Attorney General Bondi Again Says More Epstein Files Are Coming
Forbes (03/14, Murray) reported that Attorney General Pam Bondi said on Fox Business Friday morning she
received a "truckload" of unreleased documents related to disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein—
the same comment she made more than a week ago—but provided no timeline about when these documents
could be made public, weeks after the department's much-hyped release of Epstein-related files was largely
considered a dud. The article noted that Bondi said Friday Director Patel is "going to give me a deadline on when he
can go through the documents to protect, of course, the victims of sex trafficking," stating the Justice Department
and FBI will "get out as much as we can as fast as we can," but she did not offer a timeline. The article mentioned
that Bondi said the Dal would "go through the documents as fast as we can" and claimed they are "going to come
out," though she did not say when, adding she wants a "full report" on why the documents allegedly sat at the FBI's
New York field office.
