Its designed to suck the hot air from the Radio Rack and vent overboard, I didn't noticed any vents to port cabin
air into the radio rack, there must be some type of open area to let cabin air into radio rack, since outflow and
safley Valve are next to each other in radio rack fuselage, once radio rack is completely assembled I'll fwd more
photos. When we pressurized on the ground for door seal ops check, we didn't have the radio rack front panel on,
the noise was to high pitch with panel off, it was ear piercing. When manually controlled the outflow valve to
slowly pressurize the cabin for leak checks, the -150APU has tremendous air output, so the outflow value was
open at least 2 inches while pressurizing on the ground!
