He will be calling the auditor on Tuesday (since Monday is a holiday) to set up a follow up date, about 3 - 4 weeks out. The only documents left that he needs from me are the 2013 tax returns (attached) and the worksheet that reconciles the 2014 QB data against the tax return. I'll be working on the latter and will send to everyone when done. Again, he anticipates that once they see the gifts into AS's personal account, they will want to know why it wasn't taxed / why it was tax free. Let me know if you have any questions.
