[00:00:00] So, here's what I'm thinking about. If
[00:00:03] Trump had not run in 2024, would any of
[00:00:06] this happen? So, what I want to explain
[00:00:10] to the people of the country is that
[00:00:12] within several days of him announcing,
[00:00:15] I'm going to seek the White House again,
[00:00:18] an avalanche began to form.
[00:00:22] And I really do believe that none of
[00:00:24] this would have been happening if Trump
[00:00:28] had set out the 2024 cycle. But once he
[00:00:31] announced, I'll have my own chart one
[00:00:34] day. We'll show you what happened and
[00:00:36] when it happened. Within about eight
[00:00:38] months of announcing, he had 91 felony
[00:00:42] charges against him in Georgia and New
[00:00:45] York and other places.
[00:00:48] So here's what I think. that when he
[00:00:50] said he wanted to have a political
[00:00:52] comeback, it triggered the Democratic
[00:00:56] machine to destroy him before he could
[00:00:59] ever get started. And in their effort to
[00:01:02] destroy him, there were no boundaries.
[00:01:05] The goal was to stop Trump and to look
[00:01:08] at anything and everything that could
[00:01:10] stop Trump and ignore the Constitution
[00:01:14] and a lot of other things.
[00:01:16] I was the chairman of the judiciary
[00:01:18] committee in January 2021.
[00:01:23] I don't know about you, but I'm offended
[00:01:25] that somebody in 2023 would b would
[00:01:29] subpoena my phone records to find out
[00:01:32] where I was at when I called somebody
[00:01:34] and who I called and where they were at.
[00:01:36] It's not their damn business. I have a
[00:01:39] constitutional duty like the rest of us
[00:01:41] here uh as chairman of the committee
[00:01:44] regarding the 2020 election. I don't
[00:01:47] think the 2020 election bothered anybody
[00:01:50] until Trump decided to run in 2024
[00:01:53] legally.
[00:01:55] So what I want to do is pursue what
[00:01:59] happened systemwide. Was there contact
[00:02:03] between Jack Smith and Fanny Willis? I
[00:02:05] got caught up in that crap. I'd spent
[00:02:07] over a million dollars. Now she's been
[00:02:10] kicked off the case. Was there a
[00:02:13] coordination between Jack Smith, Fanny
[00:02:15] Willis, Alvin Bragg, Leticia James? Did
[00:02:19] they talk? Did they share information?
[00:02:21] Is it just an accident that all this
[00:02:24] happened within days of Trump announcing
[00:02:28] and within eight or nine months, the
[00:02:31] Republican
[00:02:32] candidate, one of the candidates for
[00:02:34] president, had 91 felony charges in the
[00:02:38] deepest blue districts in the frigin
[00:02:41] country? You think that happened by
[00:02:43] accident? I don't think so. And we're
[00:02:47] going to get to the bottom of it. And I
[00:02:49] want to know, was there any coordination
[00:02:51] between Fanny Willis and New York by
[00:02:54] Jack Smith? We're going to get every
[00:02:57] piece of paper we can get, and I want
[00:03:00] Jack Smith to come forward, but I want
[00:03:01] the information first. He's not coming
[00:03:05] and testify when we're in the dark to
[00:03:08] the Justice Department. Please expedite
[00:03:11] the requests made by Senator Grassley
[00:03:14] and Johnson to give us any information
[00:03:16] that may exist between Jack Smith and
[00:03:18] Fanny Willis, Alvin Bragg, and Leticia
[00:03:21] James. I want to know, did they talk? If
[00:03:25] they talked, what did they talk about?
[00:03:26] And when did they talk? As to me, I want
[00:03:30] to know why Verizon
[00:03:32] did the opposite of AT&T.
[00:03:35] I want to know what they asked for and
[00:03:37] how deep and how wide it went. Now, I
[00:03:40] want to know if there's an order signed
[00:03:41] by a federal judge basically slandering
[00:03:44] me, saying you can't tell Lindsey Graham
[00:03:48] because he'll do bad things.
[00:03:51] Now, if that happened, I'm not going to
[00:03:53] let it go. I'm not give it a pass, nor
[00:03:57] is Ted or the rest of us. So, we're
[00:04:00] going to get to the bottom of it for the
[00:04:01] benefit of the future.
[00:04:03] If this can happen to Trump, it can
[00:04:06] happen to anybody that the system
[00:04:08] doesn't like. And the system one day can
[00:04:12] come after you is what what's being said
[00:04:14] here. So people literally need to pay a
[00:04:17] price for this. Some people may need to
[00:04:19] go to jail. Some people may need to be
[00:04:21] fired. But if they violated my
[00:04:23] constitutional rights, if they trampled
[00:04:26] on the separation of powers involving
[00:04:28] me, I'm going to sue the hell out of
[00:04:30] these people.
