He noted that his client was on numerous flights to the Virgin Islands, and at least one from Teterboro to NM. Larry suggested that we ask him who was on those flights, if he remembers. has made statements that do not ring true for APL. She has said he was an enabler by making them comfortable, feeding them, and that she would come down naked after whatever happened. APL recalls that he only saw someone naked once. He never himself saw any sexual activity taking place. -Larry was approached last week in the wake of a podcast by an attorney from the Virgin Islands about an interview, and he explained he plans to tell them he does not want to cooperate as his main focus is cooperating with us. I explained that was up to him, and that if at any point he wanted to provide our contact information to the VI attorneys he was welcome to. -Larry noted that he began representing APL when a podcast reached out, saying that he was not cooperating with victim counsel. Larry spoke to a victim attorney. Didn't ultimately result in interview, in part because of the pandemic, but he consistently conveyed a willingness to cooperate, and feels this has been misrepresented publicly. -APL believes he was interviewed by FBI in Florida. -I explained that, in general, we plan to ask questions at a high level about his employment for Epstein, and then focus in on the details of his memories from back then, but that we're not currently planning to ask about specific documents.
