attached response, regarding site visit by Geologist
How do you wish to proceed?
Mr. Gordon,
I was in Mates office when you called and I suggested that he forward any email's regarding your conversation.
Dr. Cather, myself, and Dr. Lisenbee at the South Dakota School of Mines have all done quite a lot of mapping in this area. I think
Lisenbee actually did the work in and around Comanche Pass.
Pm sure any one or all three of us would be happy to do a walk/drive/ride through of your client's property if we were in the area, but
we just don't have the time to go there.
I would suggest one of two options.
I) Provide us with the GIS coordinates of the property or simply go to Google Earth and capture a screen
view of the property and its surroundings and send that to a scientist who is agreeable to discussing the
property with you.
I would be happy to do this kind of thing. I could study the imagery and the geology on my computer and
then I could arrange a time to calUemail your client and walk him/her through their property virtually. This
would be almost as good as an in-person walk through and it would be "free".

2) Contract with an expert and pay them for a private tour. I would be able to do this, but it would not be
cheap. For private consulting I get $1000/day including travel.
At any rate, I would do option 1 and then if your client really wants a private tour we could discuss it.
Sincerely,
