The calls from school girls or school children being referenced were in fact college students in their 20s and a 22 year old who was a student in a massage school. Our criminal justice system is based on finality and on encouraging people who made mistakes to suffer a single punishment and then have a chance at a new life. Mr. Epstein has paid that price for his past mistakes. There is absolutely no allegation of any such conduct after 2005 and all of what has been pled to or even alleged occurred long before that. As Mr. Epstein said through a spokesman in a statement, this was a different time in his life and one, with the help of counseling from professionals, he has put behind him.
