Hi Jeff
I have lawyer and now calling in order to get clarification on our position vis
a vis 71. I have not responded as yet. What should I do? One idea might be to place the
purchase price in an escrow account at her lawyers which should quieten matters until such
time a suitable structure can be established. Is this feasible?
