The following investigation was conducted by Special Agent
on November 9, 2010.
Paralegal Consolidated Legal Center,
Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida, provided BOP
records for inmates Steven Hoffenberg, BOP number 35601-054, and
Berry Kessler, BOP number 61264-061, via facsimile. In a phone
call, advised that Kessler and Hoffenberg were never housed
in the same BOP facilities during their respective periods of
incarceration. The inmate records were placed in a 1-A envelope
to the case file.
