-1 of 2- FD-302 (Rev. 5-8-10) FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Date of entry 07/08/2019 A search warrant, issued in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on 07/06/2019 at 10:14am, was executed at 9 East 71st Steet, New York, New York 10021 at 6:15pm on 07/06/2019. The warrant signed by the Honorable Judge Barbara Moses authorized agents to search for certain evidence, fruits, and instrumentalities of violations of sex trafficking of minors and sex trafficking conspiracy described as evidence concerning occupancy or ownership of the subject premises and evidence concerning the layout, furnishing, decorations, and floor pattern of the subject premises including photographs and blueprints. The search was supervised by ASAC Michael Osborn, SSA Sean Watson, Lt. Joseph Picarello and included the following participants: SA Kelly Maguire, SA Brendan Gray, SA Steve Schiliro, SA Margaret Girard, TFO John Zerafa, SA Rachel Graves, SA Aaron Spivack, SA Leslie Adamczyk, SA Amanda Young, TFO Paul Byrne, SA Christopher Serotta, SA Stacy Turansky, TF0 Walter Harkins, SOS Kalyssa Daley, SOS Candice Casillas, SOS Mallory Rosso, SOS Kimberly Meder, SA Mike Ercolano, and FBI Photographer Chelsea Grady. At approximately 5:35pm, agents along with NYPD officers approached the door to the residence and knocked. The agents identified themselves and announced that a search warrant had been issued for the residence. After a reasonable amount of time passed with no contact from any occupants, law enforcement officers forcibly entered the residence through the front entry way and secured the premises. Upon entry, agents made contact with a female occupant who advised she worked at the residence as a housekeeper. After the initial protective sweep of the premises, the warrant was executed and the search began at approximately 6:15pm. After locating several items of evidentiary value in plain view that were beyond the scope of the warrant, search operations were halted and an additional rider was drafted and sworn before the Honorable Judge Barbara Moses. During the search, agents completed a Crime Scene Sign-in Log, Search Warrant Execution Log, Diagram/Sketch, Evidence Recovery Log, and Photo Log. Entry and Exit photos of the residence were taken, from which a DVD was created containing the images. Upon completion of the search, one (1) FD-597, Receipt for Property was completed and reviewed. A copy of the search warrant and Receipt for Property was provided to legal counsel Marc A. Fernich.
