[00:00:00] He's like here he's like a diva that
[00:00:03] >> 110% he's a diva.
[00:00:04] >> Are you serious?
[00:00:05] >> 110%.
[00:00:07] >> He's lazy as hell.
[00:00:08] >> He's not good at this job.
[00:00:10] >> I've said that if arrests do not happen,
[00:00:12] if people are not held to account, then
[00:00:14] we'll have no choice but to investigate
[00:00:15] [music] the investigators themselves.
[00:00:18] >> I am a security specialist at the FBI,
[00:00:20] so I do background checks,
[00:00:22] investigations, that type of stuff. I've
[00:00:24] been working for 5 years now. On hidden
[00:00:26] camera, this FBI security specialist
[00:00:28] tells us the quiet part out loud.
[00:00:31] >> I don't think there's going to be any
[00:00:33] like major arrests like with
[00:00:38] FBI.
[00:00:39] >> No. Also, nobody I don't think anybody
[00:00:41] would ever go to prison.
[00:00:42] >> Now, thanks to the brave work of citizen
[00:00:44] journalists like Nick Shirley, Americans
[00:00:46] were able to see what actually happens
[00:00:47] in Minnesota outside these daycare
[00:00:49] centers.
[00:00:50] >> Do you think they're going to arrest the
[00:00:51] people like that are dealing with the
[00:00:53] daycare stuff? I think by the time that
[00:00:55] case is done even being like looked at
[00:00:59] and ready to go to court, Trump won't
[00:01:01] even be in office anymore. Like they
[00:01:03] would most likely be thrown out very
[00:01:04] quickly. Fraud cases like that, like
[00:01:07] money stuff.
[00:01:08] >> Yeah.
[00:01:08] >> Years, literal years of time. They're
[00:01:10] going to try and pin it on somebody.
[00:01:13] >> I think you're a badass.
[00:01:14] >> Thank you.
[00:01:15] >> Cheers.
[00:01:17] >> James O'Keefe here reporting from Los
[00:01:19] Angeles downtown in front of city hall.
[00:01:21] They're having all the protests against
[00:01:23] ICE. They're yelling quite loud.
[00:01:26] >> How are you
[00:01:27] >> telling lies?
[00:01:28] >> What's that?
[00:01:29] >> Tell the truth.
[00:01:30] >> I am telling the truth.
[00:01:32] >> Yeah.
[00:01:33] >> She's yelling at us. She's saying that
[00:01:35] we're telling lies. And over the last
[00:01:36] few months, I've said that if arrests do
[00:01:38] not happen, if people are not held to
[00:01:40] account, then we'll have no choice but
[00:01:42] to investigate the investigators
[00:01:44] themselves, investigate the prosecutors
[00:01:47] themselves at every level. We understand
[00:01:50] that incentives govern human behavior
[00:01:52] more than virtue does. And people are
[00:01:56] demanding that people be held
[00:01:57] accountable. People are reminding you
[00:01:59] that we're a nation of laws. But that
[00:02:01] only works if the people in government,
[00:02:04] if the people in power do the right
[00:02:06] thing. So now the question is, what will
[00:02:08] it take to get accountability and
[00:02:11] arrests? And we believe that what it
[00:02:13] will take is oversight. Watching the
[00:02:17] watchmen or in Latinier ipsos custodides
[00:02:21] who guards the guardsmen. Where is the
[00:02:24] department of justice? Where is the
[00:02:25] federal government? And why aren't they
[00:02:28] doing their jobs? What is actually going
[00:02:30] on in the nation's capital? We decided
[00:02:33] to take a look. Now, there's what they
[00:02:35] say on the record and there's what they
[00:02:37] say when no one is looking. Our
[00:02:39] investigation led us to an FBI security
[00:02:42] specialist who on hidden camera. This
[00:02:45] FBI security specialist tells us the
[00:02:48] quiet part out loud. And as I do this
[00:02:50] report, the protesters are filtering
[00:02:53] into Los Angeles. One of them yelling at
[00:02:55] me to stop lying. I question any of them
[00:02:58] to actually tell me what I am lying
[00:03:01] about. We literally see their lips
[00:03:03] moving in our undercover reports.
[00:03:05] >> I am a security specialist at the FBI.
[00:03:08] I've been working there for 5 years now.
[00:03:09] I was under uh Biden first.
[00:03:11] >> Now, when you watch this, this man is
[00:03:13] either a Biden holdover, speaking out of
[00:03:16] turn, or he is telling the truth,
[00:03:18] describing a system that walks out
[00:03:21] investigations for years past the point
[00:03:24] where the president is in power. What
[00:03:26] this official inside the FBI says is
[00:03:28] very troubling and potentially revealing
[00:03:31] about how the Department of Justice
[00:03:33] actually operates. People are more
[00:03:35] honest when they don't know they're
[00:03:37] being recorded. And that's not all. This
[00:03:40] same FBI official we caught on tape
[00:03:42] admits that even under Cash Patel, there
[00:03:45] will be no arrests of people in the deep
[00:03:48] state in the near future. Not exactly
[00:03:50] surprising considering the lack of
[00:03:52] action we've seen so far.
[00:03:53] >> Do you think like your job like the FBI,
[00:03:55] do you think they're going to arrest the
[00:03:57] people like that are dealing with
[00:03:59] daycare stuff? The thing with those
[00:04:00] cases is [music]
[00:04:02] is that I think by the time that case is
[00:04:04] done even being like looked at being
[00:04:07] ready to go to court, Trump won't even
[00:04:09] be in office anymore.
[00:04:10] >> Really?
[00:04:11] >> Fraud cases like that like money stuff?
[00:04:13] >> Yeah.
[00:04:14] >> Years literal years of time.
[00:04:16] >> You don't think the FBI would arrest
[00:04:18] [music] them even though Trump was
[00:04:20] arrested?
[00:04:20] >> I don't think so because over and over
[00:04:24] and over again he's been shown it does
[00:04:26] it doesn't work. [music] It's not
[00:04:28] working. Also, nobody I don't think
[00:04:30] anybody would ever go to prison. Like,
[00:04:31] it was it would most likely be thrown
[00:04:33] out very quickly.
[00:04:34] >> Now, thanks to the brave work of citizen
[00:04:36] journalists like Nick Shirley, Americans
[00:04:38] were able to see what actually happens
[00:04:39] in Minnesota outside these daycare
[00:04:42] centers. Now, according to this FBI
[00:04:44] official, he's saying that
[00:04:45] accountability and justice is not
[00:04:47] coming. Why? He says the FBI and the
[00:04:50] Department of Justice walk these
[00:04:52] investigations out. They actually might
[00:04:55] take years, literal years, like five
[00:04:59] years. And by that time, the executive
[00:05:02] branch of government shifts power. The
[00:05:04] pendulum swings and the people are never
[00:05:07] held to account. They're going to try
[00:05:08] and pin it on somebody and make it seem
[00:05:10] like a crime, like a very serious crime.
[00:05:13] >> Hit it on somebody.
[00:05:14] >> Hit it on one of those people who runs
[00:05:15] those daycarees.
[00:05:16] >> They need somebody to take the fall.
[00:05:18] >> Oh, okay.
[00:05:19] >> And we're going to we're just going to
[00:05:21] point
[00:05:21] >> You know who that would be?
[00:05:23] >> No idea. But that's what they do though.
[00:05:25] They just kick someone and be like,
[00:05:26] "This is our guy." And everyone else
[00:05:27] would go free.
[00:05:28] >> That sometimes happens. Yeah. Charging
[00:05:30] somebody for anything financial
[00:05:33] >> for one person can take literal years.
[00:05:35] I've seen it.
[00:05:37] >> It can take years because you have to
[00:05:39] look at all the money, all the all the
[00:05:41] accounts, all the transactions, all the
[00:05:43] payments, everything. You have to look
[00:05:45] at everything. Now, according to this
[00:05:47] FBI official, the plan isn't to
[00:05:49] dismantle the Minnesota daycare fraud,
[00:05:52] but to find a fall guy. He tells us the
[00:05:55] bureau will pin it on somebody. Not the
[00:05:58] entire network, not who's behind it, not
[00:06:01] the people moving the money, but one
[00:06:04] daycare operator. So, this man in the
[00:06:06] FBI, Justin Divine, a teacher now turned
[00:06:09] FBI, has been in his role at the FBI
[00:06:12] since 2021. Remember that's the year the
[00:06:15] FBI raided our newsroom. [screaming]
[00:06:17] And Justin has been in charge of these
[00:06:19] investigations, including human
[00:06:21] trafficking cases, background checks,
[00:06:23] and occasionally handling classified
[00:06:25] material for the FBI. There's always the
[00:06:27] irony of someone in the FBI who handles
[00:06:31] class information, speaking out of turn,
[00:06:33] talking to total strangers.
[00:06:35] >> I was under uh Biden first.
[00:06:37] >> Oh, yeah. What's that? Was it different?
[00:06:40] >> Wait, no. Way different. Everything was
[00:06:42] better. Really?
[00:06:43] >> Everything just
[00:06:44] >> Yeah.
[00:06:45] >> Everything just felt better. People were
[00:06:46] happier. My real boss is cash.
[00:06:49] >> He's all right. He's short though.
[00:06:50] >> Yeah.
[00:06:51] >> He's real short. He's like
[00:06:52] >> he's like a diva that
[00:06:55] 110%. He's a diva.
[00:06:56] >> Are you serious?
[00:06:57] >> 110%. My dad should support, right?
[00:07:02] >> He really seems to like this bond need
[00:07:06] another time for another thing I was
[00:07:09] doing. There's a bunch of stuff at DOJ
[00:07:11] at the Department of Justice building
[00:07:12] that we needed to get and bring it back
[00:07:14] to our office.
[00:07:15] >> So, she works there.
[00:07:16] >> Oh, what were you bringing there?
[00:07:18] >> A hard drives, computers, all?
[00:07:21] >> Yes, for a huge case.
[00:07:22] >> Really?
[00:07:23] >> Yeah.
[00:07:24] >> Like, what were you?
[00:07:27] >> This was a human trafficking case.
[00:07:28] >> Oh my gosh.
[00:07:29] >> Yeah, that case is not closed yet.
[00:07:31] >> Dang. Where did that happen?
[00:07:34] >> Here.
[00:07:34] >> Here.
[00:07:34] >> DC.
[00:07:36] >> Yeah.
[00:07:36] >> Trafficking.
[00:07:37] >> Yeah. Oh my gosh.
[00:07:37] >> Oh yeah. I met I met one of the victims.
[00:07:40] >> Are you serious?
[00:07:41] >> Yeah.
[00:07:41] >> Oh, young girl like like a 19-year-old
[00:07:44] 18-year-old.
[00:07:46] >> That's so sad.
[00:07:46] >> I know. It's horrible.
[00:07:47] >> She was Yeah. No, it was horrible.
[00:07:50] >> How did that happen? I'm not sure where
[00:07:52] they came from.
[00:07:55] >> Eastern Europe. Now, for reference,
[00:07:57] Justin Devine clearly showcases he is
[00:07:59] not a fan of the current leadership and
[00:08:01] Cash Patel at the FBI. He's not a fan of
[00:08:04] his boss. We're sure there's many more
[00:08:07] like him inside the bureau, but rarely
[00:08:09] do you see them on tape like this.
[00:08:11] >> So essentially, Cash Mattel is kind of
[00:08:14] lazy.
[00:08:14] >> Yes, absolutely.
[00:08:18] >> Absolutely. He's lazy as hell, right?
[00:08:22] >> He's not good at this job. I'm just a
[00:08:24] normal employee and even I'm like,
[00:08:25] "You're not good at this, man. You
[00:08:26] shouldn't be doing this."
[00:08:28] >> He just He just wasn't ready.
[00:08:30] >> I don't know. I just don't think he's
[00:08:32] smart enough to do it. being the
[00:08:33] director is like you you are the face of
[00:08:37] of the whole organization. You're going
[00:08:38] to be out in public all the time.
[00:08:40] >> Yeah.
[00:08:41] >> And [music] he is just so bad at doing
[00:08:44] that.
[00:08:46] >> No way.
[00:08:46] >> That it kind of ruins our whole
[00:08:47] reputation.
[00:08:48] >> Divine goes further on hidden camera.
[00:08:50] This FBI official flatly states that the
[00:08:53] bureau will not arrest any so-called
[00:08:55] deep sters that President Trump says he
[00:08:58] wants to go after. Divine also says that
[00:09:00] judges will continue to throw out any
[00:09:02] cases brought to them regarding these
[00:09:05] so-called deep state officials. He says
[00:09:08] Trump's word quote isn't the end all be
[00:09:10] all.
[00:09:11] >> So I keep hearing that Trump wants to
[00:09:13] like arrest his enemies.
[00:09:15] Do you think that's going to happen? Do
[00:09:17] you think that I will arrest? You don't
[00:09:19] think so?
[00:09:20] >> He tried already.
[00:09:21] >> He tried already.
[00:09:22] >> He tried to arrest uh James Comey.
[00:09:24] >> Okay.
[00:09:24] >> Who's the former the former director of
[00:09:28] the FBI? Wait, like old director of the
[00:09:30] FBI?
[00:09:31] >> Yeah.
[00:09:32] >> I tried to arrest him and then he went
[00:09:34] to trial and literally the judge said
[00:09:37] no.
[00:09:38] >> Threw it out.
[00:09:39] >> So you don't think there's going to be
[00:09:40] any like major arrests like with
[00:09:46] FBI?
[00:09:47] >> No. Near future?
[00:09:48] >> Okay. So like Trump like if he would
[00:09:53] tell you guys to arrest these people in
[00:09:55] 2026, would it have to be done? He
[00:09:59] doesn't his word is not end all be all.
[00:10:01] >> So the FBI official here describes how
[00:10:03] the FBI will essentially walk out the
[00:10:06] Minnesota fraud scheme until President
[00:10:07] Trump leaves office. Why does it take an
[00:10:10] FBI security specialist randomly talking
[00:10:13] to one of our undercover people for us
[00:10:15] to get the truth out of the
[00:10:17] administration? Why isn't the FBI saying
[00:10:20] it publicly behind the podium in
[00:10:22] Washington DC as the American people
[00:10:24] demand accountability? What about the
[00:10:26] deep state arrests that were part of
[00:10:27] Trump's agenda? What we heard from this
[00:10:29] FBI official is the plan for
[00:10:31] accountability is essentially no plan.
[00:10:33] Walking out the fraud, judges throwing
[00:10:35] out the cases. And what that means for
[00:10:37] Americans is that they will not be
[00:10:39] getting the arrests and the
[00:10:41] accountability that they're looking for.
[00:10:43] Also, I want to reiterate that uh up to
[00:10:45] this point at O'Keefe Media and Citizen
[00:10:47] Journalism Foundation, this is the
[00:10:49] seventh seventh FBI DOJ official we have
[00:10:53] done an investigation on the last year.
[00:10:55] There's been Jamie Manina, Joseph
[00:10:56] Schnit, Glenn Prager, Michelle Rosas,
[00:10:59] Ramita, Justin Deine. We even did a
[00:11:02] video regarding Attorney General Pam
[00:11:04] Bondi talking about the Epstein videos.
[00:11:06] The American people will apparently now
[00:11:09] only get the unfiltered truth when a
[00:11:11] recording is given to me by a citizen
[00:11:15] journalist. The FBI and the DOJ have got
[00:11:18] to do better. And if you have
[00:11:20] information on the inside, you know who
[00:11:22] to call. Not Ghostbusters, not the New
[00:11:24] York Times. You bet. That's to call
[00:11:27] James O'Keeffe on his signal number.
[00:11:28] Here's the number right here. And you
[00:11:30] can reach out to us at tips at O'keefee
[00:11:31] Media.com. You know that. Uh people, I
[00:11:34] want you to understand it's really up to
[00:11:36] us. It's not up to the the politicians
[00:11:38] or the senators or the Congress
[00:11:39] critters. It's really up to the American
[00:11:41] people to do the job. You may not want
[00:11:43] to hear that, but I think you know that
[00:11:45] we have been undercover inside the ICE
[00:11:48] protests reporting on what is happening
[00:11:50] and who is behind them. What we've
[00:11:53] uncovered out here is so scandalous,
[00:11:55] elaborate, and illegal that it's going
[00:11:57] to be a multiple part series. I myself
[00:12:00] went undercover as a homeless person
[00:12:02] reporting on the NOS's, reporting on
[00:12:05] what is happening all throughout the
[00:12:07] city of Los Angeles and Southern
[00:12:08] California. Stay tuned for that next
[00:12:11] week. All right, let's talk healthcare
[00:12:13] because the system is a total mess.
[00:12:14] [music]
[00:12:15] Do you really trust your insurance
[00:12:16] company? You're paying outrageous
[00:12:18] premiums and [music] months later the
[00:12:20] bills still keep coming. Confusing
[00:12:22] networks, denied claims, [music]
[00:12:24] surprise fees, now rates they're saying
[00:12:26] might go up 20% or more. And did you
[00:12:28] know that medical debt is the number
[00:12:29] [music] one cause of bankruptcy? Those
[00:12:32] are some of the many reasons why I
[00:12:34] suggest switching from traditional
[00:12:35] health insurance [music] to Impact
