Please confirm that you agree on the following for all the work done for and in relation with Mr. Epstein, as from January 1st, 2019. Fees are to be invoiced on a time spent basis for all services rendered since January 1st 2019 based on the following conditions: • hourly rate of 220 euros/hour, and • if appropriate, 220 euros as lump sum amount for expenses relating to special trip to Paris.
