied as it relates to the three claimants represented by Edwards. Testimony and evidence relating to the settlements paid by Epstein to the three claimants known as in, E.W., and Jane Doe, either in the aggregate or individually, will be admissible. IT IS FURTHER ordered that the Court reserves ruling on Epstein's Motion as it relates to all other tort claimants not directly represented by Edwards pending further argument before the Court.
