Trump Turns His Back On Alex Jones

[00:00:00] Alex Jones has been battling defamation
[00:00:02] lawsuits in court. You may have heard
[00:00:05] about this in the news, but I am betting
[00:00:07] you don't know the whole story. This is
[00:00:10] a topic that most people are scared to
[00:00:12] discuss. But I cannot keep my mouth shut
[00:00:15] anymore. I'm going to explain how Donald
[00:00:18] Trump has turned his back on Alex Jones.
[00:00:22] [Music]
[00:00:38] in the lawsuits against Alex Jones. A
[00:00:41] lot of strange things have happened. The
[00:00:43] most shocking was undercover footage
[00:00:45] that was taken of a CIA contractor
[00:00:48] posted on X.com by Sound Investigations.
[00:00:52] >> So, with Alex Jones?
[00:00:54] >> Yes. You were watching him long before
[00:00:56] anything ended up happening.
[00:00:58] >> Probably. It wasn't my office, but I
[00:01:00] mean, we would we would have been well
[00:01:01] aware of what he was doing.
[00:01:03] >> And the goal with him was what? Just to
[00:01:04] bankrupt him?
[00:01:05] >> Uh, pretty much. And we let the families
[00:01:08] do it.
[00:01:09] >> What? We let the families do it.
[00:01:10] >> Were they encouraged to do that by the
[00:01:12] bureau? Like nudged? We don't encourage
[00:01:14] people, but like we just say there's no
[00:01:18] federal
[00:01:20] statute being broken, but you do have
[00:01:22] the option for a civil
[00:01:24] for a civil case. That's a pretty good
[00:01:27] case.
[00:01:28] >> Nice. In our opinion,
[00:01:30] >> so Oh, that makes so much sense. I have
[00:01:33] a cousin who's a lawyer. So, that's a
[00:01:35] lot of these cases. They're they're kind
[00:01:37] of encouraged by the FBI.
[00:01:38] >> Yeah. Like there's nothing fedally
[00:01:40] federal law we can do, but civil
[00:01:45] that way.
[00:01:47] And they did. Yeah. So, the FBI was
[00:01:49] happy. We didn't care. We were like,
[00:01:51] "Oh,
[00:01:54] >> basically the citizens did your job."
[00:01:56] >> Yeah.
[00:01:57] >> Wow. So, you can encourage a civil
[00:01:59] lawsuit.
[00:02:00] >> I encourage you.
[00:02:01] >> What can you do with people like Alex
[00:02:03] Jones now? Cuz he's still out there.
[00:02:05] >> He's still chirping.
[00:02:06] >> You can chirp. You still watch him.
[00:02:09] >> Why? He did what we wanted,
[00:02:12] >> which was what?
[00:02:13] >> Took his money away.
[00:02:15] >> Oh, we shut him up for a while. You're
[00:02:17] never going to shut him up for unless
[00:02:19] you put him in prison.
[00:02:21] But again, he didn't do anything about
[00:02:22] Christmas.
[00:02:24] >> Being ignorant is not a crime, though.
[00:02:28] >> These are shocking statements.
[00:02:31] This is someone who works for the CIA
[00:02:34] who says they were targeting a
[00:02:36] journalist.
[00:02:37] He claims that the CIA went to these
[00:02:40] families to educate them on how they
[00:02:43] could sue Alex Jones. They did this for
[00:02:47] the purpose of shutting up a journalist.
[00:02:50] They did not like Alex Jones responded.
[00:02:54] >> Now that this has come out, this is a
[00:02:56] FBI agent, a CIA boss. He's a contract
[00:03:00] manager over large contract operation.
[00:03:02] That's a boss. Uh that's like a mini
[00:03:04] section chief saying all of this and and
[00:03:08] admitting all of this like it's no big
[00:03:11] deal. He needs to be subpoenaed by
[00:03:12] Congress. Uh I am planning uh to launch
[00:03:15] a lawsuit u against the CIA and the FBI.
[00:03:19] We have to bring all this out. And right
[00:03:21] as my bankruptcy comes to a close and
[00:03:23] then right as all this stuff's being
[00:03:24] finalized, it's really God working here
[00:03:27] that this came out of the
[00:03:28] >> Donald Trump has been in office over
[00:03:30] half a year. One of the big promises of
[00:03:33] his administration is transparency.
[00:03:36] They have been promising to release
[00:03:38] documents.
[00:03:40] >> OJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey
[00:03:42] Epstein's clients. Will that really
[00:03:44] happen?
[00:03:45] >> It's sitting on my desk right now to
[00:03:47] review. Um, that's been a directive um
[00:03:50] by President Trump. I'm reviewing that.
[00:03:52] I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files.
[00:03:55] That's all in the process of being
[00:03:56] reviewed because that was done at the
[00:03:58] directive of the president from all of
[00:03:59] these agencies.
[00:04:01] >> So far, they have released documents
[00:04:03] from the Epstein files, the JFK files,
[00:04:05] and the MLK files. Now, to be fair, they
[00:04:09] have not released much from the Epstein
[00:04:11] files, but we're not going to dwell on
[00:04:13] that right now. What I want to know is
[00:04:17] when are they going to release the Alex
[00:04:19] Jones files?
[00:04:21] We have someone on tape saying that the
[00:04:24] government was targeting a journalist
[00:04:25] for his speech. So, I want to know, was
[00:04:29] the government keeping a file on Alex
[00:04:32] Jones?
[00:04:33] Was the government monitoring Alex
[00:04:36] Jones?
[00:04:38] Was the government involved in an
[00:04:40] operation to use lawfare to shut up a
[00:04:43] journalist?
[00:04:45] If there is a file on Alex Jones, and it
[00:04:47] sounds like there is, that needs to be
[00:04:50] released to the public. I'm not asking
[00:04:53] Donald Trump to intervene in any of
[00:04:55] these legal cases. All I'm asking for is
[00:04:59] the truth.
[00:05:01] Release the Alex Jones files. So far,
[00:05:05] Trump has just been ignoring this issue.
[00:05:08] If he really does care about
[00:05:09] transparency,
[00:05:11] this is what we want. And I would think
[00:05:14] Trump would show a little bit of
[00:05:15] attention to this issue since Alex Jones
[00:05:18] is the person who got him elected twice.
[00:05:22] Why is Donald Trump turning his back on
[00:05:25] Alex Jones?
[00:05:27] I know now from top people that you
[00:05:29] actually are for real and you understand
[00:05:32] you're in danger and you understand what
[00:05:33] you're doing is epic. It's George
[00:05:35] Washington level and you understand that
[00:05:37] office. So I want to tell you right now,
[00:05:40] can you speak about the war for the soul
[00:05:42] of this country that's happening right
[00:05:43] now and really tell people what's
[00:05:44] happening and commit to people that you
[00:05:46] want Ross Perau under death threats and
[00:05:48] step down when you're in the lead uh two
[00:05:51] months from the election.
[00:05:53] >> But the key is make America great again.
[00:05:54] We can make America great again, but if
[00:05:56] you have to suffer through four more or
[00:05:58] eight more years of what's gone on in
[00:06:00] the past and and you know what's going
[00:06:01] it's just we're being eaten away. It's
[00:06:04] just eat it's eating away at our country
[00:06:07] and we can make in my opinion we can
[00:06:09] make America greater than ever before
[00:06:12] but we have to get going. It has to
[00:06:13] happen. We have to get going. I want to
[00:06:16] go through some background so that you
[00:06:17] can understand how crazy this has
[00:06:19] become. You may not know about this
[00:06:22] because the news media has been doing
[00:06:24] their best to cover all of this up.
[00:06:27] When Obama was president in 2012, we now
[00:06:30] know there was a lot of politically
[00:06:32] motivated corruption going on at the
[00:06:35] FBI. This was the same time period of
[00:06:38] the Hillary Clinton email scandal, the
[00:06:40] Russian collusion hoax, and Anthony
[00:06:43] Weiner's laptop, which for some reason
[00:06:45] we've never heard of since then. In
[00:06:48] 2012, there was an incident involving
[00:06:51] children shot at a school. Now, I have
[00:06:54] to be careful what I say because this
[00:06:56] topic is so censored on YouTube.
[00:07:00] It's crazy that we are not allowed to
[00:07:02] talk about this incident that happened
[00:07:04] over a decade ago. Why are they trying
[00:07:07] so hard to keep people from talking
[00:07:10] about this? Alex Jones talked about the
[00:07:13] incident on his show Infowars and
[00:07:15] claimed multiple times that he thought
[00:07:17] it was a hoax. He received a lot of
[00:07:20] criticism in the media for talking about
[00:07:22] this and Alex Jones publicly changed his
[00:07:25] opinion on his show on June 28th, 2017.
[00:07:29] He said, "I personally can't prove it
[00:07:32] one way or the other. So, I'm just going
[00:07:34] to say that my heart goes out to the
[00:07:35] families and I believe it happened." So,
[00:07:39] in this video, I'm not even going to get
[00:07:41] into whether this incident was or was
[00:07:44] not a hoax. Alex Jones said in 2017 that
[00:07:47] he believes it was not a hoax.
[00:07:51] Then one year later, two defamation
[00:07:54] lawsuits were filed against Alex Jones
[00:07:56] within one month of each other. One in
[00:07:59] Texas and one in Connecticut.
[00:08:03] This is strange.
[00:08:05] Why did these people wait an entire year
[00:08:07] after Alex Jones stopped talking about
[00:08:09] it to file their lawsuit? They were
[00:08:13] still within the statute of limitations.
[00:08:15] So the parents were within their rights
[00:08:16] to file. But still, it is unusual for
[00:08:20] someone to wait a year after someone
[00:08:22] stops talking about you to file a
[00:08:24] defamation lawsuit. And this happened in
[00:08:28] two separate lawsuits that just happen
[00:08:30] to be one month apart from each other.
[00:08:34] This is very bizarre. It's almost like
[00:08:37] it is coordinated. And now we have
[00:08:40] someone from the government saying that
[00:08:42] it was coordinated.
[00:08:44] I know that a lot of people criticize
[00:08:46] Alex Jones for being paranoid about the
[00:08:49] government, but look at these facts. I
[00:08:53] think he has a right to be paranoid. If
[00:08:56] the government was involved in these
[00:08:57] lawsuits in any way, that is blatantly
[00:09:01] illegal.
[00:09:02] All Americans have the right to due
[00:09:05] process without the government getting
[00:09:07] involved and attempting to tip the
[00:09:08] scales of justice to punish political
[00:09:11] adversaries.
[00:09:13] Americans are also guaranteed freedom of
[00:09:16] speech and freedom of the press. We want
[00:09:19] reporters investigating claims of
[00:09:21] hoaxes. If that's not allowed, what is
[00:09:25] the alternative? We're just supposed to
[00:09:27] sit and accept everything that
[00:09:29] politicians say is true. Of course not.
[00:09:33] Freedom of the press is there for a
[00:09:35] reason, to keep the government honest.
[00:09:39] I want to see the Alex Jones files
[00:09:42] because I want to know if the government
[00:09:44] is attacking American journalists.
[00:09:48] If you look into the details of these
[00:09:49] cases, you see a lot of strange things
[00:09:52] happen. Defamation cases are hard to
[00:09:55] prove.
[00:09:56] In the case of a public figure like Alex
[00:09:58] Jones, you have to prove actual malice,
[00:10:02] which means you have to show that Alex
[00:10:04] Jones knew his statement was a lie or
[00:10:06] acted with reckless disregard for the
[00:10:08] truth. In my opinion, I don't see how
[00:10:12] this is likely with Alex Jones.
[00:10:14] You may not like what he says, but it
[00:10:17] seems to me like he really does believe
[00:10:20] it.
[00:10:21] He believes that there are government
[00:10:23] conspiracies going on. But in these
[00:10:27] cases against Alex Jones, they are
[00:10:29] claiming that he did not believe in the
[00:10:31] conspiracy. The parents are claiming
[00:10:34] that Alex Jones truly believes that the
[00:10:36] government is being completely honest
[00:10:38] about everything. They are claiming he
[00:10:41] was just saying there was a conspiracy
[00:10:43] in a malicious lie in order to defame
[00:10:46] the families.
[00:10:48] In my opinion, that seems like a pretty
[00:10:51] big stretch of the imagination, and I
[00:10:53] would like to see some actual evidence
[00:10:55] of that. Clearly, the opinion of Alex
[00:10:58] Jones has changed over time. But I don't
[00:11:01] see how they're going to prove that at
[00:11:03] the time he made those statements, he
[00:11:06] was lying.
[00:11:08] Usually, in these cases, you prove the
[00:11:10] lie by showing emails that show the
[00:11:12] person was saying something different in
[00:11:14] private than what they're saying in
[00:11:16] public.
[00:11:17] But what is strange is we never saw that
[00:11:20] type of evidence in these cases. In the
[00:11:23] Connecticut complaint, they state, "News
[00:11:26] reports confirm that Jones and his
[00:11:28] business entities engage in the kind of
[00:11:30] conduct described in this complaint, not
[00:11:32] because they truly believe what they are
[00:11:34] saying, but rather because it increases
[00:11:36] profits."
[00:11:38] They never say what news reports they
[00:11:41] are referring to. They just state as a
[00:11:43] fact that Alex Jones is saying things he
[00:11:46] does not believe.
[00:11:49] Where is the evidence?
[00:11:51] I am not aware of any evidence that has
[00:11:54] ever been produced that proves that Alex
[00:11:56] Jones was lying. In the Texas complaint,
[00:12:00] they state defendants defamatory
[00:12:03] statements were knowingly false or made
[00:12:05] with reckless disregard for the truth.
[00:12:08] Again, there is no evidence. They just
[00:12:11] make this allegation as a statement of
[00:12:13] fact. Let me just show you some of the
[00:12:16] testimony from Alex Jones. This is when
[00:12:19] the lawyers were asking about some of
[00:12:21] the things he says on his show. One of
[00:12:24] the things you've been talking about a
[00:12:26] lot recently on your show, uh, even
[00:12:29] within the past couple months, is your
[00:12:32] allegation that government officials are
[00:12:36] aiding in pedophilia, child trafficking,
[00:12:39] and the grooming of children, right?
[00:12:42] >> You mean like what Jeffrey Epstein did
[00:12:44] with the cleanse?
[00:12:45] >> Sure. If that's a yes. Is that a yes?
[00:12:47] >> Uh, yes.
[00:12:48] >> Okay.
[00:12:49] >> It sounds to me like he believes what he
[00:12:52] is saying.
[00:12:53] Not only that, he is saying things that
[00:12:56] more and more people are thinking makes
[00:12:58] a lot of sense.
[00:13:01] So, how then did the parents win a
[00:13:03] defamation case without proving that
[00:13:05] Alex Jones actually lied?
[00:13:08] It turns out they didn't prove it. In
[00:13:12] both cases, they won on a technicality.
[00:13:16] During the discovery process, the judge
[00:13:18] found that Alex Jones unreasonably and
[00:13:21] vexaciously failed to comply with their
[00:13:23] discovery duties. Let me be clear about
[00:13:26] what the judge is talking about.
[00:13:29] Alex Jones had turned over thousands of
[00:13:32] documents during discovery, but the
[00:13:34] people suing were asking for more. In
[00:13:38] one example, they were asking for
[00:13:39] analytics information from Alex Jones
[00:13:42] YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.
[00:13:45] Well, Alex Jones was deplatformed from
[00:13:48] all those websites.
[00:13:50] I'm sure you know this, but if you were
[00:13:52] deplatformed,
[00:13:54] you cannot log into the website and pull
[00:13:56] your analytics information. So, he
[00:13:59] didn't have anything to turn over. The
[00:14:02] judge's response was, "You did not turn
[00:14:05] anything in. You are in default. I'm
[00:14:08] going to find you guilty."
[00:14:10] This kind of decision by the judge is
[00:14:12] very rare. It is known as a death
[00:14:16] penalty sanction and it's only supposed
[00:14:19] to be used in the most egregious
[00:14:20] situations because it is the civil case
[00:14:23] equivalent of receiving the death
[00:14:25] penalty. Let me give you an example of
[00:14:28] when a death penalty sanction is
[00:14:30] supposed to be used.
[00:14:32] Let's imagine that someone asks for a
[00:14:34] contract during discovery and instead of
[00:14:37] turning over the contract, you create a
[00:14:40] fake contract and hand that over
[00:14:42] instead. you would have just committed
[00:14:45] fraud during discovery.
[00:14:48] That is the type of situation when a
[00:14:50] judge is supposed to use the death
[00:14:52] penalty sanction because the actions are
[00:14:55] so egregious.
[00:14:57] Now, what do you think? Do you think the
[00:15:01] Alex Jones case where he was not able to
[00:15:03] turn over his Facebook information
[00:15:05] because he could not access the website
[00:15:07] meets the standard for the extremely
[00:15:10] rare death penalty sanction?
[00:15:14] I don't think so. But for some reason,
[00:15:17] the judge determined Alex Jones was
[00:15:19] guilty on a technicality and then
[00:15:21] instructed the jury to decide on how
[00:15:24] much he had to pay.
[00:15:26] Then this very strange, very unusual
[00:15:29] outcome happened in both trials.
[00:15:34] This legal technicality is so rare and
[00:15:37] yet it happened twice in both of the
[00:15:40] Alex Jones trials. Here is Alex
[00:15:43] explaining it outside the courtroom.
[00:15:46] >> They have taken my right for a jury to
[00:15:48] decide if I'm guilty. And now a judge
[00:15:50] tells a jury that I'm guilty. And
[00:15:54] they're trying to hide that from the
[00:15:55] jury. And during the jury questioning,
[00:15:58] they were really confused and kept
[00:16:00] asking, "Well, I thought you're innocent
[00:16:02] until proven guilty in criminal or civil
[00:16:04] trial." She goes, "Well, this is a
[00:16:05] special case. I say he's guilty." She
[00:16:08] read that to the jury. I say Alex Jones
[00:16:10] is guilty.
[00:16:12] And now you're going to decide how
[00:16:13] guilty he is. And then they get up there
[00:16:16] and put all these edited videos out
[00:16:18] completely out of context.
[00:16:20] I I mean, I've never seen anything like
[00:16:22] it. And this this is the weaponization
[00:16:26] of the judiciary.
[00:16:28] It's absolutely horrifying. This is a
[00:16:31] witch hunt. This is a show trial. This
[00:16:34] will go down in history as one of the
[00:16:36] greatest show trials ever to happen.
[00:16:38] >> So, what did the jury decide? The Texas
[00:16:40] case resulted in damages of $49 million.
[00:16:44] The Connecticut case originally resulted
[00:16:46] in damages of over $1.4 billion, which
[00:16:50] was reduced to $1.2 billion after an
[00:16:54] appeal.
[00:16:55] This is one of the largest settlement
[00:16:57] amounts in US history. All from a trial
[00:17:01] decided by a rare technicality.
[00:17:04] Am I the only person who thinks this is
[00:17:06] strange? Alex Jones declared bankruptcy
[00:17:10] because of course he does not have $1
[00:17:12] billion.
[00:17:14] His company Infowars was put up for
[00:17:16] auction. There was a secret auction. One
[00:17:21] of the biders was a group that included
[00:17:22] the satirical website The Onion, the
[00:17:25] Sandy Hook Families, and a nonprofit
[00:17:27] called Every Town for Gun Safety.
[00:17:30] The other group in the auction was First
[00:17:32] United American Companies, which runs
[00:17:34] the vitamin business that Alex Jones
[00:17:36] promotes on his show. This was the
[00:17:39] result of the auction. The group led by
[00:17:42] The Onion offered $1.75 million in cash.
[00:17:47] First United American companies offered
[00:17:49] $3.5 million in cash.
[00:17:52] Guess who won the auction?
[00:17:55] The Onion and the Sandy Hook families.
[00:17:58] Now to the satirical website, The Onion,
[00:18:00] announcing that has won a bid to buy
[00:18:02] Alex Jones's Infow Wars in a bankruptcy
[00:18:04] auction. Jones was forced to pay $1.4
[00:18:07] billion dollars to the families of the
[00:18:08] Sandy Hook shooting victims. Ben
[00:18:10] Collins, CEO of The Onion, has teamed up
[00:18:11] with John Finlat, president of Every
[00:18:13] Town for Gun Safety on this project.
[00:18:14] Welcome to you both. Thank you for
[00:18:16] coming in this morning. I got to say,
[00:18:18] Ben, when I saw this headline yesterday,
[00:18:19] I was pretty startled uh at first.
[00:18:21] Explain why you wanted to buy this site,
[00:18:23] what you plan to do with it. Yeah. So,
[00:18:25] we thought it would be the funniest joke
[00:18:26] of all time basically uh when we heard
[00:18:28] about it and I think that's borne out
[00:18:30] frankly. Um and
[00:18:31] >> explain why though. Explain to everybody
[00:18:32] what's behind the info wars and what you
[00:18:34] want to do with it.
[00:18:35] >> Sure. So, Infowars is a clearing house
[00:18:37] for lies and nonsense in a bad way. Like
[00:18:39] the the garbage that they've put out
[00:18:41] over the last two decades has really
[00:18:43] hurt a lot of people.
[00:18:44] >> And the Sandy Hook family support this
[00:18:46] move.
[00:18:46] >> Absolutely. They were behind this. And
[00:18:48] uh you know, Ben and I may seem like
[00:18:50] strange bed fellows. The Onion and uh
[00:18:53] Every Town. Uh but the truth is we've
[00:18:56] got at our fingertips the facts, the
[00:18:58] stories, the data, the research, but
[00:19:00] what they've got is a really broad
[00:19:02] audience and humor, which is what you
[00:19:04] need sometimes to break through the
[00:19:06] misinformation, the fear that has so
[00:19:09] permeated mainstream thinking.
[00:19:11] >> Does anyone else think this is fishy?
[00:19:14] Apparently, the family said in their bid
[00:19:17] that they would give up a portion of
[00:19:18] their $1 billion judgment. And this
[00:19:21] non-cash pledge made their bid really
[00:19:24] worth $7 million.
[00:19:28] Somehow they won the auction with only
[00:19:30] half as much money as the other party.
[00:19:35] I'm about to lose my mind.
[00:19:38] Doesn't this seem strange to anyone?
[00:19:41] Overnight, the judge in charge of this
[00:19:43] put a hold on your purchase, raising
[00:19:45] questions about the process, raising
[00:19:47] questions about transparency in the
[00:19:49] bidding process. What do you make of
[00:19:50] that? Are you confident this is still
[00:19:51] going to go through?
[00:19:52] >> Yeah, look, we won the bid. Uh we we we
[00:19:54] we own infors and we are very excited
[00:19:56] about
[00:19:56] >> Is it true that you didn't have the
[00:19:57] highest bid?
[00:19:58] >> Uh we we did we we we did have the
[00:20:01] highest bid when you take into account
[00:20:02] the the family's uh concessions here.
[00:20:04] They they made a a a concerted effort to
[00:20:07] make their make this the best and
[00:20:09] highest bid for everybody involved.
[00:20:10] >> They claim they have the highest bid. I
[00:20:14] think they are liars.
[00:20:17] Luckily, the federal bankruptcy judge
[00:20:19] decided not to approve the auction
[00:20:22] results.
[00:20:23] However, the family started another case
[00:20:26] in Texas state court and just this week,
[00:20:29] the state judge said that they are going
[00:20:31] to override the federal court decision
[00:20:33] and ordered all of Alex Jones assets to
[00:20:36] be seized. A receiver is expected to
[00:20:39] take possession of the parent company of
[00:20:40] Infowars within days. They can take the
[00:20:44] physical equipment, the mixing boards,
[00:20:46] the microphones, and even the
[00:20:48] intellectual property like the name
[00:20:50] Infowars.
[00:20:52] I mean, I've been resigned to this for a
[00:20:54] long time. The name InfoWows, the
[00:20:55] Infowars is just a generic term. It goes
[00:20:57] on forever. Make it bigger. Oh, you get
[00:20:59] a website and make jokes on it or
[00:21:01] whatever. Have Bloomberg run it. Gun
[00:21:03] control site. No, InfoWars belongs to
[00:21:06] you. Everything we ever broadcast air
[00:21:08] belongs to you. But yeah, we're in
[00:21:09] battle. This is going down. I couldn't
[00:21:11] do the show today because I had to go
[00:21:12] deal with this.
[00:21:14] And I'm up here at 7:20 at night
[00:21:16] fighting because it's a pleasure and an
[00:21:18] honor to be on air standing with you
[00:21:20] because we are 1776. We are the answer
[00:21:24] to their 1984 system. We are 1776
[00:21:29] and we brought Trump and we brought the
[00:21:31] global revolution. us, all of you, the
[00:21:32] viewers, listeners together, this
[00:21:34] family, and we're going to continue on.
[00:21:38] No matter how many grand juries they
[00:21:39] impound try to put me in prison or even
[00:21:40] they do or kill me, you are the infowar.
[00:21:43] You will continue on because we will
[00:21:45] never surrender to this globalist
[00:21:47] tyranny.
[00:21:49] But what's crazy is on its face, 100%
[00:21:52] this was illegal. This was a fraud. This
[00:21:54] was a lie. This they can't do. But they
[00:21:57] still did it cuz they think if they see
[00:21:59] the image of the marshals here and or
[00:22:02] the the sheriffs and it shut down, it's
[00:22:04] that same delusion. The judge ordered an
[00:22:06] auction, the highest bidder. Well,
[00:22:08] people that'll keep Jones on air have
[00:22:09] the high bid. We're not going to pay
[00:22:11] money.
[00:22:12] Just say it's an auction. Give it to us.
[00:22:14] Okay. And we sued them and got all their
[00:22:16] emails and all that. And we got big
[00:22:18] actions, criminal and civil, coming on
[00:22:20] that. A bunch of lawsuits are have
[00:22:22] already been filed. You don't hear about
[00:22:23] it cuz we're winning that. So, Alex
[00:22:25] Jones says he's going to fight this
[00:22:26] latest court order as the bankruptcy
[00:22:28] continues in litigation.
[00:22:32] I want to bring something else up
[00:22:33] strange.
[00:22:35] Who is funding all these lawsuits?
[00:22:39] Alex Jones has said he has spent over a
[00:22:41] million dollars in defending himself. I
[00:22:45] have to think the other side has spent
[00:22:47] somewhere near that as well. Who is
[00:22:50] funding this? Remember the nonprofit
[00:22:53] that was attached to the auction bid
[00:22:55] called Every Town for Gun Safety?
[00:22:58] If you go to the website for Every Town
[00:23:00] for Gun Safety, you will see that their
[00:23:03] donation portal is ACT Blue, the online
[00:23:06] fundraising platform for the Democrat
[00:23:08] party.
[00:23:10] There are two separate entities run by
[00:23:11] the same person. Every Town for Gun
[00:23:14] Safety Support Fund, which is a
[00:23:15] nonprofit 501c3, and then Every Town for
[00:23:18] Gun Safety Action Fund, which is a
[00:23:20] social welfare organization 501c4. A
[00:23:24] 501c4 can engage in political activities
[00:23:26] if it is generally less than 50% of
[00:23:28] their activities. Every nonprofit files
[00:23:31] a tax form every year called the 990.
[00:23:35] I pulled the 990 forms. In 2022, they
[00:23:40] brought in donations of $65 million for
[00:23:42] the 501c3 and $58 million for the 501c4.
[00:23:47] Then, if you look at schedule C, you
[00:23:50] will see a list of political donations
[00:23:52] this group made.
[00:23:54] They are making donations to Democrat
[00:23:57] politicians.
[00:23:59] There are even names on here you will
[00:24:00] probably recognize, like Karen Bass, the
[00:24:04] Democrat mayor of Los Angeles.
[00:24:07] This is one of those unusual facts that
[00:24:10] you never hear reported in the
[00:24:11] mainstream media.
[00:24:14] The entity that is trying to buy
[00:24:16] Infowars is giving money to the mayor of
[00:24:20] Los Angeles.
[00:24:22] This nonprofit is effectively an arm of
[00:24:25] the Democrat party.
[00:24:27] I'm showing you the documents.
[00:24:31] They are taking in donations through act
[00:24:33] blue and then donating money to Democrat
[00:24:35] candidates.
[00:24:38] Don't you think it is strange that the
[00:24:40] entity who tried to purchase Infowars
[00:24:42] was effectively the Democrat party?
[00:24:46] It certainly seems more and more like
[00:24:48] this lawsuit is political retaliation.
[00:24:52] This is my opinion. The Alex Jones
[00:24:55] trials looks like a coordinated lawfare
[00:24:57] attack to take out a political opponent.
[00:25:02] These do not look like fair trials.
[00:25:06] It all goes back to the question, did
[00:25:08] Alex Jones knowingly tell a lie?
[00:25:13] I don't think that he did. I'm not aware
[00:25:16] of any evidence at all that shows that
[00:25:19] he did.
[00:25:21] I find it completely unjust that he owes
[00:25:24] over a billion dollars for an allegation
[00:25:27] of defamation.
[00:25:29] You may not like Alex Jones. You may not
[00:25:32] like what he says, but he should at
[00:25:34] least get a fair trial. What is
[00:25:38] happening to him is not fair.
[00:25:42] Why is it that in all of these Alex
[00:25:44] Jones trials, all these strange and
[00:25:47] bizarre things keep happening?
[00:25:50] I hate to say this, but it sure looks
[00:25:53] like a massive government conspiracy.
[00:25:57] I do not understand why no one in the
[00:26:00] mainstream media is speaking out against
[00:26:02] this.
[00:26:04] If this could happen to Alex Jones, it
[00:26:06] could happen to any reporter who's
[00:26:09] looking into the wrong story. Anyone who
[00:26:12] speaks out against the wrong politicians
[00:26:15] can have their life destroyed and they
[00:26:17] will not even get the chance to defend
[00:26:19] themsel in a fair trial.
[00:26:23] Where is Donald Trump? We have seen the
[00:26:27] undercover video of someone saying that
[00:26:29] Alex Jones was set up by the government.
[00:26:32] Why won't Donald Trump release the Alex
[00:26:36] Jones files?
[00:26:38] And I have something else to say.
[00:26:41] Why is it that in America that is
[00:26:43] supposed to be the land of free speech
[00:26:46] that none of us can talk about this one
[00:26:48] incident that happened over a decade
[00:26:51] ago?
[00:26:53] Now, I want to hear from you. Do you
[00:26:55] think that Alex Jones was targeted by
[00:26:57] the government? Let me know in the
