[00:01:03] oh hey there that was a different sort
[00:01:06] of intro song we got coming into this um
[00:01:09] don't hate it I don't know if it's
[00:01:10] really appropo of the subject matter but
[00:01:14] hello and welcome to state of play on
[00:01:16] mint Press News the Monday geopolitical
[00:01:18] news show where we look at the major
[00:01:20] international news story that may have
[00:01:23] missed you or you may have missed it
[00:01:26] over the weekend uh and examine it from
[00:01:29] a slightly military analytical
[00:01:31] perspective my name is Greg stoker if
[00:01:33] you're new to this channel I'm a former
[00:01:35] US Army Ranger who conducted four combat
[00:01:37] deployments to Afghanistan and I'm now
[00:01:40] turned an anti-war activist and analyst
[00:01:43] it's kind of weird that I work part-time
[00:01:45] for a newsroom because my stance on
[00:01:47] conflict journalism and journalists in
[00:01:49] general when I was in Special Operations
[00:01:51] was just like stay the hell out of our
[00:01:53] way uh but you know people can do a 180
[00:01:56] uh I guess I suppose that I started to
[00:01:59] radicalize
[00:02:00] or what started to radicalize me into an
[00:02:02] anti-war Anti-Imperialist stance and now
[00:02:05] I'm having to say this all over again
[00:02:07] because we're seeing what the Trump
[00:02:09] Administration is trying to pull right
[00:02:10] now uh I was radicalized into that
[00:02:13] because I guess we have to use the term
[00:02:15] radical because being anti- US military
[00:02:17] intervention and anti- civilian death is
[00:02:20] somehow
[00:02:22] considered uh radical in terms of
[00:02:25] political positions um so the thing that
[00:02:28] got me was Obama's drone strike campaign
[00:02:30] so let's talk about Yemen real quick
[00:02:32] because that's the episode thrust and
[00:02:34] when I was getting out there uh you know
[00:02:38] that was Infamous there was this uh yeah
[00:02:40] sorry when I was getting out of the
[00:02:41] military there was this uh Infamous and
[00:02:43] unjustifiable Massacre of a wedding
[00:02:45] procession in Yemen uh Human Rights
[00:02:48] Watch reporting as of February 19th 2024
[00:02:51] on December 12th
[00:02:54] 2013 a United States aerial drone
[00:02:56] launched four Hellfire missiles into a
[00:02:58] convoy of 11 cars and pickup trucks
[00:03:01] during a counterterrorism operation in
[00:03:03] rural Yemen the strike killed at least
[00:03:05] 12 men and wounded at least 15 others
[00:03:07] six of them seriously Yemen authorities
[00:03:10] initially described all those killed in
[00:03:12] the attack outside the city of RA Rada
[00:03:14] as terrorists uh bear in mind that the
[00:03:17] umeni government is separate from the
[00:03:18] houthis and is very much comprador to
[00:03:20] Western interests especially at that
[00:03:22] time anyways the US government never
[00:03:25] officially uh acknowledged any role in
[00:03:27] the attack but unofficially told the
[00:03:29] media that the were militants and that
[00:03:31] the operation Target a quote Most Wanted
[00:03:33] Al-Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula
[00:03:37] operator who was wounded and escaped so
[00:03:40] that's convenient Witnesses and
[00:03:41] relatives of the dead and wounded
[00:03:43] interviewed by Human Rights Watch in
[00:03:45] yemon said the Convoy was a wedding
[00:03:47] procession they said everyone in the
[00:03:48] procession was a civilian including all
[00:03:50] the dead and injured and the you know
[00:03:52] the bride received a superficial face
[00:03:54] wound and Human Rights Watch determin
[00:03:56] that the dead and injured were all
[00:03:57] civilians and now the US is bombing
[00:04:00] again after a multi-month Hiatus when
[00:04:02] the houthis in solidarity with Gaza and
[00:04:05] the Israel Hamas ceasefire stopped
[00:04:07] attacking Israeli ship or started uh oh
[00:04:11] sorry during the ceasefire they stopped
[00:04:13] attacking Israeli shipping through the
[00:04:15] Gulf of Aiden sorry we just this new
[00:04:17] cycle has been insane there's also been
[00:04:19] some new developments aside from what we
[00:04:21] like wrote on the show notes like
[00:04:23] literally 20 minutes ago and now the
[00:04:25] houthis have started again in response
[00:04:27] to Israel breaking the terms of the
[00:04:29] ceasefire and halting all humanitarian
[00:04:30] Aid in a Gaza and president trump our
[00:04:33] airads anti-war candidate has elected to
[00:04:36] escalate air strikes into Yemen bombing
[00:04:39] some of the poorest people on Earth
[00:04:41] whilst burning up a ton of money on
[00:04:43] obscenely expensive naval air operations
[00:04:46] uh but that's America for you instead of
[00:04:48] using diplomatic and economic leverage
[00:04:50] to compel Israel to open the flow of Aid
[00:04:53] thereby halting houthi retaliation and
[00:04:56] reopening freedom of navigation for the
[00:04:58] global supply chain Donald art of the
[00:05:00] deal Trump is using this opportunity to
[00:05:03] isolate the houthis from Iran's weakened
[00:05:06] axis of resistance and force them to
[00:05:08] accept more favorable terms for the US
[00:05:11] in a future nuclear deal and we're going
[00:05:14] to be diving into all that tonight as
[00:05:16] some also some connected issues Lebanon
[00:05:20] Syria border skirmishes and the ice
[00:05:22] arrest of Mahmud khil and others because
[00:05:26] of course they are all bound together in
[00:05:29] this new iteration of the global war on
[00:05:32] terror we thought we we hoped it ended
[00:05:34] you know with um with the withdrawal
[00:05:36] from Afghanistan but no we're we're
[00:05:38] ramping it up hopefully it doesn't last
[00:05:40] another 20 years under Trump there'll be
[00:05:42] fewer overseas military engagements
[00:05:45] knock on wood but he is no anti-war
[00:05:50] leader politician instead the waging of
[00:05:53] American Imperial War will turn on its
[00:05:56] own citizens so welcome I know you guys
[00:05:59] are still filtering to the live we are
[00:06:00] on patreon here at Mid Press News we
[00:06:03] have no corporate sponsors demonetized
[00:06:05] on just about every platform and if
[00:06:07] you're picking up what we're putting
[00:06:09] down check us out on patreon and throw a
[00:06:12] couple bucks if you want to again as I
[00:06:14] always say if you're being suffocated
[00:06:16] slowly in the throws of late stage
[00:06:19] Finance capitalism if you can like share
[00:06:21] subscribe comment it helps push this out
[00:06:25] into the algorithm since we are heavily
[00:06:27] shadowbanned at least on YouTube we'd
[00:06:30] appreciate it so anyways there's the
[00:06:32] plug um and now we're six minutes in got
[00:06:35] some got some people watching all right
[00:06:38] let's begin with the Syria Lebanon
[00:06:41] border clashes the The Narrative about
[00:06:43] how this all started coming from a pro-
[00:06:46] Syrian journalist posted on the account
[00:06:48] translating Syria uh pro- Syrian sorry
[00:06:52] Syrian government journalist uh which
[00:06:55] publishes videos with English captions
[00:06:58] and this is a pretty Epic that sources
[00:07:00] absolutely nothing if you guys aren't
[00:07:01] tracking there's currently border
[00:07:03] skirmishes happening between Syrian
[00:07:06] forces and Lebanese Clans in the Becka
[00:07:10] Valley there's some word now we're
[00:07:12] getting that they've actually stopped um
[00:07:15] but we're we're going to examine that
[00:07:17] here in a second so how it all happened
[00:07:19] this was the initial claim picked up and
[00:07:21] regurgitated by Al jazer uh and qari
[00:07:24] state media hostile to anything related
[00:07:27] to Iran here we go
[00:07:31] all right so I'm gonna have to
[00:07:32] transliterate this for you the criminal
[00:07:35] Lebanese Hezbollah is digging its own
[00:07:38] grave group affiliated with the
[00:07:40] Lebanese infiltrated Syria ambushed
[00:07:42] members of the Syrian Army and kidnapped
[00:07:44] them to Lebanese
[00:07:49] territory killed them in a dirty
[00:07:54] way they stoned them until they were
[00:07:56] martyred Al jazer said they were shot
[00:07:59] but ly this guy said they were Stoned by
[00:08:02] heah who I have never heard of a single
[00:08:05] instance of them stoning anybody but I
[00:08:08] guess they're trying to make them seem
[00:08:09] like radical
[00:08:11] extremists may God have mercy on them
[00:08:13] the criminal lesbes Hezbollah does not
[00:08:15] realize that time has
[00:08:18] changed and that the Syrian land has
[00:08:20] become forbidden to
[00:08:23] it and such a crime will never go UNP
[00:08:27] and of course after this dirty crime the
[00:08:28] Syrian Army sent
[00:08:32] reinforcements to the Syrian Lebanese
[00:08:34] border and began an intensive bombing
[00:08:40] operation on the positions of Lebanese
[00:08:42] Hezbollah inside Lebanese
[00:08:46] territory goes on for a long
[00:08:48] time which led to the outbreak of fires
[00:08:50] inside these
[00:08:52] positions um I've also heard that they
[00:08:55] were the fires were actually not from
[00:08:57] hzb positions but from HTF s tanks okay
[00:09:01] so first of
[00:09:02] all um hang on I got message okay in my
[00:09:06] private chat so enough of that real
[00:09:08] quick what we here we go guys also um Al
[00:09:12] Arabia TV a Saudi back Satellite Channel
[00:09:15] aired footage on Monday of its Crews as
[00:09:19] they came under fire at the S Syria and
[00:09:22] Lebanese border fighting erupted along
[00:09:24] the border between Lebanon and Syria
[00:09:26] overnight on Monday today Syrian State
[00:09:28] media reported
[00:09:29] after three Syrian soldiers were killed
[00:09:31] earlier in clashes so we've already
[00:09:33] established that here is what some out
[00:09:37] uh this is what some actual Syrian
[00:09:38] journalists are
[00:09:41] saying so
[00:09:44] appar the moment Hezbollah artillery
[00:09:46] Target them let's see what they have our
[00:09:48] injuries from your shells only increase
[00:09:50] our resolve determination
[00:09:55] and praise be to God we go nothing even
[00:09:58] if we were killed
[00:09:59] inen so look it's not real journalism we
[00:10:02] got a lot of propaganda and a lot of he
[00:10:04] said she said things uh flowing around
[00:10:06] flying around but and bear with me about
[00:10:09] the
[00:10:10] Syria Lebanon situation because it it's
[00:10:13] directly tied to uh the houthis and Iran
[00:10:16] so basically breaking it down can't we
[00:10:20] can't really determine exactly what
[00:10:22] happened perhaps we'll never know but
[00:10:23] here are some general points based off
[00:10:25] Lebanese sources who have actively
[00:10:27] reported on the Israeli invasion of
[00:10:29] Southern Lebanon for the past year uh
[00:10:32] there's definitely more of a sectarian
[00:10:34] issue here so take it with a Grandin
[00:10:35] assault but 10 to 12 dead Syrian
[00:10:38] Fighters this morning so far uh
[00:10:40] anti-tank missiles destroyed a bunch of
[00:10:41] armored vehicles fighting is ongoing I
[00:10:44] am hearing now that it may have stopped
[00:10:46] unverified claims about two Lebanese
[00:10:49] villagers being
[00:10:50] beheaded we have not been able to verify
[00:10:52] that no one's on the ground has said
[00:10:54] anything about that there's the highly
[00:10:56] suspect but there has been a military
[00:10:59] uh the Lebanese Army deployed to the
[00:11:01] Border then there was a military buildup
[00:11:03] on the Syrian side this makes next to no
[00:11:06] sense from a Syrian perspective because
[00:11:07] they would just get curb stomped uh by
[00:11:10] the Lebanese side especially if
[00:11:11] Hezbollah is actually there and it's
[00:11:13] called up to help the Lebanese Army so
[00:11:15] the question is whether this was an
[00:11:17] excuse to further secure the borders to
[00:11:19] stop weapons smuggling that is ongoing
[00:11:22] as you know stopping the supply of
[00:11:23] weapons to Hezbollah is a primary
[00:11:26] military objective of HTS and you know a
[00:11:29] lot of journalists in uh Syria are still
[00:11:31] claiming Hezbollah started it right all
[00:11:33] these journalists weren't there unless
[00:11:35] they are embedded with HTS troops so
[00:11:38] which begs the question why were you
[00:11:40] there so these clashes have been
[00:11:41] happening for months by the way between
[00:11:44] Clans and the Becka Valley and the
[00:11:47] Syrian Fighters so HTS aligned guys
[00:11:50] constantly cross the border sometimes
[00:11:51] they just steal stuff and hezb isn't
[00:11:53] dumb enough to engage in that being a
[00:11:55] highly disciplined fighting force with
[00:11:57] its own problems stuck in between Israel
[00:11:59] in a hostile Lebanese government that
[00:12:01] wants it gone but Al jazer and Al Arabia
[00:12:04] are both claiming this so it also makes
[00:12:06] no sense that you know hezb would do a
[00:12:09] pointless operation especially at this
[00:12:10] time the last time they kidna soldiers
[00:12:12] during a crossborder operation was in
[00:12:15] 2006 with Israel and they were ready for
[00:12:17] it the last thing hezb wants right now
[00:12:19] is another shooting fight while they're
[00:12:21] still busy purging moles and
[00:12:23] reorganizing literally reminds me of
[00:12:25] like Zionist brain Rod so they want us
[00:12:28] to believe that esbah sent their men
[00:12:30] across the border to kidnap random
[00:12:31] fighters from HTS gangs along the border
[00:12:34] dragg them back
[00:12:43] to okay sorry I had a mic issue uh drab
[00:12:46] them uh yeah like whenever I hit this
[00:12:48] thing it shuts off for a second uh so
[00:12:51] I'll stop trying to like flail around
[00:12:54] yeah uh drag them uh back to Lebanon and
[00:12:56] then you know according this guy stoned
[00:12:57] them to death so this is all Al jaz's
[00:13:00] narrative so how would they know it's HZ
[00:13:03] blaz there a video or photos like the
[00:13:06] massacres on the coast I'm happy to be
[00:13:08] proven wrong but I won't hold my breath
[00:13:10] about that the best way is to get
[00:13:11] sources from the Clans uh so from the
[00:13:14] Syrian side we're still looking for
[00:13:15] confirmation on what Damascus has
[00:13:17] ordered won't hold my breath for that
[00:13:20] either so the consensus on the ground at
[00:13:23] least from the Lebanese side is that it
[00:13:24] started with criminal Elements Crossing
[00:13:26] into Lebanon and then getting beaten up
[00:13:28] and
[00:13:29] shot in the head leading to a larger
[00:13:31] clash with Syrian Army elements joining
[00:13:34] the fry they say only heah or they're
[00:13:37] saying only Hezbollah because they want
[00:13:39] to Rally their base around a battle
[00:13:41] against Shia that's like all it is the
[00:13:44] first group to actually kill HTS guys on
[00:13:46] the border were the plfp uh pflp the
[00:13:49] popular front for the liberation of
[00:13:50] Palestine and that happened two months
[00:13:52] ago so this has been going on for two
[00:13:54] months it only just is flaring up now in
[00:13:56] terms of the greater Imperial plan get
[00:13:59] has blood to engage in a wider War
[00:14:01] exposing them to the Israeli military
[00:14:02] intervention external of the Lebanon
[00:14:04] ceasefire I don't know isolating them
[00:14:08] and you know stirring up stuff in
[00:14:10] Lebanon amongst uh
[00:14:12] minorities is going to be part of the
[00:14:15] overall Imperial plan which is why
[00:14:17] Israel was busting to get these guys
[00:14:20] into Power they're unhinged and they
[00:14:22] know they will start uh to engage in
[00:14:25] massacres which will provoke Hezbollah
[00:14:27] you know galani can't control his
[00:14:28] militia
[00:14:29] we just saw this uh today which serves
[00:14:33] the Imperial Powers as that will divide
[00:14:35] Syria justify military operations and
[00:14:38] presence in the region and finally it
[00:14:40] will provoke resistance factions into
[00:14:42] action chaos is a ladder for Israel and
[00:14:45] its Hunger for More land so we said this
[00:14:47] weeks ago uh this will spill over into
[00:14:50] Lebanon and remember last summer I
[00:14:52] believe it was on the colonial Outcast
[00:14:54] podcast uh we talked about how Israel
[00:14:57] can't take on Hezbollah and destroy it
[00:14:59] so they will find other ways to isolate
[00:15:01] it starve it and make it combat
[00:15:02] ineffective Heming them in between a
[00:15:05] hostile government in Lebanon and an
[00:15:07] extremist Sunni militia and foreign
[00:15:09] fighters in Syria is something they're
[00:15:11] going to do also the us is going to
[00:15:14] leverage leverage reconstruction Aid
[00:15:17] giving the Lebanese government
[00:15:19] reconstruction Aid to rebuild
[00:15:22] Beirut directly to the Lebanese
[00:15:25] government to weaken hezbollah's
[00:15:27] influence amongst the Civil Life of the
[00:15:29] people so there this is a multi-prong
[00:15:31] approach right um in Lebanon and
[00:15:34] extremist Sunni militias and foreign
[00:15:35] fighters in Syria will also isolate them
[00:15:37] so here we go the fog of war is thick on
[00:15:41] this one like even Al Arabia's reporting
[00:15:43] quote the Lebanese minister of media
[00:15:45] says three syrians killed yesterday were
[00:15:48] Smugglers and that the Syrian government
[00:15:50] should stop its attacks and communicate
[00:15:52] an end to this so this war is the war is
[00:15:55] far from over in Lebanon the fall of the
[00:15:57] former regime in Syria was just another
[00:15:59] chapter and the same applies to
[00:16:01] Palestine we are just getting started so
[00:16:04] here's a video of hts4 uh forces moving
[00:16:07] towards the border from earlier today
[00:16:09] I'm GNA play this and see if what what
[00:16:13] what we're hearing right now
[00:16:15] um here we go
[00:16:21] [Music]
[00:16:31] all right and then it looks like as of
[00:16:33] this recording the Lebanese and Syrian
[00:16:36] foreign ministers managed to carve out a
[00:16:37] ceasefire waiting to see whether it will
[00:16:40] hold or not but looks like Syrian
[00:16:42] government forces are in full Retreat
[00:16:46] so there we go more on that later but
[00:16:50] now Yemen is kicking off and we're going
[00:16:52] to connect all these things and possibly
[00:16:54] Iraq yes Iraq is now back in play
[00:16:58] according to Shaak news agency an Iraqi
[00:17:01] Outlet Secretary of Defense Pete Heth
[00:17:04] delivered a strongly worded warning to
[00:17:07] Iraq's prime minister Muhammad Shia Al
[00:17:09] Sudani regarding any potential support
[00:17:11] by Iraq or Iraqi resistance factions for
[00:17:15] military operations carried out by Yemen
[00:17:19] so if they retaliate against us bases in
[00:17:22] Iraq in solidarity with the houthis the
[00:17:25] US is essentially going to bomb them but
[00:17:28] let's build the timeline saying that
[00:17:30] people are getting here our news source
[00:17:34] or reporting source of choice so you
[00:17:36] don't have to listen to my voice for an
[00:17:37] hour straight is going to be South Asian
[00:17:41] media this time uh yeah Crusader
[00:17:44] Crusader cross heith Rupert Philip yeah
[00:17:49] so y on news South Asia let's go houis
[00:17:53] have claimed a second attack on US
[00:17:55] aircraft carrier USS harus Truman and
[00:17:58] it's watch ships with ballistic missiles
[00:18:00] and drones in response to continued
[00:18:02] American air strikes now in a televised
[00:18:04] address the group's military
[00:18:06] spokesperson Yaya sarya warned that it
[00:18:08] would continue attacks on Israeli ships
[00:18:11] in the Red Sea if Israel continue to
[00:18:13] blockade into
[00:18:17] Gaza Yan news does have some awkwardly
[00:18:20] long pauses in between short
[00:18:25] segments the Armed Forces with the help
[00:18:27] of God almighty carried out a
[00:18:29] qualitative military operation targeting
[00:18:32] the American aircraft carrier USS Harry
[00:18:34] Truman and its accompanying warships in
[00:18:37] the northern Red Sea using 18 ballistic
[00:18:40] and cruise missiles and drones in a
[00:18:42] joint operation carried out by the
[00:18:44] missile Force drone Air Force and the
[00:18:46] naval
[00:18:50] forces and in a televised address HTI
[00:18:52] leader Abdul Malik Al huti warned that
[00:18:55] the group would continue to Target
[00:18:57] American warships craft carriers and
[00:18:59] Naval Assets in the Red
[00:19:04] Sea the yemeni Armed Forces will not
[00:19:07] hesitate to Target All American warships
[00:19:09] in the Red Sea and in the Arabian Sea in
[00:19:11] retaliation to the aggression against
[00:19:13] our
[00:19:21] [Music]
[00:19:24] country meanwhile US National Security
[00:19:27] adviser Mike walz has said that the
[00:19:29] American air strikes targeted multiple
[00:19:31] huti leaders and took them out in an
[00:19:34] interview to ABC wal said that the
[00:19:36] current strikes were different than
[00:19:38] those carried out under the Biden
[00:19:44] Administration sorry as you can see from
[00:19:46] the battle damage these were way more
[00:19:48] aggressive strikes uh
[00:19:51] and and a different Target set than what
[00:19:54] Biden was doing Biden was hitting radar
[00:19:56] sites and launch sites now uh they're
[00:19:59] actually seemingly hitting people in
[00:20:02] homes and civilian structures so the
[00:20:04] deception the hypocrisy the outright
[00:20:07] misinformation here is maddening from us
[00:20:09] officials you know I don't think the US
[00:20:10] will relent in the immediate future on
[00:20:13] Yemen basically what we can expect is I
[00:20:16] can see them sending a coordinated
[00:20:18] strike package every night see how the
[00:20:21] houthis respond like hit 10 targets uh
[00:20:24] and then see what the response is and
[00:20:27] then send out another strike pack the
[00:20:29] next night another 10 targets and build
[00:20:33] an operational Tempo that doesn't relent
[00:20:37] see how the uh houth respond rinse and
[00:20:40] repeat until Trump's demands are met
[00:20:44] they can't destroy the houthis with an
[00:20:45] air campaign but they hope to get them
[00:20:48] to stop acting against Israeli
[00:20:49] oppression and blocking shipping and
[00:20:51] solidarity with Palestine right they
[00:20:53] also are intent on destroying the houthi
[00:20:56] supply line to Iran because the houthis
[00:20:59] do need the supply line to run it and
[00:21:01] Biden really didn't do much to assault
[00:21:03] the the uh the supply line from the
[00:21:06] houthis to around because houthis don't
[00:21:08] really have a really developed uh
[00:21:10] electronics Industry or an avionics
[00:21:12] industry so a lot of their stuff their
[00:21:15] specialty parts do not come from Yemen
[00:21:19] so I think there's going to be a
[00:21:20] concerted assault to destroy the supply
[00:21:23] line piece by piece going up the chain
[00:21:25] until it's no longer feasible we'll see
[00:21:28] if that can happen uh well I think then
[00:21:31] the if they're really going to try for
[00:21:32] that they'll probably send more ships to
[00:21:34] the Gulf of Aiden and start patrols
[00:21:38] around the Arabian Peninsula like heavy
[00:21:41] uh Patrols in force around the Arabian
[00:21:43] Peninsula uh Peninsula
[00:21:46] so yeah they also intend to do that in
[00:21:49] the late morning of March 17th today
[00:21:53] Trump posted this to his truth social
[00:21:57] and guys
[00:22:00] I
[00:22:02] I am a member of Truth social I read
[00:22:06] this stuff so you don't have to you're
[00:22:08] welcome this is where he posts most of
[00:22:10] his unhinged stuff he's way more
[00:22:13] reasonable if reasonable can be a word
[00:22:16] applied to president Trump on X but this
[00:22:21] is where he he goes on his rants so let
[00:22:24] me take a drink of water before I do
[00:22:26] this all right Donald J Trump posted
[00:22:30] today let nobody be fooled hundreds of
[00:22:33] attacks being made by the houthi the
[00:22:36] Sinister mobsters and thugs based in
[00:22:39] Yemen who are hated by the yemeni people
[00:22:42] all emanate from and are created by Iran
[00:22:45] all caps any further attack or
[00:22:47] retaliation by the houthis will be met
[00:22:50] with great force and there is no
[00:22:51] guarantee that that force will not will
[00:22:53] stop there Iran has played quote the
[00:22:56] innocent victim unquote of Rogue
[00:22:59] terrorists from which they've lost
[00:23:00] control but they haven't lost control oh
[00:23:04] my God they're dictating every move
[00:23:07] giving them the weapons supplying them
[00:23:08] with money and highly sophisticated
[00:23:10] military equipment and even so-called
[00:23:13] intelligence every shot fired by the
[00:23:15] houthis will be looked upon from this
[00:23:18] point forward as being a shot fired from
[00:23:21] the weapons and Leadership of Iran and
[00:23:23] Iran will be held responsible and suffer
[00:23:26] the consequences and those conse quences
[00:23:28] will be dire Donald J Trump president of
[00:23:32] the United
[00:23:34] States of
[00:23:36] America there you go
[00:23:39] um yeah so he's trying to frame any
[00:23:43] originally Grassroots resistance
[00:23:44] movements to Imperial plans in the
[00:23:46] region as all emanating from Iran from
[00:23:49] Hezbollah to the houthis to the pmu the
[00:23:52] popular mobilization units in Iraq so
[00:23:54] his maximum pressure campaign against
[00:23:57] Iran has begun with sustained bombings
[00:23:59] of houthi leadership a ton of collateral
[00:24:02] damage on those and with ramped up
[00:24:04] sanctions and diplomatic pressure
[00:24:06] against an ostensible Ally like the
[00:24:08] Iraqi government demanding that it
[00:24:10] reduce its ties with Iran so threatening
[00:24:14] we're talking to Syria we're heavily
[00:24:17] influencing the Lebanese government
[00:24:19] Jordan's already normalized with Israel
[00:24:22] and plus Jordan is our comp main comador
[00:24:26] State Israel's not going to do anything
[00:24:28] so yes they really want to get uh Yemen
[00:24:30] under control as well so you know in
[00:24:34] Iraq has an Insurgent problem at least
[00:24:37] Insurgent to us interest so yes uh we're
[00:24:40] threatening Iraq with sanctions and
[00:24:42] stuff like that now let me let me pull
[00:24:45] up something real
[00:24:47] quick yeah so anyways I'm just GNA play
[00:24:50] that so you you 0 ADHD people have
[00:24:53] something to look at so Trump re
[00:24:56] actually you know he revoked a us
[00:24:58] sanction waiver allowing the Iraqi
[00:25:00] government to import electricity from
[00:25:03] Iran a state department spokesperson
[00:25:05] actually announced on March 8th so yeah
[00:25:09] uh Iraq you know does we don't want them
[00:25:13] importing electricity from Iran uh with
[00:25:15] the Secretary of Defense Pete Heth you
[00:25:18] know he delivered a strongly warded
[00:25:20] warning right we've already established
[00:25:22] that to the Prime Minister again
[00:25:24] Muhammad Shia Al Sudani no more support
[00:25:27] for uh Iraqi resistance factions for
[00:25:29] military operations carried out by Yemen
[00:25:32] so Heth informed Sudani that any
[00:25:35] interference by Iraqi Armed Forces
[00:25:37] regarding the US targeting of the
[00:25:38] houthis in Yemen would prompt Washington
[00:25:41] to launch a swift military response
[00:25:43] against those factions inside of Iraq
[00:25:46] and therefore we must be prevented from
[00:25:49] any interference as happened previously
[00:25:51] in the wars in Lebanon and Gaza you know
[00:25:54] sources um from Al shafik uh told the
[00:25:57] agency on March uh 17th so yeah totally
[00:26:02] anti-war this whole response we're
[00:26:03] hoping all of this is Bluster but it
[00:26:05] usually is with Trump you know but
[00:26:08] there's a lot going on here and it's all
[00:26:10] about getting more favorable terms with
[00:26:12] Iran and a nuclear deal one isolating
[00:26:15] resistance groups from each other two
[00:26:18] isolating Iran from other Regional
[00:26:20] powers and China three and making sure
[00:26:23] that it can't interfere with the very
[00:26:26] Equitable
[00:26:27] relationship or Equitable situation from
[00:26:30] a US Israel perspective in Syria ever
[00:26:35] again and also the the United States
[00:26:38] wants to flip the entire
[00:26:41] region um into normalization with a
[00:26:46] broadspectrum unilateral Abraham Accords
[00:26:49] which we'll get into here in a second so
[00:26:52] Washington has for years been trying to
[00:26:55] get Baghdad depression militias like kab
[00:26:57] Hezbollah in Iraq to disarm but the
[00:27:00] popular mobilization forces have
[00:27:01] repeated time and again that they will
[00:27:03] only only hypothetically do so if the
[00:27:06] presence of the US military in Iraq
[00:27:08] would finally withdraw and talks between
[00:27:11] the US and Iraqi government on an end to
[00:27:14] the combat role of the International
[00:27:17] Convention or Coalition led by
[00:27:19] Washington remember there's still
[00:27:20] Coalition forces from the Iraq war in
[00:27:23] Iraq which you know they were meant to
[00:27:26] include some sort of withdrawal well the
[00:27:28] withdrawals have continually with uh
[00:27:31] stalled and the US is insisting that
[00:27:33] they will not end their counter Isis
[00:27:36] operations in Iraq while the threat
[00:27:38] still uh exists so St mate in Iraq and
[00:27:41] continued pressure to isolate uh from
[00:27:43] Iran you know the militias aren't going
[00:27:46] to disarm until the US leaves and the US
[00:27:49] isn't going to leave so the militias are
[00:27:50] still going to be there so um you know
[00:27:52] all part of this trust uh thrust for an
[00:27:57] advantageous nuclear deal ostensibly but
[00:27:59] it's part of a greater episode to flip
[00:28:02] the Middle East as I mentioned earlier
[00:28:05] so um let's look at the big picture here
[00:28:11] y'all um one sec sorry got a lot of tabs
[00:28:21] open one sec my bad guys whoops all
[00:28:26] right now
[00:28:29] now the big picture here is Trump sent a
[00:28:33] letter to Iran's supreme leader uh alii
[00:28:37] last week last Wednesday I believe
[00:28:40] proposing negotiations on a new nuclear
[00:28:42] deal uh us officials have said that
[00:28:44] Trump wants any such deal to include
[00:28:46] limitations on Iran's support for
[00:28:49] regional Terror groups and militias you
[00:28:51] know like the houthis uh and of course
[00:28:55] Ki called Trump's Outreach a deception
[00:28:58] stressed Iran is not going to agree to
[00:29:00] any limitations on its relationships
[00:29:03] with groups in the region because again
[00:29:05] these groups in the region are the only
[00:29:07] way they protect themselves from us
[00:29:10] Imperial interests now they didn't exist
[00:29:13] before the Iraq War you know the Iranian
[00:29:16] government wasn't about to cry that
[00:29:18] Saddam Hussein got overthrown but they
[00:29:20] knew that they were next on the CH
[00:29:22] chopping block so they started to fund
[00:29:24] these militias to tie down the United
[00:29:26] States everywhere West Asia that wasn't
[00:29:29] the Iranian Heartland
[00:29:32] so they feel like from a defense and a
[00:29:35] national security stance that they can't
[00:29:38] end their relations with other groups in
[00:29:41] the region so yeah that's a non-starter
[00:29:43] for them Trump has also said if Iran
[00:29:46] won't agree to a deal the US will pursue
[00:29:49] other options if needed to ensure Tran
[00:29:51] isn't able to develop a nuclear bomb
[00:29:54] this is not all about the nuclear deal
[00:29:56] we're we're going to talk about that in
[00:29:57] a minute but
[00:29:59] Waltz Waltz said on Sunday that Iran
[00:30:03] needs to hand over and give up all
[00:30:04] elements of its nuclear program
[00:30:07] including missiles weaponization and
[00:30:09] enrichment of uranium or they face a
[00:30:11] whole series of other consequences
[00:30:12] adding that Iran has been offered a way
[00:30:14] out of this and Trump abandoned if you
[00:30:16] recall the 2015 nuclear deal that
[00:30:19] imposed limitations and inspections on
[00:30:21] Iran's nuclear program during his first
[00:30:24] term you know he's always been on one
[00:30:26] about the nuclear program so but what is
[00:30:30] this y'all how many people in the west
[00:30:33] don't want or sorry most people let me
[00:30:36] reframe that most people in the west
[00:30:38] don't want a nuclear Iran right and no
[00:30:40] one more so than Israel which has
[00:30:43] completely bought and paid for president
[00:30:44] Trump 10 million from Miriam Adon but
[00:30:47] he's supposed to be a dealmaker the
[00:30:50] anti-war candidate in order to solve the
[00:30:52] houthi problem the US would simply have
[00:30:56] to force is is to abide by its own terms
[00:31:02] right in Washington's own terms and
[00:31:06] resume the flow of Aid into Gaza and
[00:31:09] resume negotiations towards the second
[00:31:11] stage of a ceasefire the far right
[00:31:13] Israeli government and Associated
[00:31:15] population would never agree to that
[00:31:17] however I'd say that the
[00:31:19] dog uh was being wagged by the tail on
[00:31:23] this you know Israel is being the tail
[00:31:25] or Colony wagging the dog the actual
[00:31:27] Empire
[00:31:28] but this is part of the US's entire West
[00:31:31] Asia strategy and the Iran situation is
[00:31:34] connected what with what's going on in
[00:31:36] Lebanon so this is like I'm gonna spend
[00:31:38] the next half of the next segment
[00:31:40] talking about how it's not the tail
[00:31:42] wagging the dog it's just the dog so if
[00:31:46] that makes sense so the US has escalated
[00:31:50] its military economic and political
[00:31:52] intervention in Lebanon right so we've
[00:31:54] got the escalating
[00:31:56] strikes in
[00:31:58] Yemen um revamping sanctions on Iran and
[00:32:05] escalating its political economic
[00:32:07] involvement in Lebanon right so let's
[00:32:10] Bear all these and and sanctioning Iraq
[00:32:13] so let's Bear all and threatening Iraq
[00:32:15] so let's Bear all this in mind that
[00:32:17] we've got a new era of force Biden was
[00:32:20] not this forceful right so sorry I don't
[00:32:24] have any other video pulled up so you
[00:32:25] guys just keep watching keep watching
[00:32:27] that
[00:32:30] uh the US has escalated its military
[00:32:32] economic and political intervention in
[00:32:35] Lebanon fully backing Israel's war on
[00:32:37] Hezbollah right while pushing the
[00:32:39] country's total disarmament right uh in
[00:32:42] such an aggressive manner that risks
[00:32:44] dragging Lebanon into collapse Civil War
[00:32:47] or force normalization with Israel right
[00:32:50] now this is about Lebanon this
[00:32:53] trajectory ultimately led to the
[00:32:55] collapse of former Syrian president ass
[00:32:57] od's government and the Takeover of
[00:32:59] Damascus by the militant faction HTS
[00:33:03] effectively eliminating Iran and
[00:33:05] Russia's influence in West Asia for the
[00:33:08] most part you know hezb is cut off the
[00:33:11] houthis are doing their own thing but
[00:33:13] that's and you know the pmu units in
[00:33:16] Iraq popular militarization units
[00:33:19] they're not that they're not that
[00:33:20] powerful um so I mean there still exist
[00:33:24] and they can still cause a lot of damage
[00:33:26] to us bases but
[00:33:28] yeah ended their influence so by
[00:33:30] contrast the previous Democratic
[00:33:32] Administration the Biden
[00:33:34] administration had at least attempted to
[00:33:36] maintain the facade of balance by
[00:33:39] criticizing settlement expansion in the
[00:33:41] West Bank be like hey guys we're going
[00:33:43] to sanction five of your biggest psychos
[00:33:45] but then also like just kidding not
[00:33:48] going to sanction them and pressuring
[00:33:49] Tel Aviv to allow Aid into Palestinian
[00:33:52] territories right the Trump
[00:33:53] Administration obviously has no
[00:33:56] intention of walking back its
[00:33:58] full-fledged support of Israeli
[00:34:02] aggression in Lebanon in fact it's in
[00:34:04] full throat its support of it so this
[00:34:06] entire Trump Administration and his
[00:34:07] officials in the region view Lebanon
[00:34:10] through the lands of Israel it is a
[00:34:15] battlefield country from which it plans
[00:34:18] to deliver a final conclusive defeat to
[00:34:21] Iran and the axis of resistance and he
[00:34:23] wants to settle all this West Asian
[00:34:26] anti- uh Israel conflict and expand the
[00:34:30] Abraham Accords to Saudi
[00:34:33] Arabia Lebanon Syria and Iraq uh by and
[00:34:39] what that means is right you all recall
[00:34:41] the Abraham Accords are a bilateral
[00:34:44] agreements in Arab Israeli normalization
[00:34:47] signed between Israel the UAE and
[00:34:51] Bahrain on September 15 in 2020 right
[00:34:55] that was one of the big diplomatic HS of
[00:34:58] his entire thing of his entire
[00:35:00] presidency so
[00:35:03] um yeah and as part of the two
[00:35:05] agreements both the Emirates and this is
[00:35:08] this is the main thing both the Emirates
[00:35:10] and Bahrain recognized Israel's
[00:35:12] sovereignty enabling the establishment
[00:35:15] of full diplomatic relations right
[00:35:17] Israel's initial agreement with the
[00:35:18] Emirates marked the first instance of
[00:35:21] Israel establishing diplomatic
[00:35:24] relationships with an Arab count since
[00:35:27] 19
[00:35:28] 94 when the Israel Jordan peace treaty
[00:35:31] came into effect yeah so there's already
[00:35:33] been some normalization now that Syria's
[00:35:35] flipped I'm very sure and we can bet on
[00:35:38] it that the HTS government is gonna
[00:35:40] normalize with Israel wonder why
[00:35:44] so he wants the entire Levant and Gulf
[00:35:48] world to normalize with Israel so there
[00:35:51] is nothing to threaten it or us
[00:35:53] interests in the region and this is
[00:35:54] where China's going to come in from this
[00:35:56] perspective Syria is secure so this is
[00:36:01] all part of a u a broader strategy that
[00:36:05] involves defeating Russian involvement
[00:36:08] in West Asia which is already
[00:36:10] effectively done while also deescalate
[00:36:13] tensions with Russia because we're no
[00:36:16] longer in Conflict we want to pull
[00:36:19] Russia away from China too late for that
[00:36:23] probably um isolate Iran from Russia
[00:36:27] because russan will no longer need its
[00:36:28] drones if they're not fighting anymore
[00:36:30] and no longer need to have such a big
[00:36:32] defense relationship with Iran uh and
[00:36:35] focus on countering China his main
[00:36:38] Obsession I mean he says it all the time
[00:36:40] countering China is Trump's main
[00:36:42] Obsession so if Iran collapses so too
[00:36:45] does a foundational pillar of the belt
[00:36:48] and Road initiative China's main soft
[00:36:51] power influencer throughout the world
[00:36:54] okay if this Global infrastructure of
[00:36:57] the belt Road initiative uh project
[00:37:00] collapses or is set back by no longer
[00:37:03] having access to the Silk Road as it
[00:37:05] were you know if if Iran were to
[00:37:08] collapse and a new government would were
[00:37:10] to take form and be supportive to the
[00:37:13] west and you know the CIA can get on get
[00:37:15] in on in there and establish the new uh
[00:37:19] government and whatever even if the
[00:37:21] country was in complete turmoil they
[00:37:24] still couldn't you know continue plans
[00:37:26] for the belt and Road initiatives and
[00:37:27] they could uh in the same way so if this
[00:37:29] Global infrastructure project collapses
[00:37:31] or set back by no longer having access
[00:37:34] to as I mentioned this the traditional
[00:37:35] Silk Road as it were it will give a lot
[00:37:39] more viability to the imch um the India
[00:37:44] middle east Europe economic Corridor you
[00:37:48] know which is a planned economic
[00:37:50] Corridor that aims to bolster Economic
[00:37:52] Development by fostering connectivity
[00:37:55] and economic integration between Asia
[00:37:58] the Persian Gulf and Europe that's the
[00:38:00] sales pitch line it
[00:38:03] um sounds a lot like the Belton Road
[00:38:05] initiative except it's more predatory
[00:38:07] and uh what it really is is a USD
[00:38:09] designed route that relies on Israel as
[00:38:12] a crucial link between the East and the
[00:38:16] West
[00:38:18] so who was standing in the way Assad was
[00:38:21] never really an axis of resistance
[00:38:23] person but he allowed the weapons and
[00:38:25] intelligence to flow uh that's gone
[00:38:28] Hamas is isolated in Gaza as they always
[00:38:30] have been Hezbollah will take years to
[00:38:32] recover the pmu in Iraq is still in play
[00:38:35] but wary it you know it's just really
[00:38:37] the houthis and Iran the only thing
[00:38:40] standing in the way for an entire
[00:38:41] Regional flip to normalization that's
[00:38:43] what they are at this point so he's uh
[00:38:46] conflating Hamas with the houthis and
[00:38:50] Iran completely and Manufacturing
[00:38:52] consent for war and direct intervention
[00:38:57] and it's worth noting y'all that
[00:39:01] um yeah there's still some hold out in
[00:39:04] Lebanon there's still some holdouts in
[00:39:06] Yemen isolating Iran drawing them away
[00:39:09] and you know being able to uh basically
[00:39:14] have his way in terms of US foreign
[00:39:16] policy with the Middle East get that
[00:39:18] into a stable position GE strategically
[00:39:22] shift away from Russia Ukraine from West
[00:39:25] Asia and then Focus squarely on China
[00:39:30] and weakening Iran isolating Iran is a
[00:39:34] huge part of that so this is where we're
[00:39:36] going to see US foreign policy really
[00:39:38] focus on again us is happy with this
[00:39:42] situation in Syria um they're eventually
[00:39:45] going to normalize then it's
[00:39:48] Lebanon and then it's
[00:39:52] um then is hope from their perspective
[00:39:55] hopefully Iran so I don't I don't think
[00:39:57] there's any intention of like defeating
[00:39:58] the houthis they just want to get them
[00:40:00] to stop you know Pete hex has said this
[00:40:03] was this was not about anything else
[00:40:05] besides uh freedom freedom of
[00:40:08] navigation so as long as you know the
[00:40:11] houthis aren't really involved and Iran
[00:40:13] backs off if they can get that to happen
[00:40:15] that's fine expanded Abraham Accords
[00:40:18] across the Middle East so with Lebanon
[00:40:20] and this brings us back to the Border
[00:40:22] clashes uh because
[00:40:24] HTS is going to still I I be pretty
[00:40:29] antagonistic let's talk about what the
[00:40:31] US is doing in Lebanon so on the
[00:40:33] political front you know they're
[00:40:36] reshaping lebanon's like internal Power
[00:40:39] Balance through multiple initiatives
[00:40:42] right uh Amos hin remember him he's a
[00:40:45] special Envoy to a Lebanon former IDF
[00:40:47] Soldier and the current US ambassador
[00:40:50] Lisa Johnson played a direct role in
[00:40:53] securing the elections of Lebanese
[00:40:55] President Joseph aen and prime minister
[00:40:58] naah Salam something confirmed by at
[00:41:01] this point several Lebanese MPS and
[00:41:04] pro-american journalists and Beirut they
[00:41:06] wanted these guys in there um but it's
[00:41:08] only the beginning so that was under the
[00:41:11] ided administration and you see each
[00:41:14] Administration even though Trump's
[00:41:16] supposed to be anti swamp and
[00:41:17] anti-establishment they're bringing
[00:41:19] forward moving the ball forward yard
[00:41:22] after yard on these longstanding
[00:41:25] geostrategic goals of the US Imperial
[00:41:28] State that's what they're doing so yes
[00:41:30] they set up the internal the Biden
[00:41:32] Administration set up the internal
[00:41:33] politics uh they they got MPS elected
[00:41:36] that they they liked they interfered in
[00:41:39] the election but this is only the
[00:41:40] beginning you know their deeper us
[00:41:43] involvement why am I getting a call
[00:41:45] right now go away um but it's only the
[00:41:47] beginning new Us in involvement you know
[00:41:52] into selecting even security uh
[00:41:54] ministers and security Chiefs and
[00:41:56] blocking has
[00:41:57] linked figures from positions of in
[00:42:00] state institutions I think the the the
[00:42:02] biggest example of like how involved the
[00:42:05] US is now become and this is a policy
[00:42:08] shift from what it was 10 years ago in
[00:42:10] internal Lebanese politics is because
[00:42:12] they're building that monstrosity of a
[00:42:15] US Embassy right
[00:42:18] um it's there's
[00:42:20] something I'm just going to pull it up
[00:42:22] new US
[00:42:24] Embassy Bay rout
[00:42:28] there's something Monumental about this
[00:42:31] thing um it's a statement of political
[00:42:34] will that the US now has look at this
[00:42:38] thing why does it need to be this
[00:42:41] big like this is going to be the like
[00:42:43] one of the biggest United States
[00:42:45] intelligence hubs in all of West Asia if
[00:42:49] not the biggest well you think you need
[00:42:51] a diplomatic staff for that no they are
[00:42:54] building this thing as a statement of
[00:42:56] political will they're going to
[00:42:57] control um basically Lebanon politically
[00:43:01] and it's going to be a completely
[00:43:02] comprador
[00:43:03] state so yeah installing
[00:43:08] MPS
[00:43:11] um yeah installing MPS building
[00:43:16] megalithic
[00:43:17] structures and in uh dealing with like
[00:43:21] installing their own security people or
[00:43:23] sympathetic security people and you know
[00:43:26] the us and Saudi Arabia also tried
[00:43:29] pressuring you know the government to
[00:43:31] exclude Hezbollah allies from
[00:43:32] ministerial posts that was a whole thing
[00:43:34] if you paid attention to the Le last
[00:43:36] Lebanese election cycle and now we're
[00:43:40] trying to secure strategic appointments
[00:43:42] in Lebanon you know particularly in the
[00:43:44] Judiciary uh you
[00:43:47] know key business figures so
[00:43:51] ultimately again and I mentioned this
[00:43:53] and the last initiative of their
[00:43:55] political plan is to Leverage postwar
[00:43:58] reconstruction efforts to pressure the
[00:44:01] Lebanese public and distancing itself
[00:44:03] from Hezbollah and making it clear that
[00:44:06] continued allegiance to those parties
[00:44:07] will come at a cost
[00:44:10] um yeah so this strategy also aims
[00:44:14] because there's in 2026 there's
[00:44:17] parliamentary elections and I think
[00:44:20] they're going to leverage Aid in order
[00:44:22] to reduce hezbollah's uh electoral
[00:44:25] support so long-term political strategy
[00:44:28] to isolate and choke out Hezbollah
[00:44:31] politically materially and economically
[00:44:33] in Lebanon and turn Lebanon into a
[00:44:36] completely proel avivian
[00:44:39] State then in the houthis there's not as
[00:44:42] much you can do politically like that so
[00:44:45] we're just gonna bomb them uh until they
[00:44:47] give up maybe they will maybe they won't
[00:44:50] but uh
[00:44:52] there's it's an aircraft
[00:44:54] carrier and now they're actually
[00:44:56] striking individuals and now they're
[00:44:58] actually killing
[00:45:00] civilians my God and isolating
[00:45:04] Iran uh getting Iraq to pull away from
[00:45:09] Iran combating China's influence within
[00:45:12] the region by hopefully disrupting their
[00:45:14] belt Belton Road
[00:45:16] initiative building uh towards the
[00:45:21] imech you know our challenge to the back
[00:45:24] belt and Road initiative that's way
[00:45:26] behind
[00:45:27] what China is now give us some time to
[00:45:29] work on that and yeah just continue a
[00:45:33] 20year foreign policy plan to confront
[00:45:37] China so yeah Trump's not the anti-war
[00:45:39] candidate he's just moving the ball
[00:45:41] forward in a different way than Biden
[00:45:43] did and I think it might be more
[00:45:47] effective I don't know just like Brute
[00:45:49] Force like end of Empire like no no more
[00:45:52] diplomacy left just just hard power
[00:45:55] which is failing but it's still
[00:45:57] significant so I think that's what we're
[00:45:59] looking like under Trump you know Biden
[00:46:01] did similar things just less effectively
[00:46:03] and with more decorum but you know the
[00:46:06] mask is off now about you know after
[00:46:08] funding a genocide for so long uh
[00:46:10] everybody knows what the US is so why
[00:46:12] even try to hide it we're also doing
[00:46:14] really stupid things like cutting
[00:46:17] usaid from an imperial perspective
[00:46:19] cutting usaid Voice of America Radio
[00:46:21] free Europe all these things that
[00:46:24] contribute to our soft power just
[00:46:26] getting rid of them uh to save 0.1% of
[00:46:29] the budget I don't know it's it's
[00:46:32] everything's so confused in terms of
[00:46:33] this foreign policy
[00:46:35] um yeah and that's kind of what we're
[00:46:37] looking at so I hope this was helpful
[00:46:41] Bas big big takeaways from what we can
[00:46:44] because it's full of Bluster what we can
[00:46:48] expect from Trump's foreign
[00:46:50] policy a lot of it's the same as it was
[00:46:53] especially with Lebanon flipping the
[00:46:55] Middle East expanding the Abraham
[00:46:59] Accords to the entirety of all the
[00:47:00] Levant and Gulf States so Israel is
[00:47:03] secure forever and then there's not a
[00:47:05] lot of instability so they can come in
[00:47:07] with the iMac quter cut off China's
[00:47:10] influence and then confront China in the
[00:47:13] East
[00:47:15] so yep and then in the meantime he's not
[00:47:18] going to be an anti-war candidate at all
[00:47:21] um he's going to intensify strikes in
[00:47:23] Yemen and he's going to turn the War
[00:47:26] Machine
[00:47:27] I think by by the end of his term or at
[00:47:29] least going to try to or at least set
[00:47:31] the precedent for someone else to who
[00:47:32] comes after him to set the war machine
[00:47:35] on American citizens themself
[00:47:40] so yeah fun times that's what the whole
[00:47:43] bomb and Yemen thing is all about and
[00:47:45] again he's trying to conflate houthis
[00:47:47] inextricably with Iran so the houthis
[00:47:49] are attacking us ships ERG go Iran's
[00:47:52] attacking us ships so boom manufacturing
[00:47:55] consent for direct action upon the
[00:47:59] Iranian Homeland
[00:48:04] so okay well
[00:48:08] cool let's do some questions
[00:48:13] then okay so Bliss 44 by the way I think
[00:48:17] I think you posted this at the beginning
[00:48:19] of the episode he also bombs Somalia
[00:48:22] within two weeks of his presidency that
[00:48:25] is on top of bombing Yemen and cleaning
[00:48:28] Z shoes could Trump be a bigger fraud I
[00:48:31] think not he's a reality TV show star
[00:48:34] and a real estate developer and a con
[00:48:36] man so is Elon Musk so if you're not in
[00:48:40] the cult of personality you see it but
[00:48:42] if you're you're in the cult of
[00:48:44] personality I don't
[00:48:48] know uh so help me did I say just say
[00:48:51] Zionist brain rot yeah yeah I did
[00:48:54] because it's just the cognitive
[00:48:56] dissonance I don't know I feel
[00:48:59] like would rush your brain
[00:49:02] anyways all right jack you can bet the
[00:49:04] IDF is directing HTS the settlers want
[00:49:08] that Coastline and they are using 8200
[00:49:12] software to track and
[00:49:14] eliminate entire families yeah well
[00:49:17] there's a number of things they could be
[00:49:19] doing I defin they directly control hgs
[00:49:22] that'd be insane um that's just my
[00:49:25] personal take it's more like like
[00:49:28] there's some understanding you know our
[00:49:29] security people have talked to your
[00:49:31] security people it's like hey don't
[00:49:32] attack us we're not going to actually
[00:49:34] like bomb you we're gonna take this much
[00:49:37] land you keep doing what you
[00:49:39] want and then you won't have to get the
[00:49:41] stick um you know the HTS can't confront
[00:49:45] Israel they
[00:49:46] can't there are a bunch of guys in Hues
[00:49:49] with no air support with no tunnels you
[00:49:51] know that Hezbollah and Hamas used to
[00:49:53] stay safe from Air superiority and
[00:49:56] artillery fires so even if they wanted
[00:49:59] to they couldn't so I guess even in the
[00:50:02] most charitable interpretation of what's
[00:50:04] going on they're they're gonna cave to
[00:50:06] Israeli military hard power no matter
[00:50:09] what so and you say they want the
[00:50:12] settlers want that
[00:50:14] Coastline yeah they do want the
[00:50:16] coastline um so if they're able to
[00:50:20] isolate and get uh you know certain
[00:50:22] minorities within it uh persecuted by
[00:50:25] the HTS government that would give them
[00:50:27] more excuse to go in and be like the S
[00:50:29] the saviors saving uh saving minorities
[00:50:31] from Arab or from the dirty murderous
[00:50:34] Arabs and you know Jelani is kind of
[00:50:37] smart because what he did obviously well
[00:50:39] obviously he's politically intelligent
[00:50:41] other how do you go from Al-Qaeda to now
[00:50:44] being like the darling of Western
[00:50:47] media he he went to the Drews and he
[00:50:51] went to the Kurds and was like hey we
[00:50:53] want a United Syria of course left
[00:50:56] Christians and the Alleyways out of it
[00:50:57] but the Drews uh felt comfortable being
[00:51:01] approached by HTS somewhat because
[00:51:03] they're supported and protected by
[00:51:04] Israel and the Kurds for right now are
[00:51:07] supported and protected
[00:51:09] politically by the United States so
[00:51:12] they're trying it out to see if it works
[00:51:14] so he's kind of Coalition building but I
[00:51:17] don't really trust it but it was a
[00:51:18] politically Savvy move to do
[00:51:21] so um all right
[00:51:27] America thanks for celebrating St
[00:51:28] Patrick's Day by bringing a convicted
[00:51:31] Irish rapist to the White House today
[00:51:34] all right well I guess we're gonna I
[00:51:36] think we're off to uh Conor McGregor now
[00:51:39] yeah I mean this is this is the whole
[00:51:41] thing about this Trump Administration
[00:51:44] you know there's going to be no decorum
[00:51:46] there's going to be a celebration of
[00:51:48] villainy uh I think they think that um
[00:51:51] being accused like accusing your
[00:51:54] assaulter of assaulting is like woke so
[00:51:59] I guess Conor McGregor is an anti-woke
[00:52:02] icon even though they can't uh Define
[00:52:04] what woke is so isn't he not even well I
[00:52:08] mean he's of Irish descent but he's
[00:52:10] British isn't he like a British citizen
[00:52:14] but yeah um I
[00:52:17] guess I guess claraa is
[00:52:20] Irish and yeah I mean I hate us too I I
[00:52:24] hate being here you know it's not fun
[00:52:27] it's not like great for my mental health
[00:52:29] so yeah do what you got to do
[00:52:32] uh all right Chris we believe the vast
[00:52:34] majority of everyone would be damned
[00:52:37] it's a very
[00:52:38] horrific Christ okay I think you meant
[00:52:40] to say Christ we believe that the vast
[00:52:42] majority of everyone would be damned
[00:52:44] this is a very horrific religion but the
[00:52:46] brutality of the world and fear creates
[00:52:50] religion I don't have enough time for a
[00:52:52] theological argument bro but thanks for
[00:52:56] dring a comment and pushing this into
[00:52:57] the
[00:52:58] algorithm
[00:53:01] um I Heard Hezbollah is running an
[00:53:03] underground base with gold reserves
[00:53:05] beneath the embassy HBO has massive
[00:53:08] tunnel system it's bigger than Hamas
[00:53:10] they have entire Caverns excavated and I
[00:53:12] don't know what's in there um they have
[00:53:14] Hardline communication though so it
[00:53:16] can't really be intercepted um UniFi
[00:53:20] resistance the crash is coming
[00:53:23] [Music]
[00:53:26] someone asked oh saer papa are we still
[00:53:31] calling the war on Yemen as operation
[00:53:34] Prosperity Guardian you know I really
[00:53:37] like that operation name because it's
[00:53:38] really bad usually you want non like
[00:53:40] when I was in the military we use really
[00:53:44] nondescript uh names for operations so
[00:53:47] like if somebody if if the enemy found
[00:53:49] out about what the operation was or like
[00:53:52] heard the name you know they wouldn't
[00:53:54] make suppositions about what what the
[00:53:56] nature of it actually was but now this
[00:53:59] this Biden Administration now the Trump
[00:54:00] is like operation
[00:54:04] Prosperity
[00:54:06] Guardian uh let's check
[00:54:09] it yeah it's still
[00:54:13] ongoing yeah it start it was formed on
[00:54:15] December
[00:54:16] 2023 can't believe it's been going on
[00:54:19] that long
[00:54:21] um yeah it's still ongoing and guys
[00:54:25] guess what everyone just talks about the
[00:54:27] US ships but this was the entire
[00:54:31] Coalition that went on that was involved
[00:54:34] like even Sri
[00:54:35] Lanka the seel's Coast Guard the Royal
[00:54:40] Bahrain Naval Force this is okay so does
[00:54:43] the US need any of this do we need all
[00:54:46] these other people no we have 11 carrier
[00:54:48] strike groups we don't need them the
[00:54:51] reason us does Coalition Force building
[00:54:54] is to give a self legitim y for
[00:54:59] shaky or non-legitimate Enterprises
[00:55:02] that's why we did so much Coalition
[00:55:03] building for Iraq and I brought it up
[00:55:05] earlier in theep on the episode about
[00:55:07] how there were still Coalition forces in
[00:55:09] Iraq it's not just Iraq I forget who
[00:55:12] exactly is still there but it's a
[00:55:14] coalition forces with other other
[00:55:15] countries to give it more political
[00:55:18] legitimacy you know so we can pretend
[00:55:20] we're not an Empire we're just like the
[00:55:22] first among democracies spreading
[00:55:25] democracy
[00:55:26] H
[00:55:28] um the greater Israel Lobby is still
[00:55:31] writing the script ain't that the truth
[00:55:34] you know
[00:55:36] um yeah so now that now that all of this
[00:55:39] whole Iran houthi drama in in a weird
[00:55:43] way is part of Trump's plan and it's not
[00:55:47] even his plan again as I said this has
[00:55:49] been a
[00:55:50] longstanding establishment plan to
[00:55:52] isolate and combat China because they
[00:55:55] know that we know that they're the only
[00:55:57] country that can really threaten us
[00:55:59] multipolarity so um the great question
[00:56:03] is how many wars I think you see you
[00:56:05] typed uh how many ears has China have
[00:56:07] China started zero but I think you meant
[00:56:10] Wars uh how many H have America backed
[00:56:14] by the Zionist regime yeah so China has
[00:56:19] okay wait what was the India China war
[00:56:23] about the first the couple border
[00:56:25] skirmishes that they
[00:56:27] had I forget but it doesn't even matter
[00:56:30] um it does not even matter
[00:56:36] because yeah it doesn't even come close
[00:56:39] to the United States and and that um
[00:56:41] that Chinese Minister who said that the
[00:56:43] United States was the most destabilizing
[00:56:44] force on the planet he wasn't wrong it
[00:56:49] is why doesn't the Chinese China
[00:56:52] retaliate if they know the US strategies
[00:56:53] indirectly against them would they like
[00:56:56] like
[00:56:57] militarily no um they can't they're not
[00:57:02] even close to being able to challenge
[00:57:05] the US
[00:57:06] Navy uh not not yet like in a direct
[00:57:10] Naval
[00:57:12] confrontation no they got they got what
[00:57:14] one aircraft carrier someone can fact
[00:57:17] check me on that they have one aircraft
[00:57:19] carrier we have like
[00:57:20] 11 um so in in an open sea
[00:57:24] confrontation I I don't see that
[00:57:26] happening no one thinks that will happen
[00:57:28] like the most the most favorable as of
[00:57:31] now uh interpretations of what would
[00:57:33] happen in a
[00:57:35] conflict over the straight of Taiwan is
[00:57:38] that uh the United uh the Chinese
[00:57:41] military might be able to syn a ship or
[00:57:43] two uh based off B like missiles from
[00:57:46] the coast and stuff but it would be an
[00:57:49] indecisive conflict because the United
[00:57:51] States would just actually literally run
[00:57:53] out of Munitions three weeks in and
[00:57:56] would be like okay what do we do now so
[00:57:59] ceasefire I guess uh no there there
[00:58:02] won't be any military retaliations there
[00:58:04] could I mean there could be retaliatory
[00:58:07] tariffs if Trump starts to do that but
[00:58:10] China doesn't really have the influence
[00:58:12] to project power all the way to the
[00:58:13] United States yet like that's why they
[00:58:15] pulled out of the Panama Canal and
[00:58:17] didn't fight over it because that's
[00:58:19] still the United States sphere of
[00:58:21] influence and they're not being able
[00:58:22] they're not able to challenge that yet I
[00:58:25] mean we're in Decline fine it's it's
[00:58:27] going to happen eventually but it's not
[00:58:29] this
[00:58:31] year okay I think the problem is too
[00:58:33] many Americans overestimate the level of
[00:58:35] our current hard power
[00:58:39] um yes yes they
[00:58:42] do 100% like like there are Americans
[00:58:45] who think that we could there's a
[00:58:48] difference between fighting a naval
[00:58:50] battle against a Navy that's like a
[00:58:52] fraction of the size of ours and then
[00:58:55] invade
[00:58:57] a country as massive in population as
[00:59:00] Iran it it's way bigger than Iraq way
[00:59:03] more complex than Iraq way harder
[00:59:06] terrain than Iraq they've got the
[00:59:07] mountains and the corus on like no no so
[00:59:11] like when people think that like yeah we
[00:59:12] can take it to Iran we can't if we could
[00:59:16] we would have done it during the global
[00:59:17] war on terror it's it's stupid and I
[00:59:21] completely uh agree with you when you
[00:59:23] say too many Americans overestimate the
[00:59:25] level of our current hard
[00:59:28] power and last comment guys before we
[00:59:32] wrap Biden even if Israel didn't Biden
[00:59:35] said yes even if Israel didn't exist we
[00:59:38] would have to create an Israel also Hill
[00:59:41] dog Clinton said we are mainly in the
[00:59:43] Middle East to counter the economic
[00:59:45] powers of Russia and China the
[00:59:48] resources well there you go imperialism
[00:59:52] combined with great power
[00:59:54] politics in the middle e least gets
[00:59:56] carved up and destabilized for our own
[01:00:01] goals here we are so yeah that's the
[01:00:03] rundown uh as I see it on the connection
[01:00:07] between Lebanon Yemen
[01:00:11] Syria
[01:00:12] Iran
[01:00:14] China
[01:00:16] so it's a it's the whole damn thing
[01:00:19] anyways guys I'm glad you uh swung on by
[01:00:23] we're gonna wrap right now but I hope
[01:00:24] you have a great week
[01:00:26] I'm actually going to be out of town at
[01:00:29] a music festival before I get uh
[01:00:32] detained by ice and to the afterlife
[01:00:35] deported by Ice to the afterlife For
[01:00:37] Thought crime uh yeah so I will see
[01:00:41] y'all next Monday and uh good luck out
