[00:00:26] Hello everyone. Welcome back to this
[00:00:27] week's breaking investigation.
[00:00:30] Uh on the show every Tuesday at 1:00, we
[00:00:33] bring you our investigative reporting
[00:00:34] and this from Minnesota. We have a story
[00:00:38] involving the agitators admitting on
[00:00:41] hidden camera who's there with and who's
[00:00:44] behind them. As my team of undercover
[00:00:47] reporters was on the ground in
[00:00:48] Minneapolis this past weekend, many of
[00:00:50] them are still there talking about the
[00:00:52] groups they're with, independent
[00:00:54] socialist group, uh other nonprofits
[00:00:56] that get money from the government, and
[00:00:59] some agitators confirming uh the signal
[00:01:02] groups and confirming the signal chats
[00:01:05] that Cam Higgby reported. The O'Keefe
[00:01:09] undercover team in Minnesota mob
[00:01:11] agitators admit on hidden camera who's
[00:01:14] funding the protests. We're going to
[00:01:15] bring you that 30inut
[00:01:18] long investigative report here in just a
[00:01:20] second. This show is brought to you by
[00:01:23] our faithful advertisers, our sponsors,
[00:01:25] American Independence Gold and Impact
[00:01:28] Health, two partners who believe in
[00:01:30] protecting what matters most, your
[00:01:32] future and your well-being. Your future
[00:01:36] and your well-being. We're grateful for
[00:01:38] their support. We're grateful that they
[00:01:40] have supported our investigative work
[00:01:42] and even more grateful to have you with
[00:01:44] us. And now without further ado, our
[00:01:47] report me myself undercover
[00:01:51] in the protests in Minneapolis.
[00:01:55] Here we go.
[00:01:57] >> So we're in downtown Minneapolis.
[00:02:02] >> What we found nos and nonprofits [music]
[00:02:05] funded by the government featuring true
[00:02:07] believers.
[00:02:08] >> This is a door lock.
[00:02:09] >> Lock the door. Why are you giving us
[00:02:11] [music] the middle finger?
[00:02:13] Our
[00:02:17] undercover [music] people were inside
[00:02:19] the mob.
[00:02:22] >> National used to look up the road, New
[00:02:25] York.
[00:02:26] >> Are there chats and stuff? I'm trying to
[00:02:28] get linked up. Watch out. Here we go.
[00:02:29] HERE WE GO.
[00:02:33] NOT COMPRESSED. These guys are
[00:02:36] impressed. Not the [ __ ]
[00:02:41] >> They threw something at me which hit the
[00:02:43] back of my bulletproof vest.
[00:02:48] >> They're everywhere.
[00:02:50] >> SHUT THE DOOR. WHOA, WHOA, WHOA. THEY
[00:02:52] threw a frozen ice brick at the car.
[00:03:04] >> [music]
[00:03:04] >> again.
[00:03:05] >> Downtown Minneapolis the day before the
[00:03:07] shooting of Alex Prey, they were still
[00:03:09] protesting Renee Good. The O'Keefe team
[00:03:12] rolled into town in an SUV with tinted
[00:03:15] windows. They could not see inside. And
[00:03:18] what's remarkable is they start cursing
[00:03:20] at your car merely because it is an SUV,
[00:03:23] which they all perceive to be feds.
[00:03:26] >> Is the door locked?
[00:03:27] >> Lock the door. Why are you giving us the
[00:03:29] middle finger?
[00:03:31] >> Ready, buddy? Get the [ __ ] out of here.
[00:03:33] >> Here comes a guy. Don't loan. Do not.
[00:03:36] >> Yeah, I don't know what he's doing.
[00:03:38] >> No. Don't
[00:03:40] Don't
[00:03:42] >> see.
[00:03:43] >> Just don't hit anybody. Okay.
[00:03:45] >> Usually, I'm pretty confrontational, but
[00:03:47] we soon realize the only way to deal
[00:03:49] with these types of white walkers or
[00:03:51] zombies as we call them is to just not
[00:03:54] engage.
[00:03:54] >> Roll up your window. Roll up your window
[00:03:57] now. Anything else would lead to
[00:04:00] escalation and violence.
[00:04:05] >> It's safe to say that I've never seen
[00:04:07] anything like this in my life. Just
[00:04:09] driving down a street will have people
[00:04:12] scream to you and curse at you and
[00:04:13] threaten violence. In fact, independent
[00:04:16] journalist Cam Higgby was nearby and
[00:04:18] texted me at this time telling me that
[00:04:20] trucks, Taho, Suburbans, SUVs are an
[00:04:23] absolute nogo. He advised us to get a
[00:04:26] Subaru or other mom car or Honda as he
[00:04:28] said. He mentioned they would bank our
[00:04:31] license plate.
[00:04:39] >> Our undercover people arrived at the
[00:04:41] tail end of the protest that evening,
[00:04:43] including myself.
[00:04:44] >> Watchd Dog, how you doing?
[00:04:46] >> What's going on? It's Jay Oonnell.
[00:04:48] Watchd Dog, dude. Hey,
[00:04:50] >> my fiance is a teacher.
[00:04:52] >> Is she? Where? What's she teach? What's
[00:04:54] she special needs?
[00:04:56] >> Where are we going? WE'RE GOING TO BE
[00:04:58] REAL.
[00:04:59] WHERE ARE WE GOING? ICE AGENT. Don't you
[00:05:02] have a a car
[00:05:05] this? [screaming]
[00:05:08] >> We heard chants of ice out and [ __ ] ice.
[00:05:14] Ice out. [ __ ]
[00:05:16] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ]
[00:05:20] [ __ ] Hopefully the audience will
[00:05:22] forgive this reporter for participating
[00:05:24] in these chants in order to fit in.
[00:05:31] [music]
[00:05:35] >> We found teachers, nurses, and union
[00:05:37] organizers all telling us, "We
[00:05:39] appreciate you, neighbor.
[00:05:41] >> Appreciate you, neighbor. Appreciate
[00:05:43] you, neighbor.
[00:05:44] >> I appreciate you, neighbor." A guy came
[00:05:46] by before and he stopped here. It was a
[00:05:48] bunch of young kids and they handed out
[00:05:50] weed to everybody. Really?
[00:05:52] >> Yeah.
[00:05:54] >> It was so cool. I gave all mine away.
[00:05:56] All but a little bit because I wanted to
[00:05:58] at least try it.
[00:05:59] >> You got anything better than weed?
[00:06:01] >> Uh,
[00:06:03] love.
[00:06:03] >> Are you a paid agitator?
[00:06:06] Just kidding. While many probably many
[00:06:08] of you might think this is all due to
[00:06:11] some specific centralized funding
[00:06:14] source, what we found is a hodgepodge of
[00:06:17] various NOS and nonprofits loosely tied
[00:06:20] together through ideology funded in part
[00:06:23] by the government featuring 501c3s with
[00:06:26] nonprofit tax returns, a variety of
[00:06:29] funding sources. But most of these
[00:06:30] people we found were actually true
[00:06:32] believers there to live and die by their
[00:06:36] cause.
[00:06:44] >> This woman featured on a hidden camera
[00:06:46] is Peggy Wang based in Boston. She works
[00:06:49] at Massachusetts College of Art and
[00:06:51] Design active in the Massachusetts
[00:06:53] Teachers Association. She participates
[00:06:55] in pro Palestinian protests and her job
[00:06:58] is currently being threatened for doing
[00:07:00] so. While this footage is hard to hear,
[00:07:02] Peggy Wang lists the issues that her
[00:07:04] organization gets involved in.
[00:07:06] Immigration rights, abolishing ICE,
[00:07:08] stopping raids and deportations, justice
[00:07:11] for victims, and getting ICE out of
[00:07:13] cities like Minneapolis.
[00:07:20] fight against
[00:07:27] reproductive rights universal
[00:07:32] labor workers party
[00:07:35] representation for working.
[00:07:40] >> Okay. Is this a party or an
[00:07:43] organization?
[00:07:46] >> Independent socialist group.
[00:07:49] This other protester we secretly
[00:07:51] recorded talks about an organization
[00:07:53] called Make the Road New York. We've
[00:07:56] never heard of this organization, but
[00:07:57] apparently they have a budget of $30
[00:07:59] million. They talk about one of the
[00:08:01] speakers that spoke earlier that day,
[00:08:03] April Vetti. April is the president of
[00:08:05] the SEIU Labor Union.
[00:08:07] >> I mean, if you're interested in an
[00:08:09] immigrant right organization, um, you
[00:08:12] should look up Make the Road New York.
[00:08:15] >> Make the Road New York.
[00:08:16] >> Make the Road New York.
[00:08:16] >> But who are you with? I'm just with the
[00:08:18] I'm uh with the union.
[00:08:20] >> Oh
[00:08:21] >> yeah. Yeah. S E I U Service Employees
[00:08:24] International.
[00:08:25] >> We looked up the tax returns of Make the
[00:08:28] Road New York and found their registered
[00:08:30] 501c3 that file a 990 and they received
[00:08:33] $16 million in grants.
[00:08:40] >> We love our neighbors.
[00:08:41] >> As cars drove by, the agitators would
[00:08:44] ride on top of the cars. One man's
[00:08:46] spoiler was broken off his car as one
[00:08:49] agitator tried to climb on board the
[00:08:51] car.
[00:08:55] >> What happened?
[00:08:56] >> Oh, that just accidentally broke his
[00:09:00] wing on his car.
[00:09:02] >> Oh [ __ ]
[00:09:04] >> They trapped the [ __ ] out of that.
[00:09:07] >> One of the comments they made was
[00:09:09] there's no blood here and you know
[00:09:11] there's no Trump people. There's no MAGA
[00:09:13] people because if there was there's
[00:09:15] there would be blood.
[00:09:16] >> One person had any strike through here
[00:09:20] today?
[00:09:20] >> Nope. Not yet.
[00:09:23] See
[00:09:23] >> any blood on the ground?
[00:09:24] >> No, I don't see any blood.
[00:09:26] >> That's how we know this. They haven't
[00:09:28] showed up.
[00:09:29] >> They haven't showed up.
[00:09:30] >> One of the advantages of it being so
[00:09:31] cold is we were able to cover every
[00:09:33] single part of our skin. But these
[00:09:35] conditions were truly dangerous. Many of
[00:09:38] our DSLR cameras actually froze. Our
[00:09:40] hidden cameras malfunctioned in minutes
[00:09:43] because it was so cold.
[00:09:45] >> You make this this your thing.
[00:09:47] >> I made it for the Powder Horn Art
[00:09:49] Festival because I want to melt ice and
[00:09:51] get them the [ __ ] out of here.
[00:09:52] >> It is not melting.
[00:09:54] >> Oh, it is cold.
[00:09:55] >> Oh, you know why? Cuz it's so cold out.
[00:09:58] >> And we watched water freeze in seconds.
[00:10:00] A bottle of water could quickly be
[00:10:02] turned into a weapon.
[00:10:05] >> 17° weather. Let's see what happens to
[00:10:09] water.
[00:10:10] Let's see how fast that freezes.
[00:10:13] One, two, 3. It's already frozen.
[00:10:19] On our second day, January 24th,
[00:10:22] something happened that we never
[00:10:23] anticipated. [music]
[00:10:29] >> Holy [ __ ] What the [ __ ]
[00:10:32] >> There was a second shooting. We were
[00:10:34] only a few miles away when that
[00:10:36] happened. There was just a shooting. and
[00:10:38] any updates that you've while you were
[00:10:39] sitting there you guys reading the news.
[00:10:41] >> Biggest updates that we have is that uh
[00:10:43] the mayor just announced the mayor just
[00:10:46] announced that uh you need to decide
[00:10:49] what side you're on. Either you're on
[00:10:50] the side of Minneapolis or you're on the
[00:10:52] side of the federal government. Our
[00:10:54] >> streets.
[00:10:57] [screaming]
[00:11:00] >> NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE. NO JUSTICE, NO
[00:11:04] PEACE. around noon local time when
[00:11:07] people started to descend walking down
[00:11:09] the street. Mobs of people appeared out
[00:11:12] of nowhere, all walking in the direction
[00:11:14] of the shooting. We wondered where did
[00:11:16] these people come from and how do they
[00:11:18] know so quickly to mobilize. Our
[00:11:20] undercover people were inside the mob. I
[00:11:23] can't believe this happened again. I
[00:11:25] drove down from Colorado to come
[00:11:27] yesterday. We were going to leave today
[00:11:30] and then all that just happened.
[00:11:32] >> Support the community.
[00:11:33] >> YEAH. YEAH, OF COURSE. I mean,
[00:11:36] >> I know a good time. I mean, like, I'm
[00:11:37] glad you guys are here cuz Yeah. I don't
[00:11:39] know what the [ __ ] is going on. Like, I
[00:11:40] don't know how they're going to keep
[00:11:41] getting away with this.
[00:11:42] >> Yeah. Are there are there like group are
[00:11:44] there are there chats and stuff? I'm
[00:11:46] trying to get linked up and stuff and I
[00:11:48] don't
[00:11:49] know.
[00:11:50] >> Um, unfortunately, just cuz you're out
[00:11:51] of town, I don't know if I feel
[00:11:53] comfortable like putting you in chats
[00:11:54] and [ __ ] just cuz there's like so many
[00:11:56] [ __ ] ops.
[00:11:58] >> You know what I'm saying? The agitator
[00:11:59] confirms the reporting done by citizen
[00:12:01] journalist Cam Higgby who posted a video
[00:12:04] on X of all the signal chats. The
[00:12:07] agitator talks about the signal chats.
[00:12:09] Just seconds later after having that
[00:12:11] conversation, our undercover reporter
[00:12:14] was teargassed.
[00:12:15] >> I'm not I'm NOT LIKE I'M NOT I don't
[00:12:18] feel comfortable like
[00:12:18] >> Oh, no. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I just
[00:12:21] drove down here, me and my brother, and
[00:12:23] he's a film editor, so he's filming it.
[00:12:25] Uhoh. Watch out. Watch out. Here we go.
[00:12:27] You [ __ ] cowards.
[00:12:39] OUR
[00:12:50] undercover reporter was invited into the
[00:12:52] lobby of a nearby apartment complex
[00:12:54] where the agitators were wiping tear gas
[00:12:56] off their face.
[00:12:58] >> Oh, [ __ ] I was [ __ ] with tear gas.
[00:13:00] >> Yep.
[00:13:01] >> Say, I live here. If anybody needs for a
[00:13:03] second, I got you. It stays like on your
[00:13:06] clothes. It burns.
[00:13:07] >> Yeah. Smell. You'll smell it on your
[00:13:08] clothes
[00:13:08] >> and you'll keep burning. That's great.
[00:13:11] >> Go to go downstairs,
[00:13:13] >> right? Can I just sit right here, dude?
[00:13:14] I just
[00:13:22] >> Let's face it, healthc care is a mess.
[00:13:25] Outrageous premiums, surprise bills,
[00:13:26] [music] denied claims, and now the rates
[00:13:29] are climbing again. Medical debt is the
[00:13:31] number one cause of bankruptcy, even for
[00:13:33] people with insurance. That's why I
[00:13:35] switched to Impact Health Sharing. No
[00:13:37] networks, no woke nonsense, just real
[00:13:39] savings and up to 50%. You can pick your
[00:13:42] doctor. There's no surprise bills.
[00:13:44] There's 247 teleaalth and maternity
[00:13:46] support. Take control of your healthcare
[00:13:49] before the system [music] decides for
[00:13:50] you. Go to impactomg.com.
[00:13:53] That's impactomg.com
[00:13:55] or call 8553786777
[00:13:59] now. Impact Healthsharing built
[00:14:02] differently.
[00:14:05] This is James O'Keefe. You know me for
[00:14:06] exposing the truth and holding the
[00:14:08] corrupt elite accountable. But today I
[00:14:10] want to talk to you about protecting
[00:14:11] your own freedom, your retirement. Now,
[00:14:13] gold is soaring above 4,200 an ounce
[00:14:16] right now and climbing [music] towards
[00:14:18] $5,000. That's up over 45% this year
[00:14:20] alone with silver closing in on $60 an
[00:14:23] ounce. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and
[00:14:25] major banks are now forecasting gold
[00:14:27] between [music] $5,000 and $6,000 within
[00:14:29] the next 6 to 12 months. And that's why
[00:14:31] I've partnered with American
[00:14:32] Independence Gold, a veteranowned
[00:14:34] [music] company where proceeds from
[00:14:35] every sale help support the Tunnel to
[00:14:37] Towers Foundation. And right now, my
[00:14:39] followers get a free gold bar with every
[00:14:42] purchase of $10,000 or more. Go to
[00:14:44] [music] mediaold.com. That's
[00:14:46] okefemedagold.com.
[00:14:48] Or call 833324-4653.
[00:14:52] That's 83324 [music]
[00:14:54] gold. This is James O'Keefe. Where
[00:14:56] freedom isn't given, [music]
[00:14:58] it's secured. This is not financial
[00:15:00] advice. Consult a professional before
[00:15:02] making investment decisions.
[00:15:10] >> SHAME ON YOU. SHAME ON YOU.
[00:15:14] >> Shame on you. Shame. SHAME. SHAME.
[00:15:19] >> When that happened, I decided to arrive.
[00:15:22] We rolled up about 10 blocks from the
[00:15:24] scene of the tear gas. What struck me
[00:15:27] was this was not a bad neighborhood. The
[00:15:29] neighborhood looked like many of the
[00:15:31] neighborhoods that you live in. And
[00:15:33] immediately as we got out of the car,
[00:15:35] four to five women asked us who we were
[00:15:37] with.
[00:15:38] >> I'd love to see some sort of media
[00:15:42] curious. Like I would love to see just
[00:15:44] like your work.
[00:15:47] >> Uh my name is
[00:15:51] happening.
[00:15:51] >> Yeah. Stop taking pictures of me, bro.
[00:15:54] Stop taking pictures. land.
[00:15:57] >> No, you're not.
[00:15:59] >> These guys are not pressed.
[00:16:01] >> No, we we are pressed.
[00:16:04] >> Let's see them.
[00:16:06] >> Yeah, we got
[00:16:08] >> Eventually, I decided to identify myself
[00:16:10] as a member of the press. Specifically,
[00:16:12] a member of OK Media, as in O'Keeffe
[00:16:15] media. I even had a press badge.
[00:16:18] Hand
[00:16:19] >> it to us. If it's real, just hand it to
[00:16:21] you.
[00:16:21] >> Yeah. No, we're No, it's right here.
[00:16:24] We'll give it back. These guys are not
[00:16:25] Chris. I looked up Okay Media. It's from
[00:16:28] Portugal. They're not from Portugal.
[00:16:31] >> Bizarrely, the agitator claimed that OK
[00:16:33] Media was Portuguese.
[00:16:35] >> I looked up your [ __ ] website. It's
[00:16:37] all Portuguese
[00:16:39] >> and none of their work is POLITICAL AT
[00:16:41] ALL.
[00:16:42] >> WHAT'S fascinating about this
[00:16:43] interaction is the statement from the
[00:16:45] agitator, quote, "They're not political
[00:16:48] at all." What dawned upon me in that
[00:16:50] moment was, "It wasn't a good thing we
[00:16:53] weren't political. It was actually a
[00:16:55] liability. If you're not a member of
[00:16:57] their team, if you don't believe exactly
[00:16:59] what they believe, you are their enemy.
[00:17:02] Even if you're neutral, you must be
[00:17:05] destroyed or killed.
[00:17:07] >> Stop taking pictures of people.
[00:17:08] >> I'm not taking pictures. I'm taking
[00:17:10] pictures of him.
[00:17:11] >> Stop. Why? What the [ __ ] is the point?
[00:17:13] >> Cuz we're pressed.
[00:17:15] >> Show me the website.
[00:17:20] >> These guys aren't pressed.
[00:17:21] >> These guys are not pressed.
[00:17:23] >> We are pressed. pressure.
[00:17:24] >> These are guys that
[00:17:27] >> then they were able to ID me. A woman
[00:17:29] pulled up my Wikipedia page which
[00:17:31] labeled me as a far-right activist and
[00:17:33] it went all downhill from there.
[00:17:46] SHAME.
[00:17:52] SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME.
[00:17:56] SHAME.
[00:17:57] >> They threw something at me which hit the
[00:18:00] back of my Kevlar plate.
[00:18:06] >> Shame. Shame. Shame.
[00:18:08] >> My security determined this was an
[00:18:10] unsafe situation, so we retreated back
[00:18:12] to the SUV. So, the key is when we get
[00:18:14] to the car, we got to get in and get out
[00:18:16] right now. Okay.
[00:18:19] But they continued to follow us.
[00:18:22] >> Don't let them take your
[00:18:28] >> All you can do is merely disengage and
[00:18:31] try your best to get out, [panting]
[00:18:34] but they follow you and they don't stop
[00:18:36] following you. It felt like a horror
[00:18:39] movie. This agitator attempted to
[00:18:41] organize an army, recruiting members of
[00:18:44] the mob to follow us.
[00:18:46] >> Those guys are feds.
[00:18:49] >> Yeah. The rest
[00:18:53] are fed.
[00:19:00] >> Our cameraman actually pulled his mask
[00:19:02] down to try to show them that we are
[00:19:04] actually pressed.
[00:19:08] If I was a fed, I wouldn't take off my
[00:19:10] mask.
[00:19:20] >> We got into the vehicle and they started
[00:19:22] throwing projectiles at us, frozen water
[00:19:25] bottles at us. One hit my security in
[00:19:28] the back of the neck.
[00:19:32] >> I AM SHOOTING.
[00:19:35] >> [panting]
[00:19:36] >> SHOOT, SHOOT, SHOOT. SHOOTING. WHOA,
[00:19:38] WHOA, WHOA, WHOA. WHOA. WHOA. Where's
[00:19:41] this? The We're press [laughter]
[00:19:43] >> [ __ ] press.
[00:19:44] >> We're pressed.
[00:19:46] >> Do you know what the first amendment is?
[00:19:48] >> Go, go, go, go.
[00:19:51] >> Do you support the First Amendment?
[00:19:55] >> Do you support the First Amendment? Yes
[00:19:57] or no?
[00:20:00] >> I'm against [ __ ] ICE.
[00:20:01] >> You guys are yelling and throwing
[00:20:02] things. We're not doing nothing. You
[00:20:04] just assaulted us. We're pressed.
[00:20:06] >> We are. We're trying.
[00:20:10] >> All right.
[00:20:11] >> No problem, bro. I got you.
[00:20:13] >> Man, [laughter] they're just everywhere.
[00:20:14] Look. Turn around. Turn around. They're
[00:20:16] everywhere.
[00:20:17] >> Shut the [ __ ] doors.
[00:20:18] >> Shut the door.
[00:20:19] >> Shut the [ __ ] doors.
[00:20:22] >> They threw a a frozen
[00:20:23] >> ice brick. Ice brick at the car.
[00:20:27] >> Take off your vest again quickly.
[00:20:29] >> Yes. I don't [ __ ] bring them
[00:20:32] here.
[00:20:33] back.
[00:20:37] >> Yeah. I don't mean it's this. You could
[00:20:39] get killed, man. I You could get killed.
[00:20:41] There's no First Amendment anymore in
[00:20:42] this country.
[00:20:43] >> No, there's not.
[00:20:44] >> It's It's over. Game over. Now there's
[00:20:46] there's a cop. What is that? An
[00:20:48] ambulance. Okay.
[00:20:50] >> Um Yeah. Let me get let me get out of
[00:20:52] dodge and regroup. But this is not safe.
[00:20:54] This is not safe for you and I. Okay.
[00:20:58] >> So, we we were one became 20 became 100.
[00:21:01] They just started assaulting us. They
[00:21:03] started attacking us. And I I think my
[00:21:05] realization is that we are headed
[00:21:06] towards a civil war in this country.
[00:21:08] There is there is no way that's going to
[00:21:09] be avoided. There's total lawlessness.
[00:21:12] They don't care that we're pressed.
[00:21:14] Anybody who is not on their side will be
[00:21:17] destroyed, killed. Um, everyone's
[00:21:20] afraid. No one wants to expose anything.
[00:21:22] It's all about greed and money and
[00:21:24] power. Um, people need to wake up
[00:21:26] because, you know, that's what the
[00:21:28] future looks like. That's the future. I
[00:21:30] felt like we're in a movie. Um, perhaps
[00:21:33] Children of Men would be the would be
[00:21:35] the closest metaphor I could see.
[00:21:37] Zombies attacking the car, attacking
[00:21:39] you. Cartel guys, you should win the
[00:21:42] line in the sand. Cartel was running
[00:21:44] away from me when I pulled up with a
[00:21:45] press vest in in in California. But
[00:21:48] here,
[00:21:50] they run they run toward they they throw
[00:21:52] bricks at the police. They don't give a
[00:21:55] [ __ ]
[00:21:58] You're going to come for all everyone?
[00:22:00] >> Oh, I'm just going to protect my
[00:22:02] portfolio and make sure my kids are safe
[00:22:05] behind my picket. That's okay. For
[00:22:06] another few years, that'll work.
[00:22:08] Eventually, they'll come for you.
[00:22:10] >> We went back to our hotel. My undercover
[00:22:12] reporter found spotters from their
[00:22:14] groups spying on us, following us, and
[00:22:17] reporting back to their signal chats.
[00:22:19] >> I We We have to get out of the hotel.
[00:22:22] >> James, go back.
[00:22:23] >> Okay. I need him with me.
[00:22:24] >> Yeah, let's go. We George, we we have to
[00:22:27] get out of the hotel. They got spotters
[00:22:29] in the hotel. So now we got to get just
[00:22:31] out of Minneapolis. Come on.
[00:22:34] >> We soon realized we had to change hotels
[00:22:36] and moved to another location 30 minutes
[00:22:39] away.
[00:22:40] >> He took three pictures of us and then
[00:22:41] now they're changing lanes and trying to
[00:22:42] act like I didn't see him.
[00:22:46] >> You want to slow down so we can figure
[00:22:47] out what's going on?
[00:22:50] >> Yeah. He's slowing down, too.
[00:22:52] >> Yep.
[00:22:53] >> Dude, that's wild. Yep.
[00:22:55] >> People were following us on the freeway.
[00:22:58] Reporter Cam Higgby also reported that
[00:23:00] people were following him.
[00:23:01] >> Bet they turn with us.
[00:23:04] >> Yep. Here they come.
[00:23:05] >> White Chevy Silverado with the um newly
[00:23:09] changed plates with the coexist sticker
[00:23:11] on the back. We're on Irving and Lake
[00:23:12] Street. We seem to be the only commuters
[00:23:14] following. Um just wanted to give an
[00:23:17] update on our location.
[00:23:18] >> We aren't ice. We are not ice.
[00:23:22] >> We're not ice [ __ ] ice. We're not
[00:23:24] ICE.
[00:23:26] >> I'm showing my face. I'm not Ice.
[00:23:27] >> We've come here. We're not ICE. Yeah.
[00:23:30] They've been following us for over an
[00:23:31] hour.
[00:23:32] >> We're just letting them know and and
[00:23:33] they
[00:23:34] >> ice. Not in an ICE vehicle, RIGHT?
[00:23:36] >> NO. RIGHT.
[00:23:36] >> RIGHT. GET IN YOUR TRUCK AND GET THE
[00:23:38] [ __ ] OUT.
[00:23:38] >> WHY? Because you need to go. Confirmed
[00:23:40] ICE. GET THE [ __ ] OUT.
[00:23:42] >> CONFIRMED ICE through who? We're
[00:23:43] American citizens. We're We're not ICE.
[00:23:45] >> To the people that you're abducting. Get
[00:23:47] out.
[00:23:47] >> It was incredible to see how people act
[00:23:50] when they're stopped. It was impossible
[00:23:52] to convince them that you are not ICE.
[00:23:55] If you are not them, you are
[00:23:57] automatically ICE. If you don't hear
[00:24:00] your name called, they most likely think
[00:24:02] you're a fed. That's actually better
[00:24:05] than them thinking that you're James
[00:24:06] O'Keefe.
[00:24:08] It's better that you're a Fed than James
[00:24:09] O'Keefe, according to our source. But
[00:24:12] again, if you thinking about don't try
[00:24:13] this at home, but if you do, come here
[00:24:16] to Minneapolis. get on the freeway,
[00:24:18] exchange the SUV or the pickup truck for
[00:24:21] a Subaru. You want to You want to look
[00:24:23] like your mom. You want to look like
[00:24:25] you're a teacher. You want to look like
[00:24:27] you got that union union sticker on the
[00:24:29] back of your car. You get that union
[00:24:30] sticker put on your car. You not want to
[00:24:32] have an SUV like us. Lesson learned.
[00:24:35] >> Let's Let's get inside the hotel. Upon
[00:24:37] getting to our next hotel, my security
[00:24:39] detail showed me a text message that he
[00:24:42] had received from what appeared to be a
[00:24:44] burner number threatening to kill us if
[00:24:46] we do not vacate the city of Minneapolis
[00:24:48] within the next hour. We just got this
[00:24:51] message and it says, um, we know that
[00:24:54] you're in Minneapolis. You're with
[00:24:57] O'Keefe and his crew of Nazis. You're in
[00:24:59] a white Ford license plate. They
[00:25:02] actually wrote the license plate down
[00:25:03] from Florida. You have 1 hour to leave
[00:25:06] or you're dead. You have 1 hour to leave
[00:25:09] or you're dead. We're going to contact
[00:25:12] law enforcement, DHS, and the FBI. Um,
[00:25:15] and we're going to try to get out of
[00:25:16] here safely so we can bring the news to
[00:25:19] you. As I left Minneapolis, I was very
[00:25:22] shaken by what I witnessed. And all I
[00:25:25] could do was write down my thoughts as I
[00:25:28] waited my production team to go through
[00:25:30] the hidden camera footage and identify
[00:25:32] some of the folks we spoke with.
[00:25:34] And what I realize is that
[00:25:36] self-preservation is the enemy of the
[00:25:39] American people. In the Pelpeneisian
[00:25:41] war, Fuclites says, "The strong do what
[00:25:43] they can and the weak suffer what they
[00:25:46] must." There is absolutely no
[00:25:49] accountability in our country for those
[00:25:51] who are actually engaged in wrongdoing.
[00:25:54] And everything collapses when power
[00:25:57] disparities grow. Justice, as you want
[00:26:00] it, can only exist when there are
[00:26:03] consequences.
[00:26:05] But why be just if injustice pays
[00:26:09] better? The Minneapolis police stood
[00:26:12] down. They probably stood down because
[00:26:15] there was no incentive for them to stand
[00:26:18] up. People are only just if they're
[00:26:20] being watched. And you might say that
[00:26:24] this report and investigative journalism
[00:26:26] doesn't matter if there are no
[00:26:28] consequences. But remember that justice
[00:26:31] only happens when they are being
[00:26:34] watched. Remove oversight in the
[00:26:37] journalistic sense and those incentives
[00:26:40] that define human behavior will take
[00:26:42] over. Profits of corruption are
[00:26:45] immediate. Accountability or prison for
[00:26:48] bad actors takes forever. And there
[00:26:50] aren't enough prosecutors who can't be
[00:26:53] bribed or threatened.
[00:26:54] >> Get back.
[00:26:55] >> One of the most haunting things I know
[00:26:56] is that people tend to love money more
[00:26:59] than justice. They love power more than
[00:27:01] truth and safety more than doing the
[00:27:04] right thing. But perhaps the only thing
[00:27:07] that these people fear is exposure
[00:27:09] itself. And that's very good news
[00:27:12] because at this point it may be our only
[00:27:15] recourse.
[00:27:18] This is James O'Keefe. You know me for
[00:27:20] [music] exposing the truth and holding
[00:27:21] the corrupt elite accountable. But today
[00:27:23] I want to talk to you about protecting
[00:27:25] your own freedom, your [music]
[00:27:26] retirement. Now, gold is soaring above
[00:27:28] 4,200 an ounce right now and climbing
[00:27:30] towards $5,000. That's up over 45% this
[00:27:34] year alone with silver closing in on $60
[00:27:36] an ounce. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and
[00:27:38] major banks are now forecasting [music]
[00:27:40] gold between $5,000 and $6,000 within
[00:27:42] the next 6 to 12 months. And that's why
[00:27:44] I've partnered with American
[00:27:45] Independence Gold, a veteranowned
[00:27:47] [music] company where proceeds from
[00:27:49] every sale help support the Tunnel to
[00:27:50] Towers Foundation. And right now, my
[00:27:53] followers get a free gold bar with every
[00:27:55] purchase of $10,000 or more. Go to
[00:27:58] [music] mediaold.com. That's
[00:28:00] mediaold.com. Or call 83324-4653.
[00:28:05] That's 83324
[00:28:07] gold. This is James O'Keefe. Where
[00:28:10] freedom isn't given, [music]
[00:28:12] it's secured. This is not financial
[00:28:14] advice. Consult a professional before
[00:28:16] making investment decisions.
[00:28:19] Let's face it, health care is a mess.
[00:28:21] Outrageous premiums, surprise bills,
[00:28:23] [music] denied claims, and now the rates
[00:28:25] are climbing again. Medical debt is the
[00:28:27] number one cause of bankruptcy, even for
[00:28:29] people with insurance. That's why I
[00:28:31] switched to Impact Health Sharing. No
[00:28:34] networks, [music] no woke nonsense, just
[00:28:35] real savings and up to 50%. You can pick
[00:28:38] your doctor. There's no [music] surprise
[00:28:40] bills. There's 247 teleaalth and
[00:28:42] maternity support. Take control of your
[00:28:45] health care before the system decides
[00:28:47] for you. Go to impactomg.com.
[00:28:49] That's impactomg.com
[00:28:51] or call 855-378677
[00:28:56] now. Impact healthsharing built
[00:28:58] differently.
[00:29:04] All right everybody, we're we're back
[00:29:06] live on the air. This is James O'Keefe
[00:29:08] with OMG and Citizen Journalism
[00:29:10] Foundation. We just got back from
[00:29:12] Minneapolis. Our undercover reporters
[00:29:14] inside the mob. I want to and we just
[00:29:17] played our 30 minute report which is
[00:29:19] effectively a movie. We pieced together
[00:29:22] hidden camera footage. We had the
[00:29:23] undercover people in the mob. Now, you
[00:29:25] might be wondering how the hell did we
[00:29:27] were there? We were actually in town um
[00:29:30] the night before
[00:29:34] working on a story. I can't say which
[00:29:36] one, but we decided to go to the protest
[00:29:38] and embed undercover people in the
[00:29:41] protest the day before and we were a
[00:29:43] mile or two away from the shooting. So,
[00:29:45] we went downtown. I want to take you
[00:29:47] back to that moment. If we could please
[00:29:50] go to the section of the video where we
[00:29:52] we meet some of these protesters. They
[00:29:54] did not know they were being recorded.
[00:29:57] >> Uh these are we're going to call them
[00:29:58] agitators. I don't know what to refer to
[00:30:00] them. Maybe you guys have a better
[00:30:02] description of how you characterize
[00:30:04] these people. I call them agitators. And
[00:30:07] if we can go, please go to there's
[00:30:08] there's a couple organizations cuz you
[00:30:10] guys are asking who's funding them. So,
[00:30:11] let's go to the words coming out of
[00:30:13] their mouth. First, an organization
[00:30:16] called Independent Socialist Group. Um,
[00:30:21] Independent Socialist Group, a woman by
[00:30:24] the name of Peggy Wang. Now, again, this
[00:30:26] is the evening before the shooting.
[00:30:29] uh at the Target Center. We had
[00:30:32] undercover people in the protest. Peggy
[00:30:34] Wang, independent socialist group. Let's
[00:30:37] see what she says. Go ahead.
[00:30:47] >> So, she says, "I do union work." Um some
[00:30:51] of these folks didn't give them their
[00:30:53] names, but we have software that we can
[00:30:54] identify who they are. We believe we're
[00:30:56] going to we're going to devote this live
[00:30:58] show again. We're going to publish the
[00:31:00] video after the show ends. We're going
[00:31:01] to devote the show to um being
[00:31:04] transparent and naming all these people
[00:31:06] and naming who their employers are.
[00:31:08] That's what we're going to do. Megan
[00:31:09] Kelly asked me yesterday, "James, I
[00:31:10] don't know about that. I want to give
[00:31:11] him attention." I said, "Not give
[00:31:12] attention. I'm reporting information the
[00:31:15] public has a right to know and we
[00:31:16] believe that sunlight's the best
[00:31:17] disinfectant." So Peggy Wang works with
[00:31:19] Independent Socialist Group. Um, quote,
[00:31:23] "Independent Socialist Group is an
[00:31:24] organization working to build a new
[00:31:26] socialist party fighting in our
[00:31:27] workplaces and communities against the
[00:31:29] exploitation and injustices. In order to
[00:31:32] win, I'm quoting from this
[00:31:33] organization's website, we need to
[00:31:35] organize unions for workers who have
[00:31:37] none and change existing unions to be
[00:31:39] more democratic and more powerful. We
[00:31:42] need to connect the labor movement to
[00:31:44] other movements for social justice using
[00:31:47] the strength of an increasingly
[00:31:48] organized working class." Let's go to
[00:31:50] Peggy Wang, who does not know that she's
[00:31:52] being recorded by a James O'Keefe
[00:31:54] undercover reporter outside the Target
[00:31:56] Center the night before the shooting.
[00:31:58] Hit it.
[00:32:02] [music]
[00:32:04] >> Reproductive rights
[00:32:08] for labor workers party. We need a real
[00:32:11] political representation for working
[00:32:15] PARTY.
[00:32:17] >> OKAY. IS THIS a party organization?
[00:32:22] Independent socialist group
[00:32:27] socialist group which is an NGO. Now
[00:32:30] many of you have stated as a matter of
[00:32:34] fact or visav rhetorical question that
[00:32:37] there is one independent there's one
[00:32:40] James Bond villain funding all of this.
[00:32:42] I don't think that's the case based upon
[00:32:43] what we're witnessing here. This is a
[00:32:45] loosely tied collection of NOS's
[00:32:49] uh featuring people who seem to be true
[00:32:52] believers and that should terrify you
[00:32:53] more than the transactional nature that
[00:32:56] you're used to. In other words, you make
[00:32:58] money by doing contracts, doing work.
[00:33:02] These are people who believe in their
[00:33:03] cause. Let's go to the other individual
[00:33:05] we secretly recorded
[00:33:07] who works for the SEIU.
[00:33:10] I mean, if you're interested in the
[00:33:12] immigrants right organization, um, you
[00:33:15] should look up Make the Road New York.
[00:33:17] >> Make the Road New York.
[00:33:18] >> Make the Road.
[00:33:19] >> But who are you with?
[00:33:20] >> I'm just with the I'm uh with the union.
[00:33:23] >> Oh, yeah. S E I Service Employees
[00:33:28] for a second.
[00:33:28] >> If you're just tuning in, go back to the
[00:33:30] video. If you're just tuning in, we
[00:33:32] played our 40inut investigative video
[00:33:35] report and we're taking you through
[00:33:37] portions of it. Um, and I recognize this
[00:33:40] is a live show, so many of you missed
[00:33:42] some of the video. We'll play it again.
[00:33:44] We'll post it when we're done. But we're
[00:33:46] taking you through our undercover
[00:33:48] journalism into the agitators who do not
[00:33:51] know they're being secret recorded. And
[00:33:53] we're we're we're featuring a woman from
[00:33:54] the SEIU who's admitting uh who they're
[00:33:57] working with. Um, and as I play this,
[00:34:00] the comments are are yelling at me.
[00:34:02] They're saying, "No, they're doing it
[00:34:03] for the money." And I and I actually
[00:34:05] don't agree with with you uh on that.
[00:34:08] based upon what I witnessed. And please
[00:34:11] debate me if you were there. If you're
[00:34:12] there, please tell me. I'll I'll go
[00:34:14] there. Have the balls to go there. You
[00:34:17] can go undercover and witness this stuff
[00:34:19] if you don't believe me. But I think
[00:34:21] this is going to be a hard pill for many
[00:34:22] of you to swallow. You're not going to
[00:34:24] like hearing this because it's an
[00:34:25] uncomfortable truth and far more
[00:34:26] terrifying than what you want to
[00:34:27] believe, which is that this is just
[00:34:29] transactional. But these people seem to
[00:34:31] possess,
[00:34:33] as I wrote, a fiercer faith in their
[00:34:35] cause than many of the Christians that I
[00:34:37] know show in Jesus Christ. And it's a
[00:34:41] faith proved not by words,
[00:34:44] not just by prayers, but by a readiness
[00:34:46] to act and to sacrifice,
[00:34:49] which is actually quite
[00:34:52] something. And they have a power to them
[00:34:55] that baffles the rest of us because in a
[00:34:57] and it is to quote Whitaker Chambers in
[00:34:59] a large measure the rest of the world
[00:35:02] has lost that power. The power to hold
[00:35:04] convictions and act upon them. Let's go
[00:35:07] back to this SEIA SEIU woman that we
[00:35:11] secretly recorded at the Target Center
[00:35:14] in downtown Minneapolis. Go back and
[00:35:16] play that again, please. We looked at
[00:35:18] the tax returns of
[00:35:19] >> I mean if you're interested in the
[00:35:21] immigrants right organization um used to
[00:35:24] look up make the road New York
[00:35:26] >> Make the Road New York.
[00:35:28] >> But who are you with?
[00:35:29] >> I'm just with a I'm uh with a union.
[00:35:32] >> She says Make the World New York. Now
[00:35:36] I've never actually heard of this group.
[00:35:39] Make the Road New York which is
[00:35:40] apparently a 51c3. But she's not with
[00:35:43] Make the Road. She's with the SEIU,
[00:35:45] Service Employees International Union.
[00:35:48] And um if we can keep playing the
[00:35:49] footage.
[00:35:50] >> Yeah. S IU Service Employees
[00:35:53] International.
[00:35:55] >> We looked at the tax returns of Make the
[00:35:57] Road New York and found their registered
[00:35:59] 501c3 that file a 990 and they received
[00:36:02] $16 million in grants.
[00:36:06] Um 16. Just pause that. Please put that
[00:36:09] on the screen so the viewers could see
[00:36:11] that so you know what we're talking
[00:36:13] about here. I mean they're seeing my
[00:36:15] face. Can we Can we look at the tax
[00:36:17] return?
[00:36:19] Okay. They see the government. Look at
[00:36:20] that. That's a what's called a schedule
[00:36:22] on a 990 tax return for this is this
[00:36:26] road to what is it called?
[00:36:29] Road to New York. Ma make the road. I've
[00:36:32] never even heard of this. Make the road
[00:36:34] New York is funding this.
[00:36:37] This is the tax return. Go back to the
[00:36:39] 990, please. This is a publicly
[00:36:41] scheduled tax return. $16 million.
[00:36:44] Obviously, you and I are in the wrong
[00:36:45] business.
[00:36:47] We got to install microwave ovens and
[00:36:49] custom kitchen deliveries.
[00:36:52] And that's just government grants.
[00:36:54] That's a public 990 tax return based out
[00:36:57] of Jackson Heights, New York. Tax exempt
[00:37:00] for 27 years. There's a tax ID number on
[00:37:02] the screen. You can look it up yourself.
[00:37:04] Designated a 51c3.
[00:37:07] We are in the wrong business, everyone.
[00:37:10] Can you imagine what Nick Shirley could
[00:37:11] do with $16 million?
[00:37:14] Can you imagine what James O'Keefe could
[00:37:16] do with $16 million? The United States
[00:37:18] government is funding this. We're 36
[00:37:21] trillion in debt or are we 36 trillion
[00:37:24] in fraud?
[00:37:27] And you might be asking, well, why don't
[00:37:28] they hold anybody accountable? Well, as
[00:37:31] I said to Megan Kelly, as I said to
[00:37:33] Benny Johnson, there's no money in
[00:37:34] holding anybody accountable. there's big
[00:37:36] money in this. So, if your if your
[00:37:40] imperative is is profit, then you're
[00:37:44] going to do the wrong thing. Um, we'll
[00:37:47] get to that. We'll get to that. Uh, we
[00:37:49] we'll keep talking about that, but I
[00:37:50] just want to give you the cold hard
[00:37:51] facts. Let's go back to the SEIU lady
[00:37:53] and keep playing what she said inside
[00:37:55] this protest.
[00:37:58] Uh, you know what? Let's go to the other
[00:38:00] agitator that we recorded. This is the
[00:38:02] one who confirms Carl H uh Cam Higgby's
[00:38:05] signal chat reporting. Now, this moment
[00:38:08] was right after the shooting. We had
[00:38:10] undercover people in the mob and the one
[00:38:14] of our undercover people actually
[00:38:15] recorded one of the agitators talking
[00:38:17] about the signal groups that Cam Higgy
[00:38:20] reported. That was and and our
[00:38:21] undercover person got teargassed
[00:38:23] >> and got shot with a rubber bullet. So,
[00:38:26] let's go to that moment. Right before
[00:38:28] that begins,
[00:38:30] if you're just tuning in, we're
[00:38:32] undercover in the mob. Wondered where
[00:38:35] did these people come from? And how do
[00:38:36] they know so quickly to mobilize? Our
[00:38:38] undercover people were inside the mob.
[00:38:41] >> I can't believe this happened again. I
[00:38:44] drove down from Colorado to come
[00:38:46] yesterday. We were going to leave today
[00:38:49] and then all that just happened.
[00:38:53] >> Yeah, of course.
[00:38:55] >> Sorry, I'm talking over the video.
[00:38:57] Pause. I got to tell the producer this
[00:38:59] is a hidden camera shot now. It's -13
[00:39:01] degrees, so you know the hidden camera's
[00:39:04] malfunction. We lost a lot of great
[00:39:05] footage, but we did this is a hidden
[00:39:07] camera recording uh talking to the
[00:39:09] agitator right before the tear gas
[00:39:11] begins.
[00:39:13] And at this moment in time around 11:30
[00:39:17] a.m. noon on Saturday, Cam Higgby breaks
[00:39:20] the signal chat. And this is I I asked
[00:39:23] Cam Higgby this question off the air.
[00:39:25] I'm not sure we've ever seen an agitator
[00:39:28] talk about the signal chats, but we
[00:39:29] believe that this woman is the first
[00:39:31] woman to do so. And let's see if we can
[00:39:33] see her face and identify who this is.
[00:39:35] Go ahead, play the tape.
[00:39:36] >> Oh, a good time. I mean, like, I'm glad
[00:39:38] you guys are here cuz Yeah. I don't know
[00:39:39] what the [ __ ] is going on. Like, I don't
[00:39:40] know how they're going to keep getting
[00:39:41] away with this.
[00:39:42] >> Are there are there like group are there
[00:39:44] are there chats and stuff? I'm trying to
[00:39:46] get linked up and stuff and I don't
[00:39:49] know. Um, unfortunately just cuz you're
[00:39:51] out of town or I don't know if I feel
[00:39:53] comfortable like putting you in chat or
[00:39:54] [ __ ] just cuz there's like so many
[00:39:56] [ __ ] ops.
[00:39:57] >> You know what I mean?
[00:39:58] >> The agitator.
[00:39:59] >> Okay, let's go back to that. Play play
[00:40:01] that again.
[00:40:02] >> Um, he's asking the agitator about the
[00:40:06] signal groups and she expresses
[00:40:08] discomfort. Play that clip one more
[00:40:10] time.
[00:40:10] >> I I mean like I'm glad you guys are here
[00:40:12] cuz Yeah. I don't know what the [ __ ] is
[00:40:13] going on. Like I don't know how they're
[00:40:14] going to keep getting away with this.
[00:40:16] Yeah. And are there are there like group
[00:40:18] are there are there chats and stuff? I'm
[00:40:20] trying to get linked up and stuff and I
[00:40:21] don't
[00:40:24] >> um unfortunately just cuz you're out of
[00:40:25] town or I don't know if I feel
[00:40:27] comfortable like putting you in chat
[00:40:28] just
[00:40:29] >> Okay. So it's interesting. I mean these
[00:40:31] guys are hyper
[00:40:34] I've never quite seen
[00:40:36] >> I'm not just saying this to be
[00:40:37] hyperbolic. I've seen some crazy things.
[00:40:39] I've been in some crazy places. I've
[00:40:41] interviewed the deep state people. I am
[00:40:43] the cartel. We'll play that clip in a
[00:40:44] minute. Um, I've never I've Where's her
[00:40:48] face? Do you see that face? Can Can you
[00:40:51] Can you zoom in or something? Can you
[00:40:52] make that the whole screen? This is the
[00:40:54] agitator with the signal groups.
[00:40:57] Okay, it's full screen. Um, you know,
[00:41:00] there's PIM eyes. There's all types of
[00:41:01] software uh to ID these folks. We'd like
[00:41:05] to know her name and who she works with
[00:41:08] talking about inside the signal groups
[00:41:10] getting access. And at right at this
[00:41:11] moment when when she's talking about the
[00:41:14] signal groups, then the tear gas starts.
[00:41:16] We're on the front lines. Our people get
[00:41:19] teargassed and get hit with rubber
[00:41:20] bullets. Play that footage.
[00:41:23] >> So we're all
[00:41:27] >> Oh, no. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I just
[00:41:30] drove down here me and my brother and
[00:41:31] he's a film editor, so he's filming it.
[00:41:33] Uhoh. Watch out. Watch out. Here we go.
[00:41:36] You [ __ ] coward.
[00:41:46] >> [cough]
[00:41:46] >> ALL RIGHT, PAUSE. SO, our undercover
[00:41:48] person is wearing the the hidden camera.
[00:41:50] I'm not going to say what type of camera
[00:41:52] they're wearing. We still have people on
[00:41:54] the inside of these groups, believe it
[00:41:57] or not. And it's not just because we
[00:41:59] have full-time
[00:42:01] undercover employees. We have sources
[00:42:04] that reach out to us within with
[00:42:05] intelligence. And we call them access
[00:42:07] agents that give us that get us inside.
[00:42:10] So at this point, the undercover
[00:42:11] reporter gets invited to one of the
[00:42:13] agitators homes where they're wiping off
[00:42:15] the tear gas off tear gas off their
[00:42:17] faces. Hit it.
[00:42:24] Our
[00:42:30] undercover reporter was invited into the
[00:42:32] lobby of a nearby apartment complex
[00:42:34] where the agitators were wiping tear gas
[00:42:36] off their face.
[00:42:37] >> Oh [ __ ] I was [ __ ] tear gas.
[00:42:39] >> Yep.
[00:42:41] >> Say I live here. If anybody needs it for
[00:42:43] a second, I got you.
[00:42:45] >> It stays like on your clothes and burns.
[00:42:47] >> Smell you'll smell it on your clothes
[00:42:48] >> and it'll keep burning. That's great.
[00:42:51] >> Go downstairs,
[00:42:53] >> right? Can I just sit right here, dude?
[00:42:54] I just
[00:42:59] >> So, pause. This is the undercover
[00:43:01] journalist has been invited into the
[00:43:02] house. Now, can we go back to that?
[00:43:04] Scroll back to the house or this
[00:43:06] apartment complex near the scene of the
[00:43:09] crime. There it is. It looks like 1 2 3.
[00:43:12] If you look at the letters on the door
[00:43:13] there, that there's an awning. It's an
[00:43:15] apartment building. Now, what's
[00:43:16] remarkable, I can report to you that
[00:43:17] most of the the residences in this
[00:43:19] neighborhood, this is not a Compton.
[00:43:21] This is not, you know, Camden, New
[00:43:23] Jersey. I don't mean to discriminate
[00:43:25] against these these tough places, but
[00:43:27] what struck me upon arriving to this
[00:43:29] this area if you're not if you've never
[00:43:31] been there. It's it's actually a
[00:43:33] suburban place, middle class, I would
[00:43:36] say. I wouldn't say lower middle class.
[00:43:38] It's the homes seem quite nice. It might
[00:43:40] be a place that you yourself grew up in.
[00:43:42] It reminded me of a town I grew up in.
[00:43:44] So, when we rolled into town, uh
[00:43:47] remember the shooting had just occurred.
[00:43:49] It was like watching an army of white
[00:43:52] walkers just descend like what's that Z
[00:43:55] movie with Brad Pitt where they're all
[00:43:57] just walking World War Z. Thank you. Um
[00:44:00] or Children of Men that that scene with
[00:44:03] Clive Bowen. So if we could just go to
[00:44:05] the scene, please when we w when we
[00:44:09] drove up to the shooting we're like 10
[00:44:12] blocks 12 blocks away quiet
[00:44:14] neighborhood. I just want the audience
[00:44:15] to see what we saw. I'm a show don't
[00:44:18] tell person. That's what you're going to
[00:44:19] find out about me. I'm not going to
[00:44:20] report anything unless you could see it
[00:44:22] with your own eyes. This is us. Not This
[00:44:24] is the woman in camouflage, by the way.
[00:44:25] We want to ID her. But look at this
[00:44:28] neighborhood. It's not It wasn't like
[00:44:30] there was tear gas. It wasn't like um
[00:44:33] that's I didn't feel unsafe. I wasn't
[00:44:35] even prepared with a cover. I was just
[00:44:37] going to say I'm I'm a reporter, which I
[00:44:38] am. But I I just want you to show the
[00:44:40] scene driving down this road and us
[00:44:42] getting out of that car. And immediately
[00:44:45] as we got out of the car, four to five
[00:44:47] women asked us who we were with
[00:44:51] >> pause. Like literally the second we get
[00:44:53] out of the car, there's five of them. We
[00:44:56] need to see some identification. And I'm
[00:44:57] thinking like this is a suburban area
[00:44:59] with homes. I mean ID what what are you
[00:45:02] the Stazzi? What are you East Germany?
[00:45:07] People say well you know which side are
[00:45:09] you on with ICE? I I don't have a side.
[00:45:11] I don't need to tell you what I think
[00:45:13] about this. I'm here to report on what
[00:45:16] is going on. I want to show people the
[00:45:18] reality and then figure out what I
[00:45:20] think. But what was what was striking
[00:45:22] was that um usually you tell them your
[00:45:26] press and they say, "Okay, fine." No,
[00:45:27] they want they wanted to know. They
[00:45:29] don't care. They want they want to know
[00:45:32] that you're on their side or they're
[00:45:34] going to hurt you. I've never quite
[00:45:38] witnessed anything like that before.
[00:45:40] Let's keep playing. some sort of media.
[00:45:43] I'm just curious like I would love to
[00:45:45] see just like your work
[00:45:50] and exposed to what's happening.
[00:45:53] >> Yeah. Stop taking pictures of me, bro.
[00:45:55] Stop taking pictures.
[00:45:59] >> No, you're not.
[00:46:00] >> These guys are not correct.
[00:46:03] >> No, we we are pressed.
[00:46:07] >> Yeah. Eventually, I decided to identify
[00:46:11] myself as a member of the press.
[00:46:13] Specifically, a member of OK Media, as
[00:46:15] in O'Keeffe media. I even had a press
[00:46:18] badge.
[00:46:22] >> If it's real, just have it.
[00:46:24] >> I mean, it's it's really it's really,
[00:46:26] you know, a fascinating sociological
[00:46:28] commentary because this is the woman.
[00:46:30] Look at her right there. I want to keep
[00:46:32] that image on the screen. We've got a
[00:46:34] lot of people watching this right now.
[00:46:35] This will be viewed millions of times.
[00:46:37] Right now, we've got, you know, a
[00:46:39] hundred thousand people watching this
[00:46:41] live. I want to know who this individual
[00:46:42] is. We're going to ID them all. We're
[00:46:45] going to expose them all. But it's a
[00:46:48] fast There you go. There's her face.
[00:46:49] It's a fascinating And by the way, the
[00:46:51] Department of Justice has asked me for
[00:46:52] these people because they were they were
[00:46:54] trailing us and stalking us and
[00:46:56] threatening us, assaulting us.
[00:46:59] I what was so fascinating here is that
[00:47:03] usually when you when you um are neutral
[00:47:08] or or you don't take a stance, it it
[00:47:10] it's fine. But in this case, they wanted
[00:47:12] to hurt you because you were not
[00:47:15] political. So that kind of threw me for
[00:47:17] a loop. That was a learning lesson for
[00:47:19] me as we continue to experience this.
[00:47:22] I'm just going to play the video again
[00:47:24] of of of when this I'm going to call her
[00:47:27] camo woman.
[00:47:28] >> Uh camo woman tries to ID us and then
[00:47:32] things start to get a little intense.
[00:47:34] Now, unfortunately, our camera froze.
[00:47:36] Our DSLR camera froze in the -12°
[00:47:39] weather and our security guy, the
[00:47:42] marine, they started to pat him down
[00:47:46] like they were the authority. The
[00:47:47] autonomous zone had not yet formed.
[00:47:50] There's the security on the right. and
[00:47:52] they were patting him down. And you
[00:47:53] might say, "Well, just carry a gun." All
[00:47:55] all the comments. Well, shoot them.
[00:47:56] Well, there what are you gonna do? You
[00:47:58] you're surrounded by a hundred people.
[00:47:59] Are you gonna shoot them all with with
[00:48:01] with how many bullets are you I mean,
[00:48:03] you you don't you I don't know if you
[00:48:05] understand. It might sound good in
[00:48:07] theory that you're going to defend
[00:48:10] yourself, but if you spray them with
[00:48:12] bear spray, they will kill you. So, you
[00:48:16] guys talk a big game about acting in
[00:48:18] self-defense. Are you willing to go to
[00:48:20] prison for the rest of your life? That's
[00:48:21] the first thing. And are you willing to
[00:48:23] lose your life? Um, that's a question I
[00:48:26] think you need to really think about
[00:48:28] before you answer.
[00:48:31] So, let's go to Cam Higgby um getting
[00:48:35] followed and then we'll go to us getting
[00:48:38] followed by these agitators.
[00:48:41] >> White Chevy Silverado with the um newly
[00:48:45] changed plates with the coexist sticker
[00:48:46] on the back. We're on Irving and Lake
[00:48:48] Street going north on Irving.
[00:48:52] Um we seem to be the only commuters
[00:48:54] following. Um just wanted to give an
[00:48:57] update on our location.
[00:48:59] >> Thank you. Do you have anyone in the car
[00:49:00] with you?
[00:49:02] >> Yes, I do.
[00:49:03] >> Lovely.
[00:49:04] >> Pause.
[00:49:05] >> And we have
[00:49:05] >> So Cam is is listening to the people who
[00:49:09] are actively following him. I've never
[00:49:12] seen anything more organized in my
[00:49:14] entire life. This is an remarkable.
[00:49:18] You can't do this unless you're
[00:49:20] messianic and you believe in your cause.
[00:49:21] Even if you pay people to do this,
[00:49:23] they're not going to do this as well if
[00:49:25] you don't believe in your cause. Uh
[00:49:27] we'll keep playing this and then we'll
[00:49:28] go to them following us.
[00:49:29] >> We're getting a photo sent to the chat
[00:49:31] for confirmation.
[00:49:39] >> Uh this is John 612 that we are at Grand
[00:49:43] End Lake. We're head heading toward
[00:49:45] Irving. We can try and join you.
[00:49:48] >> Thank you, John. 612.
[00:49:50] >> Okay. Now, let's go to the part let's go
[00:49:53] to us. Um the projectile,
[00:49:57] we don't know what this is, but you
[00:49:58] know, people say be safe. I say be
[00:50:00] competent. I don't like I don't like
[00:50:02] safety. I don't like this obsession with
[00:50:04] safety. I think the the American it's
[00:50:07] it's to quote George Carlin. It's the
[00:50:08] pussification of America. It's the
[00:50:10] feminization of America. to quote um
[00:50:14] some other people who've said this, I
[00:50:15] think it's ridiculous the obsession with
[00:50:16] safety, but it is important to be
[00:50:18] prepared. And people often mock me for
[00:50:20] wearing a bulletproof vest. People say,
[00:50:22] "You're not important enough. I don't
[00:50:23] really care what they think. We're going
[00:50:24] to wear bulletproof vests." We had to
[00:50:26] take it partially off to access the
[00:50:28] press badge. The woman identifies me as
[00:50:30] James O'Keefe, looks it up on Wikipedia,
[00:50:33] and then she says the right-wing
[00:50:34] extremist. And he says, "Shame, shame,
[00:50:37] shame, shame." It's a Stalinesque sort
[00:50:40] of, you know, continued ranting and
[00:50:43] chanting.
[00:50:45] Um,
[00:50:46] and and then things start to descend and
[00:50:49] you have a decision to make. Do you
[00:50:51] fight back? Do you pepper spray them? Do
[00:50:53] you They throw a knife at you? Do you
[00:50:55] throw a knife back at them? But you
[00:50:57] quickly realize that that will just
[00:50:58] escalate things and the only thing that
[00:51:00] you can do is to is to walk away without
[00:51:03] engaging them. So, this is kind of how
[00:51:05] this plays out. Let's play it. coming
[00:51:08] into the world.
[00:51:08] >> These guys aren't proud.
[00:51:10] >> These guys are not pressed.
[00:51:13] >> These guys are not pressed.
[00:51:16] >> Then they were able to ID me. A woman
[00:51:18] pulled up my Wikipedia page which
[00:51:20] labeled me as a far-right activist. And
[00:51:22] it went all downhill from there.
[00:51:35] SHAME
[00:51:38] SHAME
[00:51:41] shame shame shame shame shame shame.
[00:51:46] >> They threw they they threw some type of
[00:51:49] object at us as we're getting back in
[00:51:51] the car. Just go frame by frame on this
[00:51:52] if you could.
[00:51:55] >> The back of my Kevlar, hit the back of
[00:51:57] our vest. Uh now we were had three
[00:52:00] bundles on so perhaps it wouldn't have
[00:52:03] penetrated the the you know all the
[00:52:05] clothes we were wearing but it literally
[00:52:06] hit there's a 20 lb metal plate that
[00:52:10] it's in the back of my chest or back of
[00:52:12] my back there and there's a security on
[00:52:13] the right hand side and he's basically
[00:52:16] saying we need to get the hell out of
[00:52:17] here. So the only thing we could do is
[00:52:19] walk briskly
[00:52:22] uh back to the car without engaging
[00:52:24] them. Let's keep going.
[00:52:26] They threw something at me which hit the
[00:52:28] back of my Kevlar plate.
[00:52:34] James
[00:52:36] Shame.
[00:52:37] >> My security determined this was an
[00:52:39] unsafe situation. So, we retreated back
[00:52:41] to the SUV. Now, now to to be fair, it
[00:52:44] probably wasn't a safe thing to go in
[00:52:46] there at all and be like, I'm James
[00:52:47] O'Keefe. Like, but I don't you know, I I
[00:52:49] wanted to show you the nature of the of
[00:52:52] the circumstances. So, you might be
[00:52:54] thinking, "Opse, James, why are you
[00:52:55] blowing your cover?" Well, because I'm a
[00:52:56] journalist. I'm not a spy. I'm not a a
[00:52:58] member of the military. I this I I we're
[00:53:01] a member of the press. And I and I
[00:53:02] wanted to show the people who thought,
[00:53:04] well, this is a libertarian exercise to
[00:53:07] to be against ISIS fascism. It's not
[00:53:10] libertarian to to create an autonomous
[00:53:14] zone where you question everybody and
[00:53:17] you must show their governmentissued
[00:53:19] identification. There's nothing
[00:53:21] libertarian about that. And when they
[00:53:24] when they say that you're not pressed
[00:53:25] even though you are, they're engaging in
[00:53:27] Orwell's definition of double think,
[00:53:30] which is a kind of disciplined
[00:53:32] ability to hold two contradictory
[00:53:34] beliefs at the same time and accept both
[00:53:36] as true. It involves consciously knowing
[00:53:40] that you are distorting reality while
[00:53:45] simultaneously believing the distortion.
[00:53:48] forgetting facts when inconvenient.
[00:53:50] Recalling them when useful, denying
[00:53:52] objective reality while claiming to
[00:53:53] uphold it. This is not a libertarian
[00:53:57] concept. It's nothing that you and I are
[00:53:58] familiar with. And the person must also
[00:54:03] forget that they're engaged in the metal
[00:54:05] trick in the first place. This is what I
[00:54:06] would characterize as a form of
[00:54:07] communism.
[00:54:09] So, the lie becomes sincerely believed
[00:54:11] by them. They actually, this is, I
[00:54:13] think, what's going to be hard for you
[00:54:14] guys to accept. They actually believe in
[00:54:16] this [ __ ]
[00:54:18] whereas I'm not sure that the
[00:54:19] conservatives or the Republicans do. I
[00:54:23] think that most of those folks are
[00:54:24] transactional. So for Orwell, double
[00:54:26] think is the psychological foundation
[00:54:30] that allows these sorts of power
[00:54:32] structures to function
[00:54:34] because it enables these people to
[00:54:36] accept these shifting narratives. In one
[00:54:38] moment,
[00:54:40] you know, even though you are pressed,
[00:54:42] you're not. So things start to descend.
[00:54:44] And I just want to play this getting
[00:54:46] into the car bit and then we'll go to a
[00:54:49] call. Please we get to the car. We got
[00:54:51] to get in. Get out right now. Okay.
[00:54:55] But they continued to follow us.
[00:54:58] >> Don't let them take your picture.
[00:55:01] >> Pause. They followed. They they they
[00:55:03] followed us all day and night, guys.
[00:55:04] They followed us. Look at that. That
[00:55:06] looks like a scene out of a, you know,
[00:55:08] The Walking Dead, the Zombie Z movie,
[00:55:13] Game of Thrones, White Walkers, right?
[00:55:17] It's like a horror movie, but truth is
[00:55:18] stranger than fiction. They followed us
[00:55:21] all day and night.
[00:55:24] All day and night. They wouldn't stop.
[00:55:25] There's no place to retreat to.
[00:55:28] Well, I can leave the state. I can drive
[00:55:30] to Chicago, which is what we did.
[00:55:32] [laughter]
[00:55:33] But once your cover's blown, you're
[00:55:35] done. So at this point, we're thinking,
[00:55:38] okay, we got to get in the car and we
[00:55:39] got to close the door. We got to somehow
[00:55:42] like, but is the car going to be there?
[00:55:45] Because they've they've they got the
[00:55:46] license plate. They're on the signal
[00:55:48] chat. So here we go. Getting into the
[00:55:51] vehicle. Play the whole the raw footage,
[00:55:54] not the cut one that we posted on
[00:55:55] Instagram, but the but you know, the the
[00:55:57] raw exchange of getting in the car. Here
[00:56:00] we go.
[00:56:14] We got into the vehicle and they started
[00:56:16] throwing projectiles at us, frozen water
[00:56:19] bottles at us. One hit my security in
[00:56:21] the back of the head. So, this is
[00:56:23] another piece of hate that we've been
[00:56:25] getting. What? They're just snowballs.
[00:56:27] Okay, guys. Well, you get hit in the
[00:56:29] back of the head with, you know, a pound
[00:56:32] of frozen water bottle and see how you
[00:56:35] feel. Um, it's not it's not a, you know,
[00:56:39] it could it could do some damage. Let's
[00:56:41] keep going.
[00:56:44] >> I am shooting.
[00:56:48] >> Shoot. Shoot.
[00:56:49] >> Not shooting.
[00:56:50] >> OH, NO.
[00:56:52] >> SO, our cameraman's legs are dangling
[00:56:55] outside the back of the car. We didn't
[00:56:57] get the second shot because the the Osmo
[00:57:00] camera froze in the -12°ree weather, but
[00:57:03] we have this first person perspective
[00:57:05] shot. His legs are dangling out of the
[00:57:08] back seat as we are driving away and
[00:57:10] they're throwing stuff at us. Keep
[00:57:13] going.
[00:57:16] >> We're pressing.
[00:57:17] >> We're pressed.
[00:57:19] >> Do you know what the First Amendment is?
[00:57:21] >> Go.
[00:57:24] Do you support the First Amendment?
[00:57:26] [gasps]
[00:57:28] >> Doesn't this
[00:57:30] doesn't this remind you of a zombie
[00:57:32] apocalypse?
[00:57:33] >> I mean, this is just
[00:57:36] It's like they live except the reverse
[00:57:38] version. Are you a Are you a Are you a
[00:57:41] citizen of the United States? Are you a
[00:57:43] Are you a pedestrian? Are you a normie?
[00:57:46] You must be killed. [laughter]
[00:57:49] I mean, it's like it's like the opposite
[00:57:50] of they live. They've got the they've
[00:57:52] got the glasses on and they're looking
[00:57:53] at you. Um, now I'm I'm always tempted
[00:57:57] to confront these people and roll the
[00:57:58] windows down. So, I'm in a conflict. I'm
[00:58:00] I'm conflicted because I kind of want to
[00:58:03] see what they're willing to do. And you
[00:58:05] all say, "Be safe, James O'Keefe. Be
[00:58:07] safe. I don't want to be safe. I want to
[00:58:08] roll the windows down and engage them in
[00:58:10] conversation." And you and you and
[00:58:12] that's when you become a witness. But
[00:58:14] when you actually do the thing that I'm
[00:58:15] describing, you become, as Whitaker
[00:58:18] Chambers writes in his book, a witness.
[00:58:22] And you don't understand unless you are
[00:58:25] there yourself. You don't understand
[00:58:28] unless you experience this yourself.
[00:58:30] Keep going.
[00:58:34] >> I'm against [ __ ] ICE.
[00:58:36] >> You guys are yelling and throwing
[00:58:37] things. We're not doing nothing.
[00:58:38] >> You just assaulted us. We're pr
[00:58:41] >> We are. We're trying.
[00:58:43] >> [sighs]
[00:58:44] >> All right.
[00:58:46] >> No problem, bro. I got you,
[00:58:48] >> man. They're just They're everywhere.
[00:58:49] Look. Turn around. Turn around.
[00:58:51] >> They're everywhere. [laughter]
[00:58:51] >> Shut the [ __ ] doors.
[00:58:53] >> Shut the door.
[00:58:54] >> Shut the [ __ ] doors.
[00:58:56] >> They threw a a frozen
[00:58:58] >> All right. And this is my reaction. Um,
[00:59:00] as I was we were driving away and they
[00:59:02] kept following us down the freeway. I
[00:59:04] mean, they followed us all day and
[00:59:05] night. We go to the hotel. They're in
[00:59:07] the hotel.
[00:59:08] the the guy working at the hotel is
[00:59:11] signaling to them. Um, so I think
[00:59:13] there's a reaction when when we're
[00:59:15] driving away and I'm taking off my
[00:59:17] jacket and I'm just like, you guys think
[00:59:19] that you are going to be safe from this
[00:59:24] because you're in behind your white
[00:59:25] picket fence and you got your portfolio
[00:59:27] and all that. And I and I think there's
[00:59:29] some really raw reactions that we that
[00:59:32] we have after we're driving away.
[00:59:34] >> Wouldn't lie in the sand. cartel was
[00:59:36] running away from me when I pulled up
[00:59:37] with the press vest in in in California.
[00:59:41] But here
[00:59:43] they run they run toward they they throw
[00:59:44] bricks at the police. They don't give a
[00:59:47] [ __ ]
[00:59:50] They just kind of come for all everyone.
[00:59:52] Oh, I'm just going to protect my
[00:59:54] portfolio and make sure my kids are safe
[00:59:57] behind my picket fence. Okay, for
[00:59:59] another few years that'll work.
[01:00:01] Eventually they'll come for you.
[01:00:02] >> We went back to our hotel. So, we're
[01:00:04] going to uh one more clip and then we'll
[01:00:05] go to a break and then we'll come back,
[01:00:07] take a call or two and then publish this
[01:00:09] full investigative report. If you're
[01:00:11] just tuning in, the undercover video
[01:00:13] showing some of these agitators
[01:00:15] admitting what groups they're with and
[01:00:16] who's the funding. Some of the funding
[01:00:18] is coming from the United States
[01:00:19] government through 501c3s from the
[01:00:22] appropriations committee. It's all in
[01:00:23] the footage. Um, let's go to the line in
[01:00:25] the sand with the cartel because I we
[01:00:28] mentioned the cartel
[01:00:30] and some of you had questions about what
[01:00:32] what do what am I talking about? Well,
[01:00:34] in California when I when we confronted
[01:00:37] them, they they ran away. They were
[01:00:39] afraid of the camera. And I just want to
[01:00:41] play this one moment.
[01:00:45] >> Yo, get the ladder. [laughter] They've
[01:00:46] got the ladders. Ladders. Ladders. Look
[01:00:48] at these. These guys have got a ladder
[01:00:49] right here. There's a There's a cut
[01:00:51] right there. There's a cut right there.
[01:00:53] Look, they're they got ladders
[01:00:55] >> and he's running.
[01:00:56] >> The cartel guy is screaming, "You're a
[01:00:57] dick." But they drop the ladder and they
[01:01:00] run back into the bush when they see the
[01:01:03] journalist show up. He playing
[01:01:05] >> through the shrubs. He's running.
[01:01:09] >> He's giving us the middle finger. Did
[01:01:10] you see that?
[01:01:11] >> So, they run away. That's what happens
[01:01:14] when you confront human smugglers
[01:01:16] in Tijana.
[01:01:19] Um, I'm going to take a twominut break.
[01:01:22] I'll be right back. I want to show you
[01:01:24] some more death threats that we're
[01:01:25] getting here at O'Keefe Media Group and
[01:01:27] Citizen Journalism Foundation and we'll
[01:01:30] take a call and then we'll publish our
[01:01:31] full report. I'll see you in a minute.
[01:01:33] This is James O'Keefe. You know me for
[01:01:35] exposing the truth and holding the
[01:01:36] corrupt elite accountable. But today I
[01:01:38] want to talk to you about protecting
[01:01:40] your own freedom, your retirement.
[01:01:41] [music] Now, gold is soaring above 4,200
[01:01:44] an ounce right now and climbing towards
[01:01:46] $5,000. [music] That's up over 45% this
[01:01:49] year alone with silver closing in on $60
[01:01:51] an ounce. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and
[01:01:53] major [music] banks are now forecasting
[01:01:55] gold between $5,000 and $6,000 within
[01:01:58] the next 6 to 12 months. And that's why
[01:01:59] I've partnered with American
[01:02:01] Independence Gold, a veteranowned
[01:02:02] company where proceeds [music] from
[01:02:04] every sale help support the Tunnel to
[01:02:06] Towers Foundation. And right now, my

[01:02:20] That's 83324
[01:02:22] gold. This is James O'Keefe where
[01:02:25] freedom isn't [music] given, it's
[01:02:27] secured. This is not financial advice.
[01:02:29] Consult a professional before. All
[01:02:31] right, let's talk healthcare because the
[01:02:33] system is a total mess. Do you really
[01:02:35] trust your insurance company? You're
[01:02:37] paying outrageous premiums and months
[01:02:39] later the bills still keep coming.
[01:02:41] confusing networks, denied claims,
[01:02:43] surprise fees, [music] now rates they're
[01:02:45] saying might go up 20% or more. And did
[01:02:47] you know that medical debt is the number
[01:02:49] one cause of bankruptcy? [music]
[01:02:51] Those are some of the many reasons why I
[01:02:53] suggest switching from traditional
[01:02:55] health insurance to impact health
[01:02:56] sharing. [music] Impact health sharing
[01:02:58] is we're standing up to the powers that
[01:03:00] tried to discredit us, silence us, smear
[01:03:03] us, raid us, and throw us in jail.
[01:03:07] They've awakened a sleeping giant.
[01:03:09] [music] We're building a movement of
[01:03:10] transparency and accountability in both
[01:03:13] the public and private [music] sectors
[01:03:15] because we run from nothing. We hide
[01:03:17] from nothing. And when you join and get
[01:03:20] your full access pass, [music] you fuel
[01:03:22] a movement for truth. You, we
[01:03:26] are the media now.
[01:03:30] We're standing up to the powers that
[01:03:32] tried to discredit us, silence us, smear
[01:03:34] us, raid us, [music] and throw us in
[01:03:37] jail.
[01:03:40] All right, we're back. Um, we have
[01:03:44] Pastor Joe Riggony on. He's a founding
[01:03:46] pastor at the St. Paul's Church that was
[01:03:48] attacked. Um, and uh, we want to play
[01:03:51] the clip and then go to the pastor on
[01:03:52] the phone.
[01:03:54] >> It was shameful. Um, there there were
[01:03:56] that was a normal congregation. It's a
[01:03:58] normal congregation of Christian
[01:03:59] worshippers. Every town in this country
[01:04:01] is filled with people like this who want
[01:04:03] to worship Jesus, love one another, uh
[01:04:06] serve their neighbors, seek the good of
[01:04:07] their cities. That's what this church's
[01:04:09] priorities are. And so to have these uh
[01:04:13] lawless demonstrators, these lawless
[01:04:15] agitators enter in, take over the
[01:04:17] service, yell, scream, frighten children
[01:04:20] was absolutely appalling. And um and I
[01:04:23] think it's appalling that the uh the
[01:04:25] state officials there and the and the
[01:04:26] mayor um seem to not be concerned about
[01:04:28] it, but to seem to think that this is a
[01:04:30] perfectly legitimate tactic um to harass
[01:04:32] people in church.
[01:04:34] >> All right, pastor, you're live on the
[01:04:36] Price of My Life with James O'Keefe.
[01:04:37] We're airing our new report. Your
[01:04:39] reaction to some of what we've reporting
[01:04:41] and any other thoughts you have.
[01:04:44] >> Yeah, well, I think it's Thanks for
[01:04:45] having me on. I do think it's a it's a
[01:04:48] very striking time uh to consider
[01:04:52] um the the conflict in this nation um
[01:04:55] that's being sort of revealed with
[01:04:56] Minnesota at the kind of core of it. And
[01:04:59] it really does have to do with two very
[01:05:00] different visions of what America should
[01:05:02] be and um the kind of totalitarian uh
[01:05:06] leftism uh that that recognizes nothing
[01:05:09] sacred. You you can barge into a church
[01:05:11] simply because you don't like where
[01:05:12] someone works. um simply because you
[01:05:14] don't like that someone is a law
[01:05:15] enforcement officer that that could ever
[01:05:17] be caused to disrupt an entire gathering
[01:05:19] of Christian worshippers to frighten
[01:05:21] children to yell as as we're seeing come
[01:05:23] out um in these uh legal depositions
[01:05:26] that um they're yelling at little
[01:05:28] children saying your parents are Nazis,
[01:05:30] your parents are Nazis, they're going to
[01:05:32] burn in hell. that sort of uh rhetoric,
[01:05:35] that sort of uh derangement um is
[01:05:38] absolutely appalling and and is it it
[01:05:40] ought to be a clarifying moment I think
[01:05:42] for not only Christians but normal
[01:05:44] Americans.
[01:05:45] Um, I have a question for you since
[01:05:47] you're a pastor and this might be a
[01:05:49] controversial take, but it's something
[01:05:50] I've been thinking about after
[01:05:51] witnessing this and we're going to put
[01:05:53] this full 35minute investigative report
[01:05:56] which took my team 3 days to produce on
[01:05:59] everywhere here in you know minutes for
[01:06:01] all of you watching so you can see the
[01:06:03] footage for yourself. But do these
[01:06:05] agitators possess a fiercer faith in
[01:06:08] their cause than than the good American
[01:06:12] Christians show in Christ? Am I
[01:06:14] delusional? What is your opinion on
[01:06:16] that?
[01:06:18] >> I do think that they demonstrate a a
[01:06:21] great devotion to their totalitarian
[01:06:23] vision. And and I think it's important
[01:06:25] for for Christians to recognize and in
[01:06:27] some ways sincere Christians can
[01:06:29] recognize, wow, they really believe it.
[01:06:31] And and it's just that what they believe
[01:06:33] is evil, wicked, and wrong. And
[01:06:35] therefore, they'll do all kinds of vile
[01:06:36] things in order to promote that vision.
[01:06:39] And um and I think that the the left
[01:06:41] also recognizes the existential threat
[01:06:44] to their path to power that uh Minnesota
[01:06:47] is currently at the at the middle of. I
[01:06:49] mean that that path to power is um
[01:06:52] government bloat um that becomes a slush
[01:06:54] fund for its clients uh importing
[01:06:56] immigrants as in order to be those
[01:06:58] clients and then lacks voting laws um
[01:07:00] which enables them to uh have a
[01:07:02] permanent political power. And with the
[01:07:04] Somali fraud uh scandal, um with voter
[01:07:08] fraud allegations, with all of these
[01:07:10] things in the spotlight, uh it's it's an
[01:07:13] existential threat. So, it's no surprise
[01:07:15] that they would activate this
[01:07:16] Antifa-like insurgency. And I think that
[01:07:19] that what we're seeing is that it
[01:07:21] actually appears to be more
[01:07:22] insurgent-like than spontaneous
[01:07:24] demonstrations of soccer moms who just
[01:07:27] don't like our immigration. But why are
[01:07:29] they so much more organized than than
[01:07:31] than the good people? Why are they able
[01:07:35] to be so effective?
[01:07:37] >> Yeah, I think that a lot of times it's
[01:07:38] because the person who wants to win is
[01:07:40] going to beat the person who just wants
[01:07:41] to be left alone. And for a long time in
[01:07:43] this country, uh it was possible. Most
[01:07:46] Christians want to live peaceful and
[01:07:48] quiet lives. That's what they want.
[01:07:50] That's what most normal people want is I
[01:07:52] want to raise my kids. I want to do my
[01:07:54] job. I want to love my neighbors. I want
[01:07:56] to worship God. I want to be a normal.
[01:07:58] want to be left alone.
[01:08:00] >> Correct.
[01:08:00] >> Okay.
[01:08:01] >> And
[01:08:02] >> they're in for they're in for a rude
[01:08:03] awakening because I think that's
[01:08:05] cowardly and weak.
[01:08:07] >> I I I think you're absolutely right that
[01:08:09] more Christians have to recognize it's
[01:08:11] not possible. You may not be interested
[01:08:13] in the culture war. You may not be
[01:08:15] interested in this ideological conflict.
[01:08:18] Um but it's interested in you. And so
[01:08:20] long as you are a bibleelving Christian,
[01:08:23] so long as you believe in the rule of
[01:08:24] law, so long as you believe in God, so
[01:08:26] long as you believe um in a moral order,
[01:08:30] you are a threat to the left's vision
[01:08:32] that they intend to impose as they have
[01:08:34] in California and Illinois and New York.
[01:08:38] Um it's coming and they want it in
[01:08:40] places like Minnesota.
[01:08:41] >> All right, thank you so much for being
[01:08:42] on the program. We'll be in touch. Thank
[01:08:44] you, pastor.
[01:08:45] >> Thanks, James. Appreciate it.
[01:08:46] >> All right, if you're just tuning in,
[01:08:47] this is James O'Keefe. we break our
[01:08:48] investigative reporting, the videos you
[01:08:50] love, the undercover reports, which
[01:08:52] we're we're going to publish that here
[01:08:54] in a moment. But before we do, and we're
[01:08:56] going to we're going to play that for
[01:08:57] you live. We're going to go to the death
[01:08:59] threats. We're going to this is the part
[01:09:01] of the program where I'm going to share
[01:09:02] with you and publish the death threats
[01:09:04] one by one. Here we go. Let's go to the
[01:09:07] first screenshot. Death threat. Uh this
[01:09:09] was from a number many of you said it's
[01:09:11] from Las Vegas. I mean, I don't
[01:09:12] understand that. Who cares what area
[01:09:14] code it's from? I have a different area
[01:09:17] code than Minnesota and I was in in
[01:09:19] Minnesota. Uh 7252460777.
[01:09:23] We know you're in Minneapolis. You're
[01:09:24] with O'Keefe and his crew of Nazis.
[01:09:26] You're in a white Ford license plate
[01:09:28] from Florida. You have 1 hour to leave
[01:09:30] or you're dead. Now, let's go to the
[01:09:31] other hate messages that we've received.
[01:09:34] We're going to put their pictures on the
[01:09:36] screen.
[01:09:38] Uh this is Joe at JLP44611.
[01:09:43] And we're not going to read the entire
[01:09:46] message, but we're going to read much of
[01:09:48] the negative and hateful uh messages
[01:09:51] from these people we've received. Quote,
[01:09:53] "Keep praising the ice gestapo who put
[01:09:55] bullets in the heads of mothers."
[01:09:58] James Edward O'Keefee, let's go to the
[01:10:00] next screenshot. And you most assurely
[01:10:02] are not exempt from accountability for
[01:10:04] your crimes. Don't forget to treat the
[01:10:05] authorities who will be coming to see
[01:10:07] you with respect. The authorities who
[01:10:10] will be coming to see you. That's
[01:10:11] interesting. Again, a example of
[01:10:13] Orwell's double think to be against the
[01:10:16] feds, but also for the feds. Quote,
[01:10:18] #fuck around and find out. Now, can we
[01:10:21] go back to the at for these people so
[01:10:23] they can tweet at them or post the
[01:10:25] previous one, please? The name of the
[01:10:27] individual, Joe,
[01:10:30] JLP44611.
[01:10:32] Okay. Next,

[01:10:59] I'm not even going to read this.
[01:11:02] I'm not even going to read that, guys.
[01:11:04] But that's the picture. Peruvian kid.
[01:11:06] But go back to the username, please.
[01:11:10] Go back to the username, please. At No,
[01:11:13] not that guy. At that P E R U V I A N.
[01:11:18] Kid, you're a vile creature and waste of
[01:11:21] space. I hope your loved ones are
[01:11:22] ashamed of you. Shame. Shame. Shame.
[01:11:25] Next.
[01:11:27] Next. Okay. Um, Allan Andred710.
[01:11:32] All of a sudden, you're now fearing for
[01:11:34] your life. You see the way immigrants
[01:11:35] feel being followed by people with with
[01:11:37] the the mask. You piece of [ __ ] Next.
[01:11:44] That's what that's that's his photo.
[01:11:46] That's the photo they have posted on the
[01:11:47] account. Next.
[01:11:51] Uh, you're lucky someone didn't put a
[01:11:53] cap in your ass, you punk. This is at J
[01:11:57] J D O C A V D. Next. You're lucky you're
[01:12:01] not six feet under yet. Just Just

[01:12:12] about you hire more security and stick
[01:12:14] to your guns? Just so many hateful
[01:12:16] messages. If you're just tuning in, we
[01:12:17] got undercover reporters in the mob. We
[01:12:19] republished them and like Instagram and
[01:12:22] X just nonstop right now. nonstop
[01:12:25] message, hateful death messages. This is
[01:12:28] a WTF Jinny. That's WTF Jin Ny from New
[01:12:34] Jersey. Quote, "I didn't realize a good
[01:12:36] old Westwood, New Jersey boy would turn
[01:12:38] into a magalicking propagandist working
[01:12:40] for the feds." Okay, that's her picture.
[01:12:46] Um, this is Fort Wayne Bird Club. Kill
[01:12:51] yourself publicly.
[01:12:53] James, you look like Charlie Kirk, too,
[01:12:55] buddy. Next.
[01:12:58] And this is interesting. This is Riito
[01:13:00] C503.
[01:13:02] Rioto_C503.
[01:13:05] Don't talk about the cartel either, you
[01:13:08] [ __ ] Nazi scumbag. Mexico flag.
[01:13:11] Rayito C has a Mexican flag on his neck.
[01:13:13] Let's go back to that guy. Looks like
[01:13:15] he's with the cartel.
[01:13:18] This There it is.
[01:13:20] I mean, you get you you get hundreds
[01:13:21] thousands of these messages and and the
[01:13:23] good people out there are looking at
[01:13:25] this going, "Well, I don't want to deal
[01:13:26] with that." Um,
[01:13:29] I don't want to get I don't I want to
[01:13:32] hide and be safe.
[01:13:36] Um, they're coming for you. They're
[01:13:40] coming for you next. I hope you
[01:13:41] understand that.
[01:13:43] This is uh we get these messages on our
[01:13:46] website.
[01:13:48] I believe sunlight is the best
[01:13:49] disinfectant, which is why I'm
[01:13:51] publishing all of them. [snorts] Um, you
[01:13:54] can read it.
[01:13:56] That being said, you and others,
[01:13:58] including your mom, are in the next
[01:13:59] targets to be given Charlie Kirk
[01:14:01] treatments unless you immediately cease
[01:14:04] [ __ ] up America immediately. Consider
[01:14:06] your actions carefully. They're all
[01:14:08] through burner numbers and fake numbers.
[01:14:10] And can we please leave it on so that
[01:14:13] the audience can read it and see it when
[01:14:15] we're reading the message? Go back to
[01:14:16] the previous one and if you can just
[01:14:18] look at who that is, you can take note
[01:14:20] of who it is. Mr. Nobody
[01:14:23] issuing death threats. They're going to
[01:14:25] kill my mother.
[01:14:27] Unless you stop. Many of you think,
[01:14:29] well, this doesn't How do you know
[01:14:31] what's real and what's not?
[01:14:33] And unless we form some type of union
[01:14:36] together, the good people of this
[01:14:38] country, and stand up, this is they're
[01:14:39] going to intimidate us. How many more
[01:14:41] death threats do we have?
[01:14:44] We we're going through the death
[01:14:45] threats. If you're tuning in, this is a
[01:14:46] live show every Tuesday at 1 o'clock. We
[01:14:48] are a report. We're publishing the death
[01:14:50] threats. This is from Svon Lick. I hope
[01:14:53] they kill every last one of you cowards.
[01:14:54] What the hell is wrong with you? He
[01:14:56] responded. Please excuse my anger. I
[01:14:58] don't mean to wish death on any man
[01:15:00] despite my comment. I see I see negative
[01:15:03] and reacted negatively. That's what's
[01:15:05] wrong with America too. Uh though we we
[01:15:08] got serious mental illness in this
[01:15:10] country.
[01:15:12] demonic actually. Um, so
[01:15:18] [sighs and gasps]
[01:15:19] what's next? Um, we've gotten 10,000
[01:15:22] tips.
[01:15:25] Oh, the stay safe business. You Let's go
[01:15:27] to the other side of evil, shall we?
[01:15:30] Now, here's the death threats, the
[01:15:31] demonic. Now, let's go to the other
[01:15:33] 10,000 messages. So, you got
[01:15:36] 10,000 death threats and death cult
[01:15:39] demonic messages that I've gotten that
[01:15:41] we've gotten here at OMG. And now, let's
[01:15:43] go to the good people of the country.
[01:15:44] Ready? Ready for this? Stay safe, James
[01:15:48] O'Keefe. Wait, let's let's slow them
[01:15:50] down. I I only captured like a few dozen
[01:15:52] before I came on the air. I've gotten
[01:15:53] like 10,000 of these. Stay safe. Stay
[01:15:56] safe, James O'Keefee. Ready?
[01:15:59] Stay safe, Patriot. Stay No. Slow down.
[01:16:03] Slow down.
[01:16:04] Stay safe. I'm not going to put these
[01:16:06] names because these are good people. I'm
[01:16:07] not trying to hurt them. I'm just trying
[01:16:09] to make a point.
[01:16:11] Forgive me for being blunt.
[01:16:14] Stay safe, Patriot.
[01:16:18] What's next? Stay safe. Stay safe, James
[01:16:22] O'Keefe. Stay safe, soldier on.
[01:16:25] Stay safe. I am tired of hearing people
[01:16:31] constantly tell me to be careful and
[01:16:35] stay safe. I think it's unamerican.
[01:16:38] I think it's unpatriotic.
[01:16:41] I think it's problematic. And I think
[01:16:42] it's completely out of balance.
[01:16:45] Be safe might sound caring, but when
[01:16:48] it's repeated 10,000 times, it reminds
[01:16:51] me of the Stalinist chance I heard.
[01:16:53] Shame, shame, shame. It it it's it's
[01:16:56] not. It's not brave. It's not righteous.
[01:16:58] It's not true. It's not just. It's not
[01:17:00] godly. Um, and when you hear be safe
[01:17:04] over and over again, repeated non-stop
[01:17:07] in my DMs in moments that call for
[01:17:10] courage and confront and confrontation,
[01:17:13] I view it as fear dressed up as virtue.
[01:17:16] Safety has become your highest priority
[01:17:20] over justice actually. And you wonder
[01:17:22] why there's no accountability. You're
[01:17:24] answering your own question. When you
[01:17:27] value safety
[01:17:29] more than you value justice,
[01:17:32] there will be no accountability and
[01:17:33] there will be no arrests. You want
[01:17:36] accountability, you're not going to get
[01:17:37] safety.
[01:17:40] So, please don't be safe. Be competent.
[01:17:42] Let's go to the next message. Stay safe.
[01:17:45] Literally, the response to our
[01:17:47] journalism is to be safe. Next.
[01:17:50] Stay safe. Stay warm. Okay, there's an
[01:17:52] ID. There's a concept. [laughter]
[01:17:56] If I wanted to stay warm, I wouldn't
[01:17:58] have gone to -17°.
[01:18:01] Stay safe. Stay warm. So, here's the
[01:18:04] thing. If you're behind me, I don't want
[01:18:06] you to stay safe and stay warm. I want
[01:18:07] you to be cold and I want you to run
[01:18:09] into danger. Can we please play the
[01:18:11] clip? I'm sorry to make the producer
[01:18:13] jump around. Can we play the clip what
[01:18:15] it's like in 17
[01:18:18] for those of you who don't know? If you
[01:18:19] live in Florida and California and
[01:18:21] Texas, let's go to Let's go to the -17
[01:18:23] degree weather.
[01:18:26] Yeah, it'll take us a few moments to get
[01:18:28] there. What is it like to wake up in
[01:18:31] Stay safe? Stay warm. Stay warm. Stay
[01:18:34] safe. Let's pull up the 17°ree weather
[01:18:37] cuz nothing stops us. It rain or shine.
[01:18:39] We don't care. This is what it takes uh
[01:18:42] when you pour water on the ground in 17°
[01:18:44] weather. Ready? Hit it. Could quickly be
[01:18:46] turned into a weapon. Negative7 degree
[01:18:49] weather. Let's see what happens to
[01:18:53] water.
[01:18:55] Let's see how fast that freezes.
[01:18:57] One, two, three.
[01:18:59] >> 3 seconds.
[01:19:00] >> It's already frozen.
[01:19:01] >> Three. Two and a half seconds. The water
[01:19:02] freezes. So, what happens to a bottle of
[01:19:05] water in 17? It freezes, you know,
[01:19:08] instantaneously. Let's go back to the
[01:19:10] messages telling me to be safe from the
[01:19:11] good Christians of the United States.
[01:19:13] Stay safe. Stay safe. Now, if I wanted
[01:19:16] to stay safe, I wouldn't have left
[01:19:17] Florida. I would have stayed here in the
[01:19:19] studio blabbing into a microphone. But I
[01:19:22] don't want to stay safe. I We want to
[01:19:24] report on what's true. What's What else
[01:19:27] What other messages are we getting? Your
[01:19:28] safety. So, now they're praying for my
[01:19:30] safety. Well, I I appreciate that very
[01:19:33] much,
[01:19:35] [sighs]
[01:19:35] but it's an insufficient condition. It's
[01:19:37] a necessary but insufficient condition.
[01:19:40] I want You know what I pray for? I'll
[01:19:42] tell you what I pray for. I pray for
[01:19:43] discernment.
[01:19:45] so that I can find the good brave
[01:19:47] people. Imagine if 150 Christians
[01:19:53] very
[01:19:54] very calmly
[01:19:57] like Jesus or Gandhi
[01:20:00] quietly marched walked in instead of the
[01:20:02] march for life which was very important
[01:20:05] in addition to the march for life walked
[01:20:08] down those streets towards the riots
[01:20:11] identifying themselves as Christians
[01:20:13] asking questions would that be safe
[01:20:18] But it would would it be just? Your
[01:20:20] safety stays in my prayers. I pray for
[01:20:23] discernment so I can surround myself
[01:20:24] with brave people. What what else? Do we
[01:20:27] have any more? Stay safe from these.
[01:20:30] [laughter] I'm sorry. I'm just It's just
[01:20:33] every message is either I want to kill
[01:20:35] you or stay safe.
[01:20:38] I just made my producers laugh. We
[01:20:40] either It's one of two messages. I'm
[01:20:43] going to kill you. James Oi, stay safe.
[01:20:47] [laughter]
[01:20:47] I by the I'm beating a dead horse. I'm
[01:20:50] gonna keep saying the same thing over
[01:20:52] and over again. I need you American
[01:20:54] people to not be safe. I need you to to
[01:20:56] to to be dangerous, but to be honest and
[01:21:00] to be courageous and to be gentle and
[01:21:02] honest and truthful
[01:21:04] to show up
[01:21:07] to to just show up. Stay safe. We need
[01:21:10] you. No, I need you. Whoever you are,
[01:21:14] I'm not going to name you.
[01:21:16] I'm not going to name this who this
[01:21:18] individual is. These are good supposedly
[01:21:20] God-fearing people. Um
[01:21:24] I don't know that they are God-fearing.
[01:21:26] I think they actually fear man and fear
[01:21:28] death more than they fear God. That's my
[01:21:29] controversial opinion. If they actually
[01:21:32] feared God, they would not be staying
[01:21:34] safe. They would be going out into the
[01:21:36] field with a camera and reporting on
[01:21:37] what's happening like Nick Shirley did,
[01:21:39] like Cam Higgby did, like this brave
[01:21:41] unnamed undercover reporter who got the
[01:21:44] footage. So, I'm done ranting. I hardly
[01:21:48] ever do this. You know me. I don't give
[01:21:50] my opinion, but I'm not giving my
[01:21:52] opinion. I'm reporting that we need to
[01:21:55] stop
[01:21:56] the fear. So, without further ado, I'm
[01:21:59] going to play our full investigative
[01:22:02] journalism report, which shows the
[01:22:04] protesters again talking about who
[01:22:05] they're with. Every Tuesday at 1:00,
[01:22:08] James O'Keeffe and our team brings you
[01:22:11] the news from the front lines. every
[01:22:14] Tuesday. And to tease what's coming up
[01:22:17] next, I will tell you what's coming
[01:22:18] next. Here's what's coming next. The
[01:22:21] people in Washington DC, and there are
[01:22:23] some good people trying to do the right
[01:22:24] thing, and there are some people who are
[01:22:26] motivated by other things, are not
[01:22:27] holding the people to account. They're
[01:22:29] not arresting the criminals. And um it's
[01:22:32] going to be up to the citizen
[01:22:32] journalists. So, what we're going to do
[01:22:35] here at OMG and Citizen Journalism
[01:22:37] Foundation, which is our nonprofit,
[01:22:39] taxdeductible investigative reporting
[01:22:40] nonprofit called Citizen Journalism N
[01:22:43] Foundation, is we're going to
[01:22:45] investigate the prosecutors.
[01:22:48] That means we're going to go undercover
[01:22:51] into the law enforcement organizations
[01:22:54] of this country and we're going to show
[01:22:56] you on hidden camera what the hell is
[01:22:58] going on.
[01:23:00] and we're going to capture their
[01:23:02] admissions as to why they're not
[01:23:06] arresting the people. Are they are they
[01:23:08] bribed? Are they blackmailed? Are they
[01:23:10] they they don't give a [ __ ] I mean, you
[01:23:13] might actually see something to the
[01:23:14] effect of them saying, quote, "We don't
[01:23:16] want to arrest anybody because there's
[01:23:18] no money in it for us. So, we're going
[01:23:21] to go undercover into the prosecutors."
[01:23:24] You might say, "Which one?" I'm not
[01:23:25] going to tell you that. All of them.
[01:23:26] Everyone. anyone who's anyone who's
[01:23:28] engaged in malfeence and fraud, whether
[01:23:30] it's at the city, state, or national
[01:23:33] level, because they don't give a damn
[01:23:35] about doing the right thing. They only
[01:23:37] care about not being caught by me or
[01:23:40] something. So therefore, we're going to
[01:23:41] start catching them and we're going to
[01:23:42] start publishing those videos. Stay
[01:23:44] tuned for that. But this week, we're
[01:23:46] going to publish the protesters. Next
[01:23:48] week, the prosecutors. Producer, take it
[01:23:51] away. Our full investigative journalism
[01:23:53] from Minnesota. Here we go. Play it. So,
[01:23:56] we're in downtown Minneapolis.
[01:24:01] >> What we [music] found NOS's and
[01:24:03] nonprofits funded by the government
[01:24:05] featuring true believers.
[01:24:07] >> Is this a door lock?
[01:24:08] >> Lock the door. Why are you giving us the
[01:24:10] middle finger?
[01:24:16] >> Our undercover people were inside the
[01:24:18] mob.
[01:24:21] >> Our national organization. We used to
[01:24:22] look up the road, New York. Are there
[01:24:25] chats and stuff? I'm trying to get
[01:24:26] linked up. Watch out. Here we go. Here
[01:24:28] we go.
[01:24:40] They threw something at me which hit the
[01:24:42] back of my bulletproof vest.
[01:24:47] >> They're everywhere.
[01:24:49] >> OH, WA WA. THEY THREW a a frozen ice
[01:24:52] brick at the car.
[01:24:58] [music]
[01:25:04] Downtown Minneapolis the day before the
[01:25:06] shooting of Alex Prey. They were still
[01:25:08] protesting Renee Good. The O'Keefe team
[01:25:11] rolled into town in an SUV with tinted
[01:25:14] windows. They could not see inside. And
[01:25:16] what's remarkable is they start cursing
[01:25:19] at your car merely because it is an SUV
[01:25:22] which they all perceive to be feds.
[01:25:25] >> Is the door locked?
[01:25:26] >> Lock the door.
[01:25:27] >> Why are you giving us the middle finger?
[01:25:30] >> Right here, buddy. Get the [ __ ] out of
[01:25:31] here. Here comes a guy. Don't loan. Do
[01:25:34] not.
[01:25:35] >> Yeah. I don't know what he's doing.
[01:25:37] >> No. Don't
[01:25:39] Don't
[01:25:41] >> see.
[01:25:42] >> Just don't hit anybody. Okay. Usually
[01:25:44] I'm pretty confrontational, but we soon
[01:25:46] realize the only way to deal with these
[01:25:48] types of white walkers or zombies as we
[01:25:51] call them is to just not engage.
[01:25:53] >> Roll up your window. Roll up your
[01:25:55] window. Now,
[01:25:57] >> anything else would lead to escalation
[01:25:59] and violence.
[01:26:01] >> [crying]
[01:26:04] >> It's safe to say that I've never seen
[01:26:06] anything like this in my life. Just
[01:26:08] driving down a street will have people
[01:26:10] scream to you and curse at you and
[01:26:12] threaten violence. In fact, independent
[01:26:14] journalist Cam Higgby was nearby and
[01:26:17] texted me at this time telling me that
[01:26:18] trucks, Taho, Suburbans, SUVs are an
[01:26:22] absolute nogo. He advised us to get a
[01:26:24] Subaru or other mom car or Honda as he
[01:26:27] said. He mentioned they would bank our
[01:26:30] license plate.
[01:26:38] >> Our undercover people arrived at the
[01:26:40] tail end of the protest that evening,
[01:26:42] including myself.
[01:26:43] >> Watchdog, how you doing? What's going
[01:26:45] on? It's Jay O Connell. Watchdog, dude.
[01:26:49] Hey,
[01:26:49] >> my fiance is a teacher.
[01:26:51] >> Is she? Where What's she teach?
[01:26:53] >> What's she teaching?
[01:26:54] >> Special needs.
[01:26:58] Where are we going? WE HAVE ICE AGENT.
[01:27:01] Don't you have a a car?
[01:27:07] >> We heard chants of ice out and [ __ ] ice.
[01:27:13] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ]
[01:27:19] [ __ ]
[01:27:20] >> Hopefully the audience will forgive this
[01:27:21] reporter for participating in these
[01:27:23] chants in order to fit in.
[01:27:30] >> [music]
[01:27:33] >> We found teachers, nurses, and union
[01:27:36] organizers all telling us, "We
[01:27:38] appreciate you, neighbor.
[01:27:40] >> Appreciate you, neighbor. Appreciate
[01:27:42] you, neighbor. I appreciate you,
[01:27:43] neighbor."
[01:27:44] >> A guy came by before and he stopped
[01:27:46] here. It was a bunch of young kids and
[01:27:48] they handed out weed to everybody.
[01:27:50] Really?
[01:27:51] >> Yeah.
[01:27:52] >> It was so cool. I gave all mine away.
[01:27:55] All but a little bit cuz I wanted to at
[01:27:57] least try it. You got anything better
[01:27:59] than weed? Uh, love, are you a paid
[01:28:03] agitator?
[01:28:06] >> While many, probably many of you might
[01:28:08] think this is all due to some specific
[01:28:11] centralized funding source. What we
[01:28:14] found is a hodgepodge of various NOS and
[01:28:17] nonprofits loosely tied together through
[01:28:20] ideology funded in part by the
[01:28:22] government featuring 501c3s with
[01:28:25] nonprofit tax returns, a variety of
[01:28:27] funding sources. But most of these
[01:28:29] people we found were actually true
[01:28:31] believers there to live and die by their
[01:28:35] cause.
[01:28:42] This woman featured on a hidden camera
[01:28:45] is Peggy Wang based in Boston. She works
[01:28:48] at Massachusetts College of Art and
[01:28:50] Design, active in the Massachusetts
[01:28:52] Teachers Association. She participates
[01:28:54] in pro Palestinian protests and her job
[01:28:57] is currently being threatened for doing
[01:28:58] so. While this footage is hard to hear,
[01:29:01] Peggy Wang lists the issues that her
[01:29:03] organization gets involved in.
[01:29:05] Immigration rights, abolishing ICE,
[01:29:07] stopping raids and deportations, justice
[01:29:09] for victims, and getting ICE out of
[01:29:11] cities like Minneapolis. I know you
[01:29:14] might
[01:29:18] destination
[01:29:35] for working
[01:29:37] class.
[01:29:39] >> Okay. Is this a party organization?
[01:29:44] Independent Socialist group.
[01:29:48] >> This other protester we secretly
[01:29:50] recorded talks about an organization
[01:29:52] called Make the Road New York. We've
[01:29:54] never heard of this organization, but
[01:29:56] apparently they have a budget of $30
[01:29:58] million. They talk about one of the
[01:30:00] speakers that spoke earlier that day,
[01:30:02] April Vetti. April is the president of
[01:30:04] the SEIU Labor Union. York. I mean, if
[01:30:07] you're interested in the immigrants
[01:30:08] right organization, um, you should look
[01:30:11] up Make the Road New York.
[01:30:13] >> Make the Road New York.
[01:30:14] >> Make the Road.
[01:30:15] >> But who are you with?
[01:30:16] >> I'm just with the I'm with the union.
[01:30:19] >> Oh, yeah. S E I Service Employees.
[01:30:24] >> We looked at the tax returns of Make the
[01:30:27] Road New York and found their registered
[01:30:29] 501c3 that file a 990 and they received
[01:30:32] $16 million in grants.
[01:30:36] [ __ ]
[01:30:38] >> WE LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS.
[01:30:40] >> As cars drove by, the agitators would
[01:30:43] ride on top of the cars. One man's
[01:30:45] spoiler was broken off his car as one
[01:30:47] agitator tried to climb on board the
[01:30:50] car.
[01:30:54] >> What happened?
[01:30:58] >> Accidentally broke his wing on his car.
[01:31:01] >> Oh [ __ ] Oh yeah.
[01:31:04] [ __ ] out of that right there.
[01:31:06] >> One of the comments they made was
[01:31:08] there's no blood here. And you know
[01:31:10] there's no Trump people. There's no MAGA
[01:31:12] people because if there was there's
[01:31:14] there would be blood.
[01:31:15] >> One person had
[01:31:17] any drive through here today?
[01:31:19] >> Nope. Not yet.
[01:31:21] >> See any blood on the ground?
[01:31:23] >> No. I don't see any blood.
[01:31:25] >> That's they haven't shut up.
[01:31:27] >> They haven't shut up. One of the
[01:31:29] advantages of it being so cold is we
[01:31:31] were able to cover every single part of
[01:31:33] our skin. But these conditions were
[01:31:35] truly dangerous. Many of our DSLR
[01:31:37] cameras actually froze. Our hidden
[01:31:40] cameras malfunctioned in minutes because
[01:31:42] it was so cold.
[01:31:43] >> You make this your thing.
[01:31:45] >> I made it for the Powder Horn Art
[01:31:47] Festival because I want to melt ice and
[01:31:50] get them the [ __ ] out of here.
[01:31:51] >> It is not melting.
[01:31:53] >> Oh, it is funny.
[01:31:54] >> Oh, you know why? Cuz it's so cold out.
[01:31:57] And we watched water freeze in seconds.
[01:31:59] A bottle of water could quickly be
[01:32:01] turned into a weapon. -17° weather.
[01:32:05] Let's see what happens to water.
[01:32:09] Let's see how fast that freezes. 1 2 3.
[01:32:15] It's already frozen.
[01:32:18] On our second day, January 24th,
[01:32:20] something happened that we never
[01:32:22] anticipated.
[01:32:23] [music]
[01:32:28] Oh [ __ ] What the [ __ ]
[01:32:30] >> There was a second shooting. We were
[01:32:32] only a few miles away when that
[01:32:34] happened.
[01:32:35] >> There was just a shooting. And any
[01:32:37] updates that you while you were sitting
[01:32:38] here, you guys reading the news.
[01:32:40] >> Biggest updates that we have is that uh
[01:32:42] the mayor just announced the mayor just
[01:32:45] announced that uh you need to decide
[01:32:47] what side you're on. Either you're on
[01:32:49] the side of Minneapolis or you're on the
[01:32:51] side of the federal government.
[01:32:53] Who street our streets
[01:32:55] >> street
[01:32:58] OUR STREETS
[01:32:59] >> NO JUSTICE NO PEACE NO JUSTICE NO PEACE
[01:33:03] >> around noon local time when people
[01:33:06] started to descend walking down the
[01:33:08] street mobs of people appeared out of
[01:33:11] nowhere all walking in the direction of
[01:33:13] the shooting we wondered where did these
[01:33:15] people come from and how do they know so
[01:33:17] quickly to mobilize our undercover
[01:33:19] people were inside the mob
[01:33:21] >> I can't believe this happened again.
[01:33:24] >> I drove down from Colorado to come
[01:33:26] yesterday. We were going to leave today
[01:33:29] and then all that just happened.
[01:33:31] >> You came support.
[01:33:33] >> Yeah, of course. I mean,
[01:33:34] >> I know a good time. I mean, like, I'm
[01:33:36] glad you guys are here cuz Yeah. I don't
[01:33:37] know what the [ __ ] is going on. Like, I
[01:33:39] don't know how they're going to keep
[01:33:40] getting away with are there are there
[01:33:42] like group are there are there chats and
[01:33:44] stuff? I'm trying to get linked up and
[01:33:46] stuff and I don't
[01:33:48] know. Um, unfortunately, just cuz you're
[01:33:50] out of towner, I don't know if I feel
[01:33:51] comfortable like putting you in chats
[01:33:53] and [ __ ] just cuz there's like so many
[01:33:55] [ __ ] ops.
[01:33:56] >> You know what I'm saying?
[01:33:57] >> The agitator confirms the reporting done
[01:33:59] by citizen journalist Cam Higgby, who
[01:34:01] posted a video on X of all the signal
[01:34:04] chats. The agitator talks about the
[01:34:07] signal chats. Just seconds later after
[01:34:10] having that conversation, our undercover
[01:34:12] reporter was teargassed. Yeah.
[01:34:14] >> I'm not I'm NOT LIKE I'M NOT I don't
[01:34:16] feel comfortable like
[01:34:17] >> Oh, no. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I just
[01:34:20] drove down here, me and my brother,
[01:34:22] >> and he's a film editor, so he's filming
[01:34:23] it. Uhoh. Watch out. Watch out. HERE WE
[01:34:25] GO.
[01:34:26] >> [ __ ] POWER.
[01:34:36] [cough]
[01:34:41] Our
[01:34:49] undercover reporter was invited into the
[01:34:51] lobby of a nearby apartment complex
[01:34:53] where the agitators were wiping tear gas
[01:34:55] off their face.
[01:34:56] >> Oh [ __ ] I was [ __ ] with tear gas.
[01:34:58] Yep.
[01:35:00] >> Say I live here. If anybody needs for a
[01:35:02] second, [groaning]
[01:35:03] I got you. [snorts]
[01:35:04] >> It stays like on your clothes and burns.
[01:35:06] >> Yeah, it smell You'll smell it on your
[01:35:07] clothes
[01:35:07] >> and it'll keep burning. That's great. Go
[01:35:10] downstairs,
[01:35:11] >> right? Can I [snorts] just sit right
[01:35:12] here, dude? I just [clears throat]
[01:35:21] >> Let's face it, healthc care is a mess.
[01:35:23] Outrageous premiums, [music] surprise
[01:35:25] bills, denied claims, and now the rates
[01:35:27] are climbing again. Medical debt is the
[01:35:29] number one cause of bankruptcy, [music]
[01:35:31] even for people with insurance. That's
[01:35:33] why I switched to Impact Health Sharing.
[01:35:35] No networks, no woke nonsense, just real
[01:35:38] savings and up to 50%. You can pick your
[01:35:40] doctor. There's no surprise [music]
[01:35:42] bills. There's 247 teleaalth and
[01:35:44] maternity support. Take control of your
[01:35:47] healthcare before the system decides for
[01:35:49] you. Go to impactomg.com.
[01:35:51] That's impactomg.com
[01:35:54] or call 8553786777
[01:35:58] now. Impact healthsharing built
[01:36:01] differently.
[01:36:03] This is James O'Keefe. You know me for
[01:36:05] exposing the truth and holding the
[01:36:07] corrupt elite accountable. But today I
[01:36:09] want to talk to you about protecting
[01:36:10] your own freedom, [music] your
[01:36:11] retirement. Now, gold is soaring above
[01:36:13] 4,200 an ounce right now and climbing
[01:36:16] towards $5,000. That's up over 45% this
[01:36:19] year alone with silver closing in on $60
[01:36:21] an ounce. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and
[01:36:24] major banks are now [music] forecasting
[01:36:25] gold between $5,000 and $6,000 within
[01:36:28] the next 6 to 12 months. And that's why
[01:36:30] I've partnered with American
[01:36:31] Independence Gold, a veteranowned
[01:36:33] company where [music] proceeds from
[01:36:34] every sale help support the Tunnel to
[01:36:36] Towers Foundation. And right now, my
[01:36:38] followers get a free gold bar with every
[01:36:40] purchase of $10,000 or more. Go to
[01:36:43] [music]
[01:36:43] mediaold.com. That's okefemedagold.com.
[01:36:47] Or call 833324-4653.
[01:36:51] That's [music] 83324
[01:36:53] gold. This is James O'Keefe. Where
[01:36:55] freedom isn't [music] given, it's
[01:36:58] secured. This is not financial advice.
[01:37:00] Consult a professional before making
[01:37:01] investment [music] decisions.
[01:37:05] >> I stop now. [screaming]
[01:37:09] >> SHAME ON YOU. SHAME ON YOU.
[01:37:13] >> Shame on you. Shame. SHAME. SHAME.
[01:37:18] >> When that happened, I decided to arrive.
[01:37:20] We rolled up about 10 blocks from the
[01:37:23] scene of the tear gas. What struck me
[01:37:26] was this was not a bad neighborhood. The
[01:37:28] neighborhood looked like many of the
[01:37:30] neighborhoods that you live in. And
[01:37:31] immediately as we got out of the car,
[01:37:33] four to five women asked us who we were
[01:37:36] with.
[01:37:36] >> I'd love to see some sort of media
[01:37:40] curious like I would love to see just
[01:37:43] like your work.
[01:37:46] >> Uh my name is
[01:37:48] exposed to happening.
[01:37:50] >> Yeah. Stop taking pictures of me, bro.
[01:37:52] Stop taking pictures.
[01:37:56] No, you're not.
[01:37:57] >> THESE GUYS ARE NOT PRESSED.
[01:38:00] >> NO, we we are pressed.
[01:38:02] >> Let's see them.
[01:38:05] >> Yeah, we got
[01:38:06] >> Eventually, I decided to identify myself
[01:38:08] as a member of the press. Specifically,
[01:38:11] a member of OK Media, as in O'Keeffe
[01:38:13] media. I even had a press badge.
[01:38:19] >> If it's real, just head it.
[01:38:20] >> Yeah, we're No, it's right here. We'll
[01:38:23] give it back. These guys are not
[01:38:24] friends. I looked up Okay Media. It's
[01:38:26] from Portugal. They're not from
[01:38:28] Portugal.
[01:38:29] >> Bizarrely, the agitator claimed that OK
[01:38:32] Media was Portuguese.
[01:38:34] >> I looked up your [ __ ] website. It's
[01:38:36] all Portuguese
[01:38:38] >> and none of their work IS POLITICAL AT
[01:38:40] ALL.
[01:38:41] >> WHAT'S fascinating about this
[01:38:42] interaction is the statement from the
[01:38:44] agitator, quote, "They're not political
[01:38:47] at all." What dawned upon me in that
[01:38:49] moment was, "It wasn't a good thing we
[01:38:52] weren't political. It was actually a
[01:38:54] liability. If you're not a member of
[01:38:56] their team, if you don't believe exactly
[01:38:58] what they believe, you are their enemy.
[01:39:01] Even if you're neutral, you must be
[01:39:03] destroyed or killed.
[01:39:05] >> Stop taking pictures of people.
[01:39:07] >> I'm not taking pictures. I'm taking
[01:39:09] pictures of him.
[01:39:10] >> Stop. Why? What the [ __ ] is the point?
[01:39:12] >> Cuz we're pressed.
[01:39:14] >> Show me the website.
[01:39:17] >> Tell me these guys are pressed.
[01:39:20] >> THESE GUYS ARE NOT PRESSED.
[01:39:21] >> We are pressed. My first guy.
[01:39:26] >> Then they were able to ID me. A woman
[01:39:28] pulled up my Wikipedia page which
[01:39:30] labeled me as a far-right activist and
[01:39:32] it went all downhill from there.
[01:39:45] SHAME.
[01:39:51] SHAME.
[01:39:53] SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME.
[01:39:56] >> They threw something at me which hit the
[01:39:58] back of my Kevlar plate.
[01:40:04] >> Shame. Shame. Shame. Shame.
[01:40:07] >> My security determined this was an
[01:40:09] unsafe situation. So, we retreated back
[01:40:11] to the SUV. So the key is when we get to
[01:40:13] the car, we got to get in and get out
[01:40:14] right now. Okay.
[01:40:18] But they continued to follow us.
[01:40:21] >> DON'T LET THE TRIGGER.
[01:40:26] >> All you can do is merely disengage and
[01:40:30] try your best to get out,
[01:40:32] but they follow you and they don't stop
[01:40:35] following you. It felt like a horror
[01:40:38] movie. This agitator attempted to
[01:40:40] organize an army, recruiting members of
[01:40:42] the mob to follow us.
[01:40:45] >> Those guys are feds.
[01:40:47] >> Yeah. The rest
[01:40:51] are fed. These guys are.
[01:40:58] >> Our cameraman actually pulled his mask
[01:41:01] down to try to show them that we are
[01:41:02] actually pressed. [sighs]
[01:41:06] >> [panting]
[01:41:06] >> If I was a fed, I wouldn't take off my
[01:41:09] mask.
[01:41:19] >> We got into the vehicle and they started
[01:41:21] throwing projectiles at us, frozen water
[01:41:24] bottles at us. One hit my security in
[01:41:27] the back of the neck.
[01:41:31] >> I AM SHOOTING.
[01:41:34] SHOOT, SHOOT, SHOOT.
[01:41:35] >> SHOOTING. WHOA, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA.
[01:41:39] WHOA, WHOA, WHOA.
[01:41:41] We're pressed.
[01:41:42] >> [ __ ] press.
[01:41:43] >> We're pressed.
[01:41:44] >> Do you know what the first amendment is?
[01:41:47] >> Go, go, go, go.
[01:41:50] >> Do you support the First Amendment?
[01:41:52] [gasps]
[01:41:53] >> Do you support the First Amendment?
[01:41:55] [ __ ] hell.
[01:41:58] >> I'm against [ __ ] ICE.
[01:42:00] >> You guys are yelling and throwing
[01:42:01] things. We're not doing nothing.
[01:42:02] >> You just assaulted us. We're pressed.
[01:42:05] >> We are. We're trying.
[01:42:09] >> All right.
[01:42:10] >> No problem, bro. I got you,
[01:42:12] >> man. They just everywhere. Look. Turn
[01:42:13] around. Turn around. They're everywhere.
[01:42:15] >> Shut the [ __ ] doors.
[01:42:17] >> Shut the door.
[01:42:18] >> Shut the [ __ ] doors.
[01:42:20] >> They threw a a frozen
[01:42:22] >> ice brick ice brick at the car.
[01:42:25] >> Take off your vest quickly.
[01:42:28] >> Yes. I'm going to [ __ ] bring
[01:42:31] Here.
[01:42:36] >> Yeah. I don't know. It's this. You could
[01:42:37] get killed, man. Like, you could get
[01:42:39] killed. [sighs] There's no First
[01:42:40] Amendment anymore in this country.
[01:42:42] >> No, there's not.
[01:42:42] >> It's It's over. Game over. Now, there's
[01:42:45] there's a cop. What is that?
[01:42:46] >> It's an ambulance. Okay.
[01:42:49] >> Um, yeah. Let me get let me get out of
[01:42:50] dodge and and regroup. But this is not
[01:42:53] safe. This is not safe for you and I.
[01:42:55] Okay.
[01:42:56] So, we we were one became 20 became 100.
[01:43:00] They just started assaulting us. They
[01:43:02] started attacking us. And I I think my
[01:43:04] realization is that we are head towards
[01:43:05] a civil war in this country. There is
[01:43:07] there is no way that's going to be
[01:43:08] avoided. There's total lawlessness. They
[01:43:11] don't care that we're press. Anybody who
[01:43:13] is not on their side will be destroyed,
[01:43:16] killed. Um, everyone's afraid. No one
[01:43:20] wants to expose anything. It's all about
[01:43:22] greed and money and power. Um, people
[01:43:24] need to wake up because, you know,
[01:43:26] that's what the future looks like.
[01:43:27] That's the future. I felt like we're in
[01:43:29] a movie. Um, perhaps children of men
[01:43:33] would be the would be the closest
[01:43:34] metaphor I could see. Zombies attacking
[01:43:37] the car, attacking you. Cartel guys, you
[01:43:40] should win the line in the sand. Cartel
[01:43:42] was running away from me when I pulled
[01:43:44] up with a press vest in in in
[01:43:46] California. But here
[01:43:49] they run they run toward they they throw
[01:43:51] bricks at the police. They don't give a
[01:43:53] [ __ ]
[01:43:56] You're going to come for all everyone.
[01:43:59] Oh, I'm just going to protect my
[01:44:01] portfolio and make sure my kids are safe
[01:44:04] behind my picket fence. Okay, for
[01:44:05] another few years that'll work.
[01:44:07] Eventually, they'll come for you.
[01:44:08] >> We went back to our hotel. My undercover
[01:44:11] reporter found spotters from their
[01:44:13] groups spying on us, following us, and
[01:44:16] reporting back to their signal chats.
[01:44:18] >> I We We have to get out of the hotel.
[01:44:20] >> James, go pack.
[01:44:22] >> Okay, I need him with me.
[01:44:23] >> Yeah, let's go. We George, we we have to
[01:44:26] get out of the hotel. They got spotters
[01:44:28] in the hotel. So now we got to get just
[01:44:30] out of Minneapolis.
[01:44:31] >> Come on.
[01:44:33] >> We soon realized we had to change hotels
[01:44:35] and moved to another location 30 minutes
[01:44:38] away.
[01:44:38] >> He took three pictures of us and then
[01:44:40] now they're changing lanes and trying to
[01:44:41] act like I didn't see him.
[01:44:44] >> You want to slow down so we can hear
[01:44:46] what's going on?
[01:44:49] >> Yeah. He's slowing down, too.
[01:44:51] >> Yep.
[01:44:52] >> Dude, that's wild. Yep.
[01:44:54] >> People were following us on the freeway.
[01:44:56] Reporter Cam Higgby also reported that
[01:44:58] people were following him.
[01:45:00] >> But they turn with us.
[01:45:02] >> Yep. Here they come.
[01:45:04] >> White Chevy Silverado with the um newly
[01:45:08] changed plates with the coexist sticker
[01:45:09] on the back. We're on Irving and Lake
[01:45:11] Street. We seem to be the only commuters
[01:45:13] following. Um just wanted to give an
[01:45:16] update on our location.
[01:45:17] >> We aren't ice. We are not ice.
[01:45:20] >> We're not ice because you're [ __ ]
[01:45:22] ice. We're not Ice.
[01:45:24] >> I'm showing my face. I'm not.
[01:45:26] >> We've come too. We're not ICE. Yeah.
[01:45:28] They've been following us for over an
[01:45:30] hour. We're just letting them know in
[01:45:32] and they
[01:45:33] >> ICE. Not in an ICE vehicle. RIGHT.
[01:45:35] >> RIGHT.
[01:45:35] >> RIGHT. GET IN YOUR TRUCK AND GET THE
[01:45:36] [ __ ] OUT.
[01:45:37] >> WHY?
[01:45:38] >> Because you need to go. Confirmed ICE.
[01:45:40] GET THE [ __ ] OUT.
[01:45:40] >> CONFIRMED ICE through who? We're
[01:45:42] American citizens. We're We're not ICE.
[01:45:44] >> The people that you're abducting. Get
[01:45:45] out.
[01:45:46] >> It was incredible to see how people act
[01:45:49] when they're stopped. It was impossible
[01:45:51] to convince them that you are not ICE.
[01:45:54] If you are not them, you are
[01:45:56] automatically ICE. If you don't hear
[01:45:58] your name called, they most likely think
[01:46:01] you're a fed. That's actually better
[01:46:03] than them thinking that you're James
[01:46:05] O'Keefe.
[01:46:06] It's better that you're a Fed than James
[01:46:08] O'Keefe, according to our source. But
[01:46:10] again, if you thinking about don't try
[01:46:12] this at home, but if you do, come here
[01:46:14] to Minneapolis. get on the freeway,
[01:46:16] exchange the SUV or the pickup truck for
[01:46:20] a Subaru. You want to You want to look
[01:46:22] like your mom. You want to look like
[01:46:24] you're a teacher. You want to look like
[01:46:26] you got that union union sticker on the
[01:46:27] back of your car. You get that union
[01:46:29] sticker put on your car. You do not want
[01:46:30] to have an SUV like us. Lesson learned.
[01:46:33] >> Let's Let's get inside the hotel. Upon
[01:46:36] getting to our next hotel, my security
[01:46:38] detail showed me a text message that he
[01:46:41] had received from what appeared to be a
[01:46:43] burner number threatening to kill us if
[01:46:44] we do not vacate the city of Minneapolis
[01:46:47] within the next hour. We just got this
[01:46:50] message and it says, um, we know that
[01:46:53] you're in Minneapolis. You're with
[01:46:55] O'Keefe and his crew of Nazis. You're in
[01:46:58] a white Ford license plate. They
[01:47:00] actually wrote the license plate down
[01:47:02] from Florida. You have 1 hour to leave
[01:47:05] or you're dead. You have 1 hour to leave
[01:47:08] or you're dead. We're going to contact
[01:47:10] law enforcement, DHS, and the FBI. Um,
[01:47:13] and we're going to try to get out of
[01:47:15] here safely so we can bring the news to
[01:47:18] you. As I left Minneapolis, I was very
[01:47:21] shaken by what I witnessed. And all I
[01:47:24] could do was write down my thoughts as I
[01:47:27] waited my production team to go through
[01:47:29] the hidden camera footage and identify
[01:47:31] some of the folks we spoke with.
[01:47:33] And what I realized is that
[01:47:34] self-preservation is the enemy of the
[01:47:37] American people. In the Pelpeneisian
[01:47:39] War, Fuclites says, "The strong do what
[01:47:42] they can and the weak suffer what they
[01:47:45] must." There is absolutely no
[01:47:47] accountability in our country for those
[01:47:50] who are actually engaged in wrongdoing.
[01:47:53] And everything collapses when power
[01:47:56] disparities grow. Justice, as you want
[01:47:59] it, can only exist when there are
[01:48:02] consequences.
[01:48:04] But why be just if injustice pays
[01:48:08] better? The Minneapolis police stood
[01:48:11] down. They probably stood down because
[01:48:14] there was no incentive for them to stand
[01:48:16] up. People are only just if they're
[01:48:19] being watched. And you might say that
[01:48:22] this report and investigative journalism
[01:48:25] doesn't matter if there are no
[01:48:26] consequences. But remember that justice
[01:48:30] only happens when they are being
[01:48:33] watched. Remove oversight in the
[01:48:36] journalistic sense and those incentives
[01:48:38] that define human behavior will take
[01:48:41] over. Profits of corruption are
[01:48:44] immediate. Accountability or prison for
[01:48:46] bad actors takes forever. And there
[01:48:49] aren't enough prosecutors who can't be
[01:48:51] bribed or threatened.
[01:48:53] >> Get back.
[01:48:54] >> One of the most haunting things I know
[01:48:55] is that people tend to love money more
[01:48:57] than justice. They [snorts] love power
[01:48:59] more than truth and safety more than
[01:49:02] doing the right thing. But perhaps the
[01:49:04] only thing that these people fear is
[01:49:07] exposure itself. And that's very good
[01:49:10] news because at this point it may be our
[01:49:13] only recourse.
[01:49:17] This is James O'Keefe. You know me for
[01:49:18] exposing the truth and holding the
[01:49:20] corrupt elite accountable. But today I
[01:49:22] want to talk to you about protecting
[01:49:23] your own freedom, your retirement.
[01:49:25] [music] Now, gold is soaring above 4,200
[01:49:28] an ounce right now and climbing towards
[01:49:30] $5,000. That's up over [music] 45% this
[01:49:32] year alone with silver closing in on $60
[01:49:34] an ounce. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and
