Slide Restoration (Mid Cabin Door) 18) Portable Water Fire Bottle Restoration (fwd) 19) Portable Water Fire Bottle Restoration (Aft) 20) Artex ELT Battery Replacement 21) FDR Operational and Functional Check 22) Zone 1 Area 00 Lower Lobe 3 Year Inspection Close-up flat Rate Routine Labor The above maintenance items can be accomplished for a Labor Flat Rate of S 251,470.00 US. Any Non- Routines generated by the above routine maintenance items A will have a 5 man-how cap per item. Any additional non- routine maintenance items will be considered as over and above and will require approval by an authorized JEGE representative prior to being worked. Aircraft will be ready for re-delivery approximately 30 calendar days after induction. Air One Maintenance shall procure, on JEGE's behalf, all expendable parts, materials, etc. up to cost of $ 250.00 US each. JEGE is responsible to provide or authorize for purchase all parts, kits, materials, etc. that are quoted above a cost of $ 250.00 US. Both Air One Maintenance and JEGE must strive to maintain a Lead-Time not to exceed 48 hours from the time the purchase requisition is placed to the time delivery is made to Air One's facility. JEGE retains the privilege to have Air One procure any parts, materials, etc. that are mutually agreed to on its behalf; upon written approval by a JEGE authorized maintenance representative. Supplemental parts and material deposits may be required as purchases made on customers' behalf reach $ 25,000.00 increments. EFTA01112866 Additional Work "TM"; Cost Schedule Any additional Over & Above, non-routine or JEGE request items will be billed at $45.00 per man-hour mechanical and $48.00 an hour for avionics, plus materials. Overtime rates, if applicable and approved, would be at 1.25 times the standard rate. Additional work (if any) must be approved by your company representative prior to being worked. Composite / NDT repair work is an outside service and will be quoted separately. Cosmetic exterior or interior paint is excluded in this quote and will be quoted separately if required. In the event any outside contractor(s) are hired by WOE, not previously arranged & agreed upon by WOE and Air One, and Air One is not given the opportunity to provide the maintenance or modification, WOE will be charged for facility usage at a rate of 20% of the contractor's invoice to customer. JEGE would be responsible to provide Air One with an accurate invoice after work completion. All Fuel tank routine access, cleaning, inspection and repair, if required, and closing are considered as an over and above outside service and will be contracted through Air One.
