gained traction over the decades since it was first ar=iculated. Given that the first musical instrument was likely the
human voi=e, and given that song, not sonatas, are universal, Liberman's theory =pplies to music - above and beyond
the fact that speech intonation is ofte= more important to communication than spoken words (especially, I suspect,=in
