I attempted it on my own but my effort was unsuccessful. (I shut off the ringer and it turn off all the ringers including the jec lines )I will be resetting it back to the way it was originally set by you tomorrow. Can you send me instructions on how to accomplish the boss request. I don't want to do the "trial and error method" and do something that I can't undo. Side note: Is there a class or do you all do training on this pbx that I can attend. If so can you send me the details. I would like more training beyond the basics.
