Jeffrey, I do apologize for asking a second time, but as Ried Hoffman also writes in his book, the answer is not `no' until you have received an answer. In his book, Hoffman furthermore stresses that he is interested in designing 'human ecosystem with technology and finance'. What I (and my group) are trying to do is exactly this — we are trying to create a social media platform in Africa (including games and quizzes) with the aim to use as a recruitment database. Kenya and Rwanda is investing heavily in start-ups, are the second most connected region in the world, yet have no dominant social media site at the same time as companies' reference recruitment and skill shortages as one of their five major challenges when doing business in Africa.
