I have been shut down on the purchase of feed for the upcoming year for the horses, and blocked out of the decisions on farrier work for the horses. Now she is going to stop the house cleaner (15 hours / wk) from coming to help me with the house (unless there is a pending visit). She has also said our summer helper(my son) can no longer work and he requested to stay on for 15 hours a week too. He can work after school and weekends to help with the upkeep of grounds and all other areas of the ranch. She says that all employment is to be reviewed accross the board on all properties.? Brice has apparently changed service contracts for the HVAC system and is going to change the company that works on the controls. I feel that he should have included Mano (it was his request to bring this other company) in looking at the contracts as Mano does and is responsible for the daily operations of the system. He is the one that has to diagnose before calling anyone when we have issues. This has become a daily struggle to get my job done. I don't understand why I am not trusted and given and respect in regards to my work. I cover all locations and oversee all the work here on the ranch. Mano and I have committed ourselves to this and converse on all things that need to be done. I love my job and work hard everyday with all that is needed to be done- but it is difficult to do when from so far away Brice and Karen can be so manipulative. I am a pleasant person and work well with others I just don't understand why they constantly shut me down and out. Why am I not trusted? I believe there are accounts that have not been paid since end of May and June(electrician)and I am not allowed to even give out a check or handle these things from here. I have to copy all mail to cover myself incase it gets lost in the mail that I send to Karen every week. In the amount of time this process takes I could just send a check from here and save all this lag time of the mail. I have worked with Rich Kahn and Bella in New Yok on several occasions over the first part of the year and things get done and go smoothly. They are a pleasure to work with. Please advise as how to proceed in these issues and they are getting out of hand.
