I will be home at 3:30 today. Does that work for you?

Okay, this is easy enough to do but I'll need someone there to unplug and replug
in the MCELL at a certain point. Let me know when someone will be home,
please.

Okay, cleaned up & good to go.
Sometime "soon", AT&T will get the FCC approval to enable Wifi-
calling. At that point, you'll be able to switch an option on any iOS 9
iPhone and won't need the microcell anymore. The iPhone will
automatically use any wifi network to make / receive calls whenever
the AT&T network signal isn't strong enough.

I'll send out an email when that feature goes live.

I had a similar problem with Jeffrey's new
phone. The fix for your husband's should be
easier — I just removed and readded his
number to your microcell.
He'll need to reboot his phone when he's "in
range of the microcell" — in other words,
power it off, then back on when he's in the
livingroom/kitchen area. It should rejoin the
MCell once it restarts.
If it doesn't, let me know. I'll need to
deregister and re-register your whole MCell
(which is what I had to do for Jeffrey's
phone).
Here are the numbers on your MCell
currently. I labelled the ones I recognized.
