Hi
Following up from our conversation tonight, pasted below are statistics we provided to NY's onsite
lead today for inclusion in tomorrow's SITREP.
• On March 13, 2025, the Records Information Dissemination Section (RIDS) delivered a half day
of FOIA training to 11 NYFO and 12 RIDS personnel on 24 FOIA exemptions, in 16 categories.
• IMD Government Information Specialist (GIS) personnel completed processing on 113 pages
from 50D-NY-3027571 and 1 page from a 1B scan.
• On March 13, 2025, all assigned IMD/NYFO were assigned 6,409 pages for processing from
50D-NY-3027571.
• The first interim release from 50D-NY-3027571 is on track for completion on Sunday, March 16,
2025, for digital delivery to DOJ via NYFO on Monday, March 17, 2025.
• On March 13, 2025, approximately 26,000 pages have been imported from Sentinel files into the
redaction software. 6,409 pages have been assigned for processing from 50D-NY-3027571.
IMD's National Security and Classification Operations Unit (NSCOU) reviewed the classification
of 10 pages from 50D-NY-3027571 to inform future processing decisions.
• On March 14, 2025, additional NYFO personnel will arrive at the CRC at 8:00 AM for a full day of
training on the redaction tool and process.
Once we process the 1A digital from the boxes (in progress), I can give you an estimate on file size.
We will also work to determine page count by case if possible.

Rough initial estimate as of 5pm this afternoon across all 6 files and 1B paper scans is 50,000 pages.
We will continue to assess and refine that number as the sentinel ingest into the redaction tool
continues. The ingest began yesterday and is ongoing tonight, as the team scopes the file and formats
appropriately for the technical import in batches.
Finally, today we completed inventory, prep, digitization, QA, reassembly, and OCR/export paper
contained in the boxes delivered to Winchester on Tuesday. Of the 150 boxes, 120 contained paper
for digitization. Work continues tonight and tomorrow on the 1A material and the sentinel import
mentioned above.
We appreciate the conversation and New York's teamwork on the redaction process.

Justin
