The New York investigation of Jeffrey Epstein/Ghislaine Maxwell (50D-NY-3027571) is scheduled for trial on November 29, 2021. For criminal discovery purposes, all communications with any victim/witness/victim's attorney involved in this investigation will be turned over to the USAO. The communications include text messages, emails and voice mails. We are requesting the following information from you: • VS cell number (if communicated by text) • VS email address (if communicated by email) • VS desk phone (if you have any voice mails) • Name of the victim/witness/attorney with whom you communicated + his/her cell phone number, email address, or home phone number (if appropriate) There is a short time frame to provide this discovery information.
