I am not worried about being used btw, I can use as well as being used I frankly think that the constraints on how they fund things could very well preclude their ever funding great work... The closest they have come may be in evolutionary dynamics and cognition, but it could be that that work is wrong.. I am worried that they are so concerned about being out of the mainstream while at the same time being open minded that they simply might care too much about both in order to push things forward.. but we will see... contrariness is not as important as brilliance. p.s.
