Hi Lesley,
Please find the attached zip file for all the word files for individual applications and the PDF copies of the one
application for three.
I have put all the word/excel/PDF documents, related to the visa applications that I have worked on this time.
Please check the new word/excel documents (on Yulia and files) that I have just created for
individual applications and let me know if you find any problem by tomorrow afternoon in Japan time.
The person in charge of Loftwork seals will be at the office tomorrow. I hope I can get seals on the new
documents.
If we miss tomorrow's afternoon, you need to wait until next Wednesday.
Also, Japan will be on an national holiday week, Golden Week, on April 29-May 6.
I am not sure about the Consul General offices in US but they might take holidays, too.
Btw, we don't need to use your Fedex number, since we have ours.
However, Fedex or UPS here are not so good service as US. We need to ask them to send a person to pick up the
package at our office in the morning and the person can show up anytime until 6pm. We can't tell what time that
person shows up for pick up. In case we miss it, we need to reorder the pick up on the next day.
Very inconvenient.
That's why I would like to do one shipping for all the documents to save my time. ;-)
If we can get all the documents ready within next week, it is fine to send all the documents on one shipping,
right?
Thank you for your understanding.

Oh that would be fantastic if we could get the seals without Chiaki early next week!! Do let me know...Please
use Jeffrey's Federal Express Account
# 1144-2081-6
when shipping the Fed Ex envelope! (and if you anticipate any problems with the seals, please do go ahead
and send the first documents on Jeffrey's account number without hesitation)
EFTA00348935
and thank you for Chiaki's nationality...this is only to be used on the form the assistants are filling out...there
must be a question asking her natioramand immigration status since she is the guarantor and inviting person.
I will pass this information along was filling out the form last night and had asked if I could find out)

Hi Lesley,
Thank you for sharing the detailed situation about the visa agency with me.
If possible, I would like to send all the documents together at one time.
I am consulting with the office of the secretary of Loftwork Inc about whether I can get the seals from them,
without Chiaki, possibly next week.
I will let you know.
Chiaki Hayashi is a Japanese national.
As for her immigration status, is it for US? If so, she doesn't have any visa or green card for US.
Thanks,
Mika

Mika, could you please federal express the documents you have drawn up already with the seal and
signatures to me? I had one person at the visa agency advise this document will be fine and another person
state we should have a document for each individual traveling out of caution. I really don't know what is
best, but if we could get our hands on this first document you have so kindly put together and Jeffrey
decides he is comfortable having his assistants apply with this, we can do so. It can take up to 15 business
days to obtain a Japanese visa. (However we can also pay to expedite the process which I am sure we will
do) I would greatly appreciate it.

No, it is meaningless that I send the current documents with seals, since those are applications for 3
persons.
Please see the copies of the PDF, I sent to you. It is not only for
I need to remake all the letters and applications all from the beginning.

Mika, once the documents are typed up for and Yulia, if you could go ahead and email them to
me that would be super also...I realize they will not have the seal...

Oh, no...
I hope they should have told me so, when I sent the word files to you a few days ago, and before I get
all the letters and seals ready...
As you can read the direction from the Foreign Ministry, it says very clearly that if there are more than
two applicants, you can make all application together.
I can't get the seals until the week of May 4, since Chiaki will be out of office.
Please be patient and wait for the letters from Japan for next few weeks.

Mika, I completely understand but I have been advised by our Visa Application agency who
specializes in Japanese visas that Japan is quite strict and the rejection rate is high...they strongly
encourage us to have a letter for each individual traveling...Would it be possible to please work up the
documents in and Yulia's names as well? Sorry for any inconvenience!

Hi
We need to put information of one representative applicant on the letters.
You can find some the direction about how to fill out the letters on the files, that I downloaded from
the Foreign Ministry.
As you can see on the PDF letters, I did make sure just in case putting one sentence that "you can
refer the information of additional applicants on the list of applicants".
Thanks!
