This is a normal unavoidable consequence of paving a long road. If we had paved half the width of the road in order to reach Ranch Central, then there would have been a longitudinal cold joint along the center line of the entire road. As per the upper road, we still maintain that it was paved per industry standards and there is nothing wrong with it. Nevertheless, to put this behind us, we will provide a one inch thick hot mix asphalt overlay on a 5,000 feet long section of the road from the Z gate at the main house south towards the ranch complex. This work will be scheduled as soon as possible, but the asphalt mix will come out of Albuquerque and the weather must be warm, so it likely will be next Spring. Thank you, On Fri, Nov 16, 2018 at 2:14 PM Brice Gordon < > wrote: Good afternoon Gilbert As discussed, Did you get time to review final section of pavement from RT 41 to Ranch Central If so can explain the cold joint and the surface irregularities ? Also as perviously requested can you provide detail on fix for upper portion of road. Please advise Regard Brice Gordon EFTA01016212 Sent from my iPhone Gi:ben el. Luna President EFTA01016213
