This is to follow up on our conversation from earlier.
Mr. Epstein, a KCP client with various organized entities and net worth over
$500MM, will be opening a Trust account where serves as grantor "only."
The trustees are:
Harry I Beller Accountant HBRK
Associates Inc — NY NY
Erika Z Kellerhals Attorney
Kellerhals Ferguson Kroblin PLLC - St Thomas USVI
By itself, the Trust does not meet the KCP onboarding criteria, however,
since Mr. Epstein is the Grantor can the account be opened under KCP?
Also, can he or should the Trustees sign the KCP onboarding package?
