Historically, our fees have been charged against Principal and Income on a 50/50 basis, which is the default for most trust administration. But as the legal fees have mounted I am (starting in 2018) exercising my discretion to charge legal fees against Principal and Income on an 80/20 basis, so that the fees will not have such a severe impact on the net income distributable to Noam.
