Erika Kirk CAUGHT Sending WILDLY Inappropriate Text Messages
📄 Extracted Text (6,033 words)
[00:00:02] There it is. Whoop whoop.
[00:00:06] Let's get into it. Night shift, what is
[00:00:09] going on? I am here. Let's get into it.
[00:00:13] Now, I'm trying to help out the people
[00:00:17] who love the shorter videos. So, that's
[00:00:19] what this is. As you can see by looking
[00:00:21] at the timeline, you see how long this
[00:00:23] video is. Not that long. Definitely not
[00:00:26] 3 hours long. So, I'm trying to help out
[00:00:28] the people who just don't have time for
[00:00:30] the three-hour video, don't have time
[00:00:32] for the live stream. We're doing fun
[00:00:34] things. You're missing out. You are
[00:00:36] missing out, but I'm still trying to
[00:00:40] help you out. So, I made this shorter
[00:00:43] video for you guys. You should check it
[00:00:45] out. In this one, we're covering Erica
[00:00:47] Kirk having this weird text exchange
[00:00:51] long. It seems like it was over months.
[00:00:54] I might I might think to say uh
[00:00:57] inappropriate.
[00:01:00] Like that's the best I can say. That's
[00:01:02] being charitable. Inappropriate. Uh the
[00:01:05] person's like 15 at the time. Erica is
[00:01:07] 25. It just looks so bad. Uh you know,
[00:01:11] it's just I don't know, man. We're just
[00:01:13] going to go through it. This person did
[00:01:15] a great breakdown just giving us all the
[00:01:17] information. And then I realized later
[00:01:19] on in the live stream there's a there's
[00:01:22] a text that Baron uncovered or or a
[00:01:24] comment that Baron uncovered where Erica
[00:01:27] Kirk is talking about working in
[00:01:29] politics deep in political affairs in
[00:01:32] Washington DC and she actually tags that
[00:01:34] young girl in the in the uh in the reply
[00:01:38] for some reason and it's just a reply
[00:01:41] about tattoos but it was just weird to
[00:01:43] stumble on to that as well. But let's
[00:01:45] just get into this video and you guys
[00:01:48] will see what I mean. I mean, a lot's
[00:01:50] coming to the surface with Erica and it
[00:01:52] seems like none of it's good. Has
[00:01:56] anything come to the surface where we're
[00:01:58] like, "Oh, well, that's really nice."
[00:02:00] There's been not one thing, you know?
[00:02:03] I'm sure people are cherry-picking, but
[00:02:05] I think we would have found it if there
[00:02:07] was something really good, right? You
[00:02:09] you hear about the orphanage and you're
[00:02:11] like, "That's really good." And then you
[00:02:12] hear the whole story and you're like,
[00:02:13] "Oh, no. Oh, no. That's bad. You know
[00:02:17] what I mean? You hear about the guy, you
[00:02:19] hear about the guy, she she she's like,
[00:02:21] I was I never drank. And you're like,
[00:02:22] oh, that's really good. And then you see
[00:02:24] the video and she's like drinking.
[00:02:25] You're like, oh, okay. What? You I never
[00:02:28] dated. And then you see the video, she's
[00:02:29] dating. You're like, oh, okay. Like,
[00:02:32] what? And then you see the Zoom call
[00:02:35] where she's like, "We're selling hats.
[00:02:37] We're selling hats, guys. We sold so
[00:02:39] many." And you're like, "This is
[00:02:41] terrible. It's just terrible." Oh my
[00:02:44] gosh. Let's get into the video, guys. I
[00:02:47] don't know. It's getting really weird.
[00:02:49] People are finding out a lot of stuff
[00:02:50] about Erica. Um, so let let's play this.
[00:02:53] Let's play this. Okay. So, let me make
[00:02:56] sure it's on on triple speed like I
[00:02:58] usually have it. Let's listen to this.
[00:02:59] This is uh Ni Social. I'm not
[00:03:03] subscribed. Oh, man. I thought I was
[00:03:04] subscribed to her. Uh, this Nissi
[00:03:06] Social. He has this video about Erica
[00:03:09] Kirk apparently messaging some
[00:03:11] 15-year-old girl or something like that.
[00:03:13] Like they were having this this back and
[00:03:15] forth that I guess borders on
[00:03:17] inappropriate. I don't know. Check it
[00:03:19] out. And at the time she was 25. So it's
[00:03:21] not like it happened yesterday. Seems
[00:03:23] like it was happened about 10 years ago.
[00:03:26] But still
[00:03:27] >> some weird [ __ ] about this woman. Back
[00:03:29] in 2013 Erica was 25 years old and she
[00:03:32] was in a relationship with a basketball
[00:03:33] player named Joshua Harelson. So, at the
[00:03:36] time, he was living in Michigan, and
[00:03:37] Erica moved out there to be with him. On
[00:03:40] the evening of September 15th, 2013,
[00:03:42] Joshua Harelson and Erica met a
[00:03:44] 15-year-old girl named Jillian Falcons.
[00:03:46] And I know this because Jillian tweeted
[00:03:48] about it. At 3:53 p.m., Jillian tweeted
[00:03:51] that she was out for sushi with her
[00:03:52] friend. And 2 hours later, she tweeted,
[00:03:54] "Just met Miss Arizona and Josh Harelson
[00:03:56] part eyes emoji." Now, I'm not sure if
[00:03:59] Jillian coincidentally bumped into Erica
[00:04:01] and Joshua or if they were introduced.
[00:04:03] What I do know is that Jillian had a
[00:04:06] friend and the friend's grandparents
[00:04:08] were renting.
[00:04:09] >> Why is this music playing? Does anybody
[00:04:11] know? Why is this music playing? I hope
[00:04:13] you see this. Who is this? Nie. Ni. Why
[00:04:17] is this music playing in your video? And
[00:04:19] why is it so loud? Yeah, that's right.
[00:04:21] I'm an old man now. I'm an old man now
[00:04:22] and I have old man complaints. Why is
[00:04:24] the music so loud and why is it playing
[00:04:26] in the video? I'm just What's going on
[00:04:29] here?
[00:04:29] >> A home to Erica in Michigan. So, I'm not
[00:04:32] entirely sure if all of these people
[00:04:34] just bumped into each other
[00:04:35] coincidentally at the sushi restaurant
[00:04:36] or if they were formally introduced, but
[00:04:38] nonetheless, they met and Erica struck
[00:04:41] up what I view as a very odd
[00:04:43] relationship with the 15-year-old girl
[00:04:45] named Jillian. Now, before I share the
[00:04:48] information that I found, I need to make
[00:04:50] sure that I say this. Do not bother
[00:04:53] Jillian. Do not message her. Do not
[00:04:55] leave comments on her social media.
[00:04:57] Leave her alone. I'm not doing this
[00:04:58] video to cause any trouble for Jillian.
[00:05:01] So, please do not reach out to her.
[00:05:03] She's a grown woman now, but at the time
[00:05:05] she was 15 when she met Erica. And the
[00:05:08] reason that I'm doing this video is
[00:05:10] because in my opinion, Erica's behavior
[00:05:13] was predatory and it needs to be
[00:05:14] exposed. Jillian was just a child at the
[00:05:16] time. She's a teenage girl. Please don't
[00:05:18] bother her, OKAY?
[00:05:19] >> LEAVE HER ALONE.
[00:05:20] >> JILLIAN, like many other teens in the
[00:05:22] early 2010s, was an avid user of Twitter
[00:05:25] and tweeted damn near everything that
[00:05:27] she did. Not going to lie, she was doing
[00:05:29] a bit too much. But for the sake of this
[00:05:31] video, it helped me a lot. I went
[00:05:33] through her Twitter and pieced together
[00:05:35] her interactions with Erica, and I was
[00:05:37] alarmed at how much interest Erica
[00:05:40] showed this child. As I mentioned in
[00:05:42] >> Is it another song? She switched songs.
[00:05:45] Hey man, what's going on? Am I just like
[00:05:48] an old guy? I do things old school.
[00:05:51] What's going another song? What's
[00:05:53] happening right now? How many song is
[00:05:55] this? Is this a Super Bowl halftime
[00:05:57] show? Is that what this
[00:05:59] >> [laughter]
[00:06:00] >> Are we watching a Super Bowl halftime
[00:06:03] show? Is that why is Luke Combmes
[00:06:06] playing next or is it Bad Bunny?
[00:06:08] >> In the intro on September 30th, 2013,
[00:06:11] Erica posted this picture posing with
[00:06:13] pizza. And just over a week later, on
[00:06:15] October 9th, 2013, Jill
[00:06:18] >> Oh, she has that name. Wait, no, no, no,
[00:06:21] no, no. That That's Falconee. How does
[00:06:24] that Pierre guy spell his last name?
[00:06:27] It's Falconee. It's like f A L C O N E.
[00:06:31] I think there's an E at the end. I'm
[00:06:34] going to check that.
[00:06:35] >> Tweets, quote, next to Miss Arizona at
[00:06:38] bar Louie. Jillian then tweeted this at
[00:06:40] Erica France at Cheyenne Chand. Aw,
[00:06:42] you're so sweet. Cheyenne is Jillian's
[00:06:44] friend. I believe they were classmates
[00:06:46] at the time, so they're the same age,
[00:06:48] just in case you're wondering. Now, 2
[00:06:49] days later, Jillian tweeted at Erica
[00:06:51] France feet dying because you're so
[00:06:53] pretty. Someone, presumably Erica,
[00:06:56] replied, but then deleted the tweet. And
[00:06:58] Jillian replied, "Erica France, we miss
[00:07:01] you, too." On October 26th, 2013,
[00:07:03] Jillian tweeted at Erica France, "How
[00:07:05] you enjoying the Michigan weather?"
[00:07:07] Erica replied, however, the reply is not
[00:07:09] visible because the account is now
[00:07:11] private. And Jillian replied at Erica
[00:07:13] France, "Ah, lucky you. Enjoy it while
[00:07:16] on November 7th, 2013, Erica tweeted
[00:07:18] something that I can't see because her
[00:07:20] account is private, but Jillian replied
[00:07:22] saying, "A Erica France, I fell in love
[00:07:24] with the world in you." She also
[00:07:26] tweeted, "Don't care if it's Wednesday
[00:07:28] or not. She'll always be my woman crush.
[00:07:30] Can I be you at Erica France?" At the
[00:07:33] time, was Jillian being a bit obsessive?
[00:07:36] >> Yep. Yep.
[00:07:37] >> I would say so, but she was 15 years
[00:07:39] old. Teenagers can be like this. Okay.
[00:07:41] Going through Jillian's social media,
[00:07:43] she seemed to be very impressionable,
[00:07:44] immature, and vulnerable at the time.
[00:07:47] And this grown woman, meaning Erica,
[00:07:50] should have set clear boundaries with
[00:07:52] her, but she didn't. As a matter of
[00:07:54] fact, she crossed boundaries with her
[00:07:56] quite a few times, which you will see
[00:07:58] later in the video. On November 18th,
[00:08:00] 2015,
[00:08:01] >> you know what you're supposed to do?
[00:08:02] You're supposed to um you're supposed to
[00:08:04] not answer. That's what you're supposed
[00:08:05] to do when it comes to a a 15-year-old
[00:08:09] that's like talking about you like they
[00:08:11] love you. You like you just don't
[00:08:12] answer. That's it. You're on you're on
[00:08:15] Twitter. Like, you don't have to answer.
[00:08:17] There's so many people probably
[00:08:18] messaging her all the time. Why is she
[00:08:20] answering this person? That doesn't even
[00:08:21] make sense. Also, she deleted it. She
[00:08:23] like purged her social media. That's why
[00:08:26] it's that's why it's deleted, right? I
[00:08:29] would love to know what's going on
[00:08:31] there. That's very interesting.
[00:08:33] >> Jillian tweeted, "Still waiting for that
[00:08:35] lunch date. Kissing face emoji at Erica
[00:08:38] France." There was a reply on this tweet
[00:08:40] that was deleted. Then Jillian says,
[00:08:42] "Shyan Chandra Fronzy. That's perfect."
[00:08:46] On November 20th, 2013, Jillian tweeted,
[00:08:49] "Why am I just finding out it's your
[00:08:50] birthday? I hope you had a great one at
[00:08:52] Erica France." Erica responded to this
[00:08:55] tweet. However, we can't see the
[00:08:56] response. Then Jillian tweeted at Erica
[00:08:58] France. That's great. Kissy face emoji.
[00:09:01] On December 18th, 2013, Jillian tweeted,
[00:09:03] "I want to just curl up in a ball and
[00:09:05] cry because of how perfect Erica France
[00:09:07] is." Heart eyes emoji. Erica's response
[00:09:10] is private. And then Jillian responds,
[00:09:12] "You too, love." On January 6th, Erica
[00:09:14] made a post that is currently private
[00:09:16] and Jillian responded at Erica France,
[00:09:18] "Gorgeous love, heart eyes emoji, kissy
[00:09:20] face emoji." On January 22nd, 2014,
[00:09:23] Jillian tweeted a bunch of messages that
[00:09:25] I believe were her gushing over Erica.
[00:09:27] Then at 10:30 p.m., so pretty late at
[00:09:30] night, she tweets, "Erica France is the
[00:09:32] best." The next morning, she tweets at
[00:09:34] Erica France, "One day, I'm going to
[00:09:36] wake up, roll over on my side, and kiss
[00:09:38] the love of my life good morning." Now,
[00:09:39] I know to some of you it might seem like
[00:09:41] this is one-sided, like Jillian is the
[00:09:43] one initiating everything, but keep in
[00:09:45] mind they were also having text message
[00:09:47] conversations and phone calls. Plus,
[00:09:50] Erica's tweets are private, so we can't
[00:09:51] see them, so we're not getting the
[00:09:53] entire picture. So, just keep that in
[00:09:54] mind. On February 13th, 2014, Jillian
[00:09:57] replied to one of Erica's tweets by
[00:09:59] saying, "Erica France, gorgeous as
[00:10:01] always." A few hours later, she then
[00:10:03] tweeted, "Why did Erica France just send
[00:10:06] me this laughing emojis?" And there is a
[00:10:08] photo which says, "This Valentine's Day,
[00:10:10] I am going to touch your butt."
[00:10:13] >> Excuse me.
[00:10:13] >> Remember,
[00:10:15] >> okay
[00:10:17] man, [clears throat]
[00:10:19] I don't get it. I don't get it. I don't
[00:10:22] understand. Why do that? Uh, this whole
[00:10:25] thing just seems crazy. First off, from
[00:10:28] the beginning, you know, the fact that
[00:10:30] she's with a uh basketball player, it
[00:10:33] shows more of this whole really wanting
[00:10:36] to be in Hollywood, uh attaching
[00:10:38] yourself, not not that she's not
[00:10:40] successful because, you know, Miss
[00:10:41] Arizona, especially to a basketball
[00:10:42] player that there's currency in that and
[00:10:45] being a basketball player, there's
[00:10:46] currency in that, but you know, it just
[00:10:48] shows the guys that she's going for.
[00:10:50] It's like a guy who's on reality TV, a
[00:10:53] guy who wants to be on reality TV, a
[00:10:56] basketball player, uh a guy who has this
[00:10:58] massive political uh potential. It's
[00:11:02] like there's like a pattern. You see,
[00:11:04] you know what I mean? There's a pattern
[00:11:05] going on. You know, before it was Kat,
[00:11:08] when she was dating Cabbat, it was
[00:11:09] because there was this potential, this
[00:11:11] uh this political potential. Then all of
[00:11:14] a sudden, she met Charlie. Way more
[00:11:16] political potential. She gets with him
[00:11:18] instead. You know what I mean? Like it
[00:11:20] just I don't know. I don't know. Yeah.
[00:11:23] Like what's going on with Erica? Like I
[00:11:24] don't I don't get it. I don't get I
[00:11:26] don't get this whole thing. And then you
[00:11:27] send the Valentine's thing.
[00:11:30] It just no thought process. And you know
[00:11:33] what? You know what? At least there's a
[00:11:34] consistency with not knowing what you're
[00:11:39] doing with her, right? We've seen this
[00:11:42] throughout the whole Turning Point
[00:11:44] thing. It just seems like she doesn't
[00:11:46] know what she's doing.
[00:11:48] to do that with someone who's like 15.
[00:11:51] You just don't know what you're doing.
[00:11:53] What are you doing? What What are you
[00:11:55] doing? It's crazy.
[00:11:58] >> This girl was 15 and Erica was 25. In my
[00:12:03] opinion, the relationship seems like
[00:12:07] Jillian posted this tweet on March 6,
[00:12:09] 2014. So Erica says, "Let me call you,
[00:12:12] hold on, sweetheart. Give me a sex."
[00:12:14] Wow. And then Jillian says, "Okay." and
[00:12:16] puts laughing emojis. Erica then says,
[00:12:18] "Se sex too, but not from you. Lol."
[00:12:21] Holy [ __ ] laughing emoji. You always
[00:12:23] make me laugh. I don't bat for the other
[00:12:25] team just yet. What the [ __ ]
[00:12:27] >> Right, Dujen? Right away.
[00:12:28] >> This text exchange gave me chills. It
[00:12:31] seems like Erica was flirting with her.
[00:12:33] I don't bat for the other team just yet.
[00:12:36] And this conversation is happening at
[00:12:38] night, 8:50 p.m. What the [ __ ] are you
[00:12:41] doing texting this girl so late at night
[00:12:44] with all of this [ __ ] sexual
[00:12:45] innuendo? What the [ __ ] is wrong with
[00:12:47] you? Mind you, this was after Erica had
[00:12:50] won Miss Arizona. She is running
[00:12:51] businesses. She has this the Romanian
[00:12:53] Angels charity and other charities, you
[00:12:55] know, working for all of these different
[00:12:56] organizations, companies. She even had a
[00:12:58] boyfriend. Okay, her life should be too
[00:13:00] busy to be over here entertaining
[00:13:02] 15-year-old girls. How on earth did she
[00:13:04] even have the time, let alone the
[00:13:06] interest to be carrying on this
[00:13:08] so-called friendship with this
[00:13:10] 15-year-old girl? But there's more. It
[00:13:15] gets worse. On March 13th, 2014,
[00:13:18] >> this is very weird. The whole actually,
[00:13:21] what time stamp are we at? 10:55.
[00:13:23] Because I have to go back to this really
[00:13:25] quick. Okay, so let me let me call you.
[00:13:29] Hold on, sweetheart. Like give me a sex.
[00:13:33] Wow.
[00:13:34] Okay. Sack. Sex too, but not from you.
[00:13:38] Lel
[00:13:40] like this is this is exactly what Chris
[00:13:44] Hansen shows somebody after he's rolled
[00:13:47] up on them. They're sitting. They're
[00:13:49] just sitting in the house waiting for
[00:13:51] the kid. They have pizza. They have pop
[00:13:54] and vodka and all this stuff. And
[00:13:57] they're just sitting there. And Chris
[00:13:58] Hansen walks in. and he says, "Hey,
[00:14:00] what's going on, big guy?" "Hey, hey,
[00:14:02] how you doing? Is your name Mark?" "Hi.
[00:14:05] Is your name Erica? Sit down for me."
[00:14:07] Okay. The cameras come in.
[00:14:11] That's exactly what this is. Uh didn't
[00:14:13] you say, "I have it right here." You
[00:14:16] said, "Hold on. Hold on, sweetheart. Uh
[00:14:19] give me a sex." You said that, right?
[00:14:23] And then you said, "Se sex too, but not
[00:14:26] from you." Is that what you said? And
[00:14:28] you said you don't bat for the other
[00:14:30] team just yet. What do you mean by that?
[00:14:33] You know, [laughter] it's just hands
[00:14:37] behind your back, man. Hands behind your
[00:14:39] back. No, I mean, I don't think you can
[00:14:42] get arrested for this. I I don't really
[00:14:43] know. This this just seems crazy to me.
[00:14:46] And what was going on? It really does
[00:14:48] make you think, you know, the whole Miss
[00:14:50] Arizona thing and it's connected to, you
[00:14:53] know, the now press and he knew her, got
[00:14:58] her into the pageant world, right? Now
[00:15:01] she's talking to someone younger. I'm
[00:15:03] not saying anything's going on, but it's
[00:15:06] like, are you trying would I wonder if
[00:15:08] you ask this Julia girl, was she pulled
[00:15:10] in or or was there an attempt to pull
[00:15:13] her into the pageant world? And is there
[00:15:16] something more that goes on with these
[00:15:19] pageant girls? You know what I mean?
[00:15:21] Like
[00:15:23] like the files, right? There was a guy
[00:15:26] who I I think he owned Victoria Secret
[00:15:30] or something like that, but there was
[00:15:32] something going on with the Victoria
[00:15:34] Secret models. And it makes you think
[00:15:37] that would be the perfect way of
[00:15:41] cataloging,
[00:15:42] right? cataloging
[00:15:44] uh ladies, right? It would be a perfect
[00:15:48] way. Same with the pageant,
[00:15:50] right? You have them all categorized.
[00:15:53] You have their pictures, their headsh
[00:15:54] shot, where they're from, their
[00:15:56] backgrounds, what they're into. Like,
[00:15:57] you have the whole thing broken down.
[00:15:59] So, if you were to present this catalog
[00:16:01] to someone, they would know exactly what
[00:16:04] they wanted. A menu of sorts. I just,
[00:16:07] you know, it just makes me think, you
[00:16:09] know, what's going on here? Here we
[00:16:10] we're at 10:55. Let's go back there. I
[00:16:14] don't know why this lady's swearing so
[00:16:15] much. Why are you swearing so much and
[00:16:16] editing? Like, pick one. Like, if you're
[00:16:18] going to swear, swear. But if you're
[00:16:19] going to edit it, just don't swear.
[00:16:21] >> With Erica. Erica says, "I forgot to
[00:16:24] tell you, hydrate tonight. No alcohol
[00:16:26] and don't eat a lot of salty foods. You
[00:16:28] don't want to look bloated." Jillian
[00:16:30] then responds, "Thank you." Erica says,
[00:16:32] "No alcohol." Really, Erica? Age
[00:16:34] recognition, you waffle. Apparently, I
[00:16:37] haven't had my coffee yet. What the
[00:16:39] hell, Erica? Laughing emoji. Well, on
[00:16:41] that bite dot dot dot note. Damn you,
[00:16:43] Siri. Come on.
[00:16:46] >> What is What?
[00:16:49] Let me just put my cursor over that.
[00:16:51] I've never heard of uh calling it a
[00:16:53] waffle of sorts. That's That's very odd
[00:16:55] what she uh she went there with. Um no
[00:16:58] al I forgot to tell you. Hydrate
[00:17:00] tonight. No alcohol and don't eat a lot
[00:17:03] of salty foods. You don't want to look
[00:17:05] bloated.
[00:17:06] For what?
[00:17:09] >> [laughter]
[00:17:10] >> What? What's happening? What is going
[00:17:13] on? This is very weird. Very weird for
[00:17:17] you to meet someone. See, this is why it
[00:17:19] seems so odd. You meet someone when
[00:17:21] they're 15,
[00:17:23] right? They're young, whatever. They're
[00:17:24] young. And And now you're telling them
[00:17:27] not to drink. Like, you want them to be
[00:17:29] presentable in a certain way. Is it
[00:17:31] because she's introducing her to the
[00:17:33] pageant world? Is that what's going on?
[00:17:35] Right. And then what is the pageant
[00:17:37] world really? You know, makes you think.
[00:17:40] >> #thest struggle. What are you trying to
[00:17:42] say? Laughing emoji. Spit it out, you
[00:17:44] waffle. How on earth could she have
[00:17:45] forgotten that she was messaging a
[00:17:47] child? The legal drinking age is 21 and
[00:17:50] Jillian was 15 years old at the time.
[00:17:52] And she very much texts like a
[00:17:53] 15-year-old girl. How the did you forget
[00:17:55] that part that she's 15? Maybe I'm
[00:17:57] projecting, but I don't think so. Okay.
[00:17:59] When I was 15 years old, I was in a
[00:18:02] similar situation with an adult who
[00:18:04] would do things like little slick
[00:18:06] things, say little things, and pretend
[00:18:08] that it was an accident or all it was a
[00:18:09] misunderstanding. Oh, I didn't mean to
[00:18:11] touch you like that. I didn't mean to
[00:18:13] say the words like that. I didn't I
[00:18:15] didn't mean it. And over time, their
[00:18:17] their behavior continued to escalate to
[00:18:19] the point where they eventually crossed
[00:18:21] a huge line. So, when I see things like
[00:18:24] this, I get mad because these are the
[00:18:26] types of tactics that predators use. I
[00:18:28] have experienced it myself. Back to
[00:18:31] Jillian. On the morning of March 26th,
[00:18:33] 2014, Jillian tweeted, "I just want to
[00:18:35] be somebody's woman crush Wednesday. Is
[00:18:37] that too much to ask?" That evening, she
[00:18:39] then tweets, "Thank you, Erica France,
[00:18:41] for making my whole week." And she
[00:18:43] shares this photo. And the photo is of a
[00:18:46] gnome and it says, "I want to be inside
[00:18:48] your lady garden." Know what I'm saying?
[00:18:50] Right.
[00:18:52] Right away.
[00:18:52] >> These tweets are
[00:18:54] >> What's going on? This is very weird.
[00:18:58] This is very, very odd. I'm so glad uh
[00:19:01] what was it? Lance. Lance, I think you
[00:19:03] shared it with me. A bunch of people
[00:19:04] were trying to get me to see this, but
[00:19:06] Lance actually gave it to me. Uh made
[00:19:09] sure that I could see it. This seems
[00:19:11] crazy.
[00:19:12] I don't know. I don't know. Seems like
[00:19:16] she's talking to herself. I don't know,
[00:19:18] man. I don't know. Because it turns out,
[00:19:20] see this is when I first saw this as
[00:19:23] [clears throat] the video started, I was
[00:19:26] like, "Oh, this is this person's fake.
[00:19:27] This is a fake person." But she's
[00:19:29] already this girl Ni, I think that's how
[00:19:32] you say her. Nissa, I don't know. She's
[00:19:34] already spoken to this Julia person. So,
[00:19:36] this Julia person does actually exist,
[00:19:40] right? And this is before the time of
[00:19:42] like AI bots and things like that. So,
[00:19:46] this is this all seems to be on the up
[00:19:48] and up.
[00:19:49] >> Still available on Twitter as I am
[00:19:51] making this video. All of this that I'm
[00:19:53] sharing with you is publicly available
[00:19:56] information, just in case you're
[00:19:57] wondering. Now, on April 3rd, 2014,
[00:20:00] Jillian tweeted this picture and said,
[00:20:01] "I miss this goon." A few minutes later,
[00:20:03] she tweeted, "Did Erica just text me #
[00:20:06] no new friends? Oh my god, I can't." So,
[00:20:09] the assumption is that Erica was being
[00:20:11] territorial over Jillian hanging out
[00:20:13] with her male friend. A few days later
[00:20:15] on April 5th, 2014, Jillian posted this
[00:20:18] tweet getting this in the mail from
[00:20:20] Erica Fronty. And in the photo is a red
[00:20:22] box of chocolate covered strawberries.
[00:20:24] And
[00:20:25] >> what?
[00:20:26] [laughter]
[00:20:30] Oh man. Do you remember when Candace
[00:20:33] made that episode where she was she made
[00:20:35] a list of all the people that were like
[00:20:37] Turning Point and Turning Point Faith
[00:20:40] and and uh you know Rob McCoy, Godspeak
[00:20:44] Chapel and Cornerstone like all these
[00:20:47] different um Christian organizations and
[00:20:50] how they all were adjacent to or had
[00:20:53] these weird charges looming around them.
[00:20:56] This is right in line with that, you
[00:20:59] know. And Erica went to what? What was
[00:21:01] it? Liberty University.
[00:21:04] This is nuts. Nuts. Let me tell you
[00:21:07] something. Let me Let me just break
[00:21:08] something down for you, okay? Because
[00:21:09] we're making jokes here. If this was a
[00:21:12] guy,
[00:21:14] have fun in jail. Have fun in jail.
[00:21:17] You're going to jail for 15 years, sir.
[00:21:20] Have fun. Have fun. Hey, I hope you I
[00:21:23] hope you have some money to get some
[00:21:25] chocolates for Big Leroy. Big Leroy
[00:21:29] likes some chocolates after he relieves
[00:21:31] himself. And I think you're gonna find
[00:21:34] out exactly what I mean. Oh, are you
[00:21:36] kidding me? Are you kidding me?
[00:21:40] Be in jail. If this was a guy, this is a
[00:21:42] 25-year-old guy. You'd be in jail.
[00:21:44] There'd be no YouTube video from Ni
[00:21:48] Social. Are you kidding me? This would
[00:21:50] be Cash Patel standing on stage. Uh, it
[00:21:53] took 33 hours, but we tracked him down.
[00:21:56] 33 hours. We tracked him down and he is
[00:21:58] now 33. I said I said 33 hours. We
[00:22:02] tracked him down. He's in custody right
[00:22:04] now. The charges are going through and
[00:22:08] we will see you all in Valhalla. Like
[00:22:10] are you kidding me? It'd be over. It'd
[00:22:12] be over for this dude.
[00:22:13] >> And other chocolate desserts. Now, this
[00:22:15] gift in my opinion is something that you
[00:22:18] would expect an adult to buy another
[00:22:21] adult that they were in a romantic
[00:22:23] relationship with. not something you
[00:22:25] would expect a 25year-old woman going on
[00:22:27] 26 to give a teenage girl. And the card
[00:22:30] in the photo says this. Happy sweet 16,
[00:22:33] beautiful girl. Keep strong in faith and
[00:22:34] know that you're loved. But most of all,
[00:22:36] never forget that you are perfect and
[00:22:38] amazing just the way you are. I am so
[00:22:40] proud of you. Today is the first day of
[00:22:42] another 365day [music] journey around
[00:22:44] the sun. Enjoy the trip, boo. Love you,
[00:22:46] E. She has parents. I'm pretty sure her
[00:22:49] parents tell her that she's loved. I
[00:22:50] went through her social media. Her
[00:22:51] friends were constantly saying, "I love
[00:22:53] you like her friends that are her age. I
[00:22:54] would imagine she didn't need to hear
[00:22:55] that [ __ ] from Erica, a grown woman.
[00:22:57] Just saying. On June 7th, 2014, Jillian
[00:22:59] shared this tweet. This has to be the
[00:23:01] most heartfelt compliment I've ever
[00:23:03] gotten. And she attached a screenshot of
[00:23:05] her conversation with Erica. So Jillian
[00:23:07] says, "Thank you." Erica says, "You have
[00:23:09] the most stunning features." Jillian
[00:23:11] says, "Best compliment ever." Erica
[00:23:14] says, "Your eyes, your lips, your skin.
[00:23:16] You're absolutely beautiful." Jillian
[00:23:19] responds with the crying emoji. You're
[00:23:21] making me cry.
[00:23:23] Are you for real? Is this real? Why
[00:23:27] aren't more people talking about this?
[00:23:30] This is crazy. This is nuts. You have
[00:23:32] the most stunning features.
[00:23:35] Your eyes, your lips, your skin. What if
[00:23:37] that was me? What if that was me? What
[00:23:39] would you guys do? Would you guys be You
[00:23:40] guys would be cool with that if it was
[00:23:42] me and I was messaging some 15year-old,
[00:23:45] even a dude.
[00:23:48] Let's Let's like match it up perfectly,
[00:23:50] right? I'm messaging some dude, some
[00:23:53] young dude. I'm like, "You have the best
[00:23:55] features ever, bro. Your lips, your
[00:23:58] skin, your eyes. I mean, you are just
[00:24:02] absolutely beautiful."
[00:24:04] He'd be like, "What?
[00:24:06] Send Colin to jail, man." And then I
[00:24:08] send him chocolates
[00:24:10] with a message in it. Happy sweet 16.
[00:24:14] I go to jail. I'd go to jail and it'd be
[00:24:16] fine. It'd be fine. They would show up
[00:24:18] to my house. I be like, "You saw the
[00:24:21] chocolates." He saw Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:24:23] No, no, it's fine. Behind my back,
[00:24:25] right? Okay. No, no, it's fine. It's
[00:24:27] fine. Can I put pants on? No, it's it's
[00:24:31] cool. I don't need them anyway. Not
[00:24:32] where I'm going, right? Am I right,
[00:24:34] guys? Okay. What's your name? Dan
[00:24:36] Bonino. Nice to meet you, sir. Anyway,
[00:24:39] you gonna you gonna unredact those
[00:24:41] names? No. Okay. Just me then? Okay.
[00:24:44] Yeah, I'll watch my head. I'll watch my
[00:24:45] head. That'd be it. I'm gone. I'm gone.
[00:24:48] What are we talking about here? Why
[00:24:50] aren't more people talking about this?
[00:24:52] This is crazy.
[00:24:53] >> Eyes, your lips, your skin. You're
[00:24:55] absolutely beautiful. Jillian responds
[00:24:57] with the crying emoji. You're making me
[00:24:59] cry. There are dozens more tweets of
[00:25:01] them calling each other the best. You're
[00:25:03] so beautiful. You're stunning. I love
[00:25:05] you. I love you more. Blah blah blah.
[00:25:07] Things of that nature. I'm not going to
[00:25:08] read all of them. I think you guys can
[00:25:10] already see very clearly what was going
[00:25:11] on. Erica was also following Jillian on
[00:25:13] Instagram and liking and commenting on
[00:25:15] her posts there. In February of 2014,
[00:25:18] Jillian went on a family trip to Puerto
[00:25:19] Rico, and Erica was liking and
[00:25:21] commenting on her Instagram posts. So,
[00:25:23] Jillian posted this photo of the beach
[00:25:25] and Erica says, "Unreal, gorgeous." And
[00:25:27] then Jillian responds, "This is by far
[00:25:29] my favorite picture I took. My mom wants
[00:25:31] to get it blown up at Erica France."
[00:25:33] Erica responds, "I could see why, boo."
[00:25:35] Jillian responds, "So perfect at Erica
[00:25:37] France." Erica then responds, "Dot, yes,
[00:25:40] I know you are." One of the many issues
[00:25:42] that I have with their interactions is
[00:25:45] the fact that Erica always made it about
[00:25:46] the girl's physical appearance. Like
[00:25:48] here's here's a photo that Jillian took
[00:25:50] feeding a duck. And it's a cute picture.
[00:25:51] You know, the duck is adorable. It's
[00:25:53] innocent. It's kind of funny. And Erica
[00:25:55] liked the photo, but she didn't comment.
[00:25:57] Here is a photo of Jillian's face. And
[00:25:59] then she comments calling her stunning.
[00:26:01] Majority of their interactions had
[00:26:03] something to do with each other's
[00:26:05] physical appearance. If a 25-year-old
[00:26:08] man was doing this to a 15-year-old
[00:26:10] girl, someone would have reported him to
[00:26:12] law enforcement. Okay? But because she's
[00:26:13] Miss Arizona, uh because she's a woman,
[00:26:16] it went unressed. And because she was a
[00:26:18] public figure, she had an assumed
[00:26:20] position of trust. And because of that,
[00:26:23] this very odd relationship was never
[00:26:25] questioned. And for the record, I have
[00:26:27] not spoken to Jillian. I have reached
[00:26:29] out to her, but I haven't heard back.
[00:26:31] However, another concerned internet
[00:26:33] investigator spoke to her and then spoke
[00:26:36] to me and she shared the conversation
[00:26:37] with me. So, there was there was
[00:26:39] texting, there was voice notes, and the
[00:26:40] person shared everything with me. So, I
[00:26:42] did see from Jillian herself how she
[00:26:45] feels about all of this 10 years later.
[00:26:47] Now, I'm not going to share that
[00:26:48] conversation that those two people had
[00:26:50] in this video. I want to respect their
[00:26:52] privacy, but I did see the conversation.
[00:26:54] I listened to the voice notes, and I
[00:26:56] just want to say for the record that
[00:26:57] Jillian says that she wasn't trafficked.
[00:26:59] There was people online who were
[00:27:00] concerned because Jillian was in Puerto
[00:27:02] Rico and Puerto Rico was very close to
[00:27:05] island. So people are wondering is there
[00:27:06] something that was happening? Oh, is it
[00:27:07] 9K? Somebody says 9K IN THE CHAT. AH,
[00:27:11] I know. Black Poppy. I I I I I
[00:27:20] hears. She just hears She just hears
[00:27:22] that. She's like, "What the hell,
[00:27:24] [laughter]
[00:27:27] man?" But uh yeah, very weird stuff. Um
[00:27:31] I don't know what to think of this. I
[00:27:32] mean, it looks bad. It looks bad. No
[00:27:34] matter no matter what you think about
[00:27:38] Erica, this looks bad, you know. And
[00:27:42] also, it was so public. Very public.
[00:27:46] You know, that's how you have to do it.
[00:27:48] If you're like, you know, you're doing
[00:27:50] something wrong. You you have to you
[00:27:53] have to make it extremely public. That
[00:27:56] way if anybody accuses you, you're like,
[00:27:57] "What do you mean? I was doing this in
[00:27:59] public. I don't care." You know, where
[00:28:02] where is it? Is this the thing that she
[00:28:04] shared? Let me see here.
[00:28:06] >> Has to be the most heartfelt compliment
[00:28:08] I've ever gotten. And she attached a
[00:28:10] screenshot of her conversation with
[00:28:11] Erica.
[00:28:13] >> So, she actually she actually showed
[00:28:15] this online. Oh, yeah. So, there it is.
[00:28:17] Yeah. She posted this online. I mean,
[00:28:21] listen, right? Let's assume Erica's all
[00:28:24] above board. No matter who you are,
[00:28:27] whether you're genuine, you have no you
[00:28:29] have no intentions of anything, someone
[00:28:32] this young shares this, you're just like
[00:28:38] she
[00:28:41] for sure, for sure. There's no way she
[00:28:43] was sitting there like that's fine.
[00:28:44] She's probably like, "Oh my god, she
[00:28:47] just shared it. Oh my god,
[00:28:51] I'm going to jail." Honey. Honey, no.
[00:28:55] We're going to play basketball later. I
[00:28:57] don't want to play basketball right now.
[00:28:58] Um, I think I'm going to jail. Is it
[00:29:02] possible that you can leave me money? I
[00:29:05] think there's options to leave money for
[00:29:06] when people are in jail. Can you do that
[00:29:08] for me? Thank you so much. Uh, I don't
[00:29:11] really want to talk about it. If there's
[00:29:13] a knock at the door, just let them in.
[00:29:14] Just let them in. I'll have my hands
[00:29:16] behind my back for sure. I mean, I don't
[00:29:19] know. This is not the kind of thing you
[00:29:21] want shared, I would assume. Unless
[00:29:24] you're nuts, unless you're just
[00:29:26] absolutely nuts, then you're probably
[00:29:28] cool with it. You're like, "Ah,
[00:29:29] whatever." You know, or unless you're
[00:29:31] used to it, that kind of thing, you
[00:29:33] know,
[00:29:33] >> out of sight, out of mind. So, she never
[00:29:35] looked back at this whole friendship she
[00:29:38] had with Erica as being weird or
[00:29:40] inappropriate. She never saw it that
[00:29:41] way. But in my opinion, okay, what Erica
[00:29:45] was doing is ging. By definition, the
[00:29:47] things that I showed you in those
[00:29:49] screenshots are common tactics used by
[00:29:52] people
[00:29:54] It's so funny. She's like bleeping out
[00:29:55] these words she's saying. It's like just
[00:29:57] don't say them, you know? Yeah. See, you
[00:30:00] guys make fun of the code words that I
[00:30:01] have. You make fun of them, but it keeps
[00:30:04] the convo going. I don't have to edit
[00:30:05] anything out. I say Philadelphia. You
[00:30:07] know what I'm talking about. And for
[00:30:09] those of you that don't know what I'm
[00:30:10] talking about, you'll figure it out,
[00:30:11] right? So, the word she's using there
[00:30:15] rhymes with brooming. Okay. Now, see,
[00:30:18] you see, Ni, this is the experience.
[00:30:21] This is experience at work. You call it
[00:30:23] brooming, right? Because it's 1984. It
[00:30:26] feels like 2026, but it's actually 1984.
[00:30:30] It's fine. It's fine. We We deal with
[00:30:33] what we got. We deal with what we got.
[00:30:34] We have to say brooming. We have to say
[00:30:36] Philadelphia. It's okay. It's okay.
[00:30:40] People get it. [laughter]
[00:30:43] But yeah, that's the video. Very
[00:30:45] interesting video. Um I didn't play it
[00:30:48] all, but uh this is what the video is
[00:30:50] called. hit that like button on that
[00:30:52] video if you go and watch it. It's
[00:30:54] called Erica's Past Comes Back to Haunt
[00:30:56] Her. And uh yeah, I would I would have
[00:30:59] to agree with that. It seems pretty
[00:31:02] crazy to do all of that. Um don't know
[00:31:06] what that's going to lead to. Well, I do
[00:31:07] know what it's going to lead to.
[00:31:08] Nothing's going to happen. Nothing's
[00:31:10] going to happen at all. Nothing's going
[00:31:13] to happen. In fact, in fact, if you talk
[00:31:16] about this online, if you break this
[00:31:18] down, if you share this video or clips
[00:31:20] from that video, uh people will just say
[00:31:23] you're crazy. That's all. That's that's
[00:31:26] what's been happening the whole time.
[00:31:28] That's what's been happening the whole
[00:31:29] time. Every single thing that gets
[00:31:30] called out, they go, "Oh, you're crazy.
[00:31:33] That's nuts." Oh. Oh, they're just
[00:31:35] talking. I'm telling you, it's so crazy
[00:31:37] to watch people,
[00:31:39] they get their feet so buried into the
[00:31:42] sand. They dig their feet in so deep
[00:31:45] that they'll even fight for something
[00:31:46] like that, right? I mean, that was
[00:31:49] clearly inappropriate. That's
[00:31:50] inappropriate with a young person. And
[00:31:52] there will be people who will fight.
[00:31:54] They'll be like, "No, it wasn't wasn't
[00:31:56] inappropriate." 15. I mean, that's
[00:31:58] that's old enough. Like, you know what I
[00:32:00] mean? Like, they'll have those weird
[00:32:01] conversations with you because they
[00:32:03] don't want to be they see anything that
[00:32:06] is against Erica or Turning Point as
[00:32:09] aligning with Candace, right? and you're
[00:32:11] not allowed to align with Candace. So,
[00:32:14] they're gonna fight tooth and nail. It's
[00:32:15] gross. It's so gross to see, man. I
[00:32:18] mean, it's just crazy. But that that's
[00:32:20] uh that's how that's gonna go. So,
[00:32:22] that's it, guys. That is the whole
[00:32:25] video. Night shifters, thank you for
[00:32:27] being here. I really really appreciate
[00:32:30] it. And you know, I guess it's night
[00:32:32] shifters and like 30, 40 minute crew,
[00:32:35] short video crew, night shift crew
[00:32:38] coming together like this working on
[00:32:40] this thing with me. Thank you so much
[00:32:42] for being here. I really, really,
[00:32:43] really, really appreciate it. We are
[00:32:45] going to be back tomorrow morning with a
[00:32:47] live stream. Then we're going to be back
[00:32:50] again with a video.
[00:32:53] And also, I'm probably going to start up
[00:32:55] a clips channel as well for those people
[00:32:57] who are looking for the more even more
[00:32:59] bite-sized things. I got I got a clips
[00:33:02] channel on the way for sure. Uh it's
[00:33:04] already it already exists. I just
[00:33:06] haven't shown it to anybody really. It
[00:33:08] has like 15,000 subscribers or
[00:33:10] something, but uh I will show that to
[00:33:12] you guys when the time comes. And
[00:33:14] hopefully that helps you guys out as
[00:33:16] well. I've I've heard people I've heard
[00:33:18] you, you know, three hours too long.
[00:33:22] Some people they're like three hours not
[00:33:24] long enough. So, we're we're just trying
[00:33:26] to help out everybody here. I really
[00:33:28] hope you guys enjoyed it. Now, get some
[00:33:30] sleep or you know what? You know, you're
[00:33:32] a night shifter. You're nocturnal like
[00:33:34] me. Don't bother getting some sleep.
[00:33:36] Just get some peace and quiet. That's
[00:33:38] why we stay up. That's why we stay up
[00:33:41] for the peace and the quiet. Oh, there's
[00:33:45] nothing like it at 2 am. Anyways guys,
[00:33:47] I'm out of
