[00:00:00] Two weeks ago, I posted a video about
[00:00:02] red flags at TurningPoint USA. Among the
[00:00:05] many things I mentioned, Turning Point
[00:00:07] was missing three of the four 990 forms
[00:00:09] for their shell companies. Well, guess
[00:00:12] what? The missing forms have
[00:00:14] mysteriously been posted and they are
[00:00:16] marked that they were filed on May 15th,
[00:00:18] 2025.
[00:00:20] So, they are claiming that they filed
[00:00:22] four forms. The IRS posted one, held on
[00:00:26] to the other three, and for some reason
[00:00:28] posted them six months later when people
[00:00:30] started talking about it online.
[00:00:33] Isn't that convenient?
[00:00:36] But we're not going to dwell on it
[00:00:37] because the more important thing is that
[00:00:39] now we have the missing financials. And
[00:00:42] you're not going to believe this. It
[00:00:44] gets even worse.
[00:00:51] >> [music]
[00:01:02] >> In the 990 forms, you can go to page 8
[00:01:05] and each organization must list out
[00:01:07] their highest paid independent
[00:01:08] contractors.
[00:01:10] What is curious is that on the FY24 form
[00:01:13] for America's Turning Point, Tyler Ber
[00:01:16] lists himself as an independent
[00:01:18] contractor and he puts his personal home
[00:01:20] address. Now, I'm not doxing anyone here
[00:01:23] because it is public information on the
[00:01:25] IRS form. And I have to tell people,
[00:01:28] please do not go to Tyler Ber's house.
[00:01:31] That is not appropriate. But I will say
[00:01:34] if you go look up his residence on
[00:01:36] Google Maps, you will see that he lives
[00:01:38] in a massive mansion.
[00:01:41] Now, I'm not going to show his home out
[00:01:43] of respect, but you can go see it for
[00:01:45] yourself. It is mindblowing. Where is
[00:01:48] Tyler Boyer getting all this money? But
[00:01:52] what is even more important is if you go
[00:01:54] to the other shell company Turning Point
[00:01:55] Action in FY2024, their number one
[00:01:58] independent contractor is a company
[00:02:00] called 110 LLC. In fact, this has been
[00:02:04] one of their largest contractors for the
[00:02:06] last 3 years. These are all the payments
[00:02:09] and they total $1,456,261
[00:02:13] over the last 3 years. That's almost
[00:02:16] $1.5 million.
[00:02:18] The description they provide is social
[00:02:21] digital media ad placement.
[00:02:23] Now, there is also an address for this
[00:02:25] company. So, I thought, let's take a
[00:02:28] trip and go check this company out. If
[00:02:31] Turning Point is paying them $1.5
[00:02:33] million, they must be doing something
[00:02:35] really great. I am on location in Queen
[00:02:39] Creek, Arizona. And if you don't know,
[00:02:40] Queen Creek is a suburb of Phoenix. So,
[00:02:44] I'm at the address that was listed on
[00:02:45] the 990 form. And this is strange.
[00:02:50] This is a strip mall. So, I'm gonna get
[00:02:52] out. I'm gonna take a walk around and
[00:02:54] see if I can find the business 110 LLC.
[00:02:58] Okay. I've walked past all the suites.
[00:03:01] I've checked all the doors. The business
[00:03:04] 110 LLC, as far as I can tell, is not
[00:03:08] here.
[00:03:10] What is going on? So, TurningPoint is
[00:03:14] putting on their IRS form that they are
[00:03:16] sending $1.5 million to this parking
[00:03:20] lot. Well, I'm sitting here in the
[00:03:23] parking lot. The business is not here as
[00:03:26] far as I can tell.
[00:03:28] What is going on? I mean, maybe they
[00:03:31] didn't think that anyone was going to
[00:03:33] actually drive out here and check it
[00:03:35] out, but as far as I can tell, the
[00:03:38] business is not here.
[00:03:40] So, my question is, do the Turning Point
[00:03:43] donors know this is how their money is
[00:03:45] being spent? That Turning Point is
[00:03:48] writing on their IRS forms that they're
[00:03:50] sending $1.5 million to this parking
[00:03:54] lot. I did some additional checking.
[00:03:57] Another thing that is strange is that
[00:03:58] there is no website for 110 LLC.
[00:04:03] How do you run a business without a
[00:04:05] website? That's pretty strange. And I
[00:04:08] thought maybe they moved. Maybe there's
[00:04:11] a different location. But if you look it
[00:04:13] up on Google Maps, there is no location
[00:04:16] for 110 LLC.
[00:04:18] So there's no website. There's no
[00:04:20] location. Does this company actually
[00:04:23] exist? Well, we do have records that it
[00:04:26] is owned by someone named Jake Hoffman,
[00:04:29] who is actually the former
[00:04:30] communications director for Turning
[00:04:32] Point USA. He is now a Republican state
[00:04:35] senator in Arizona. Now, just to give
[00:04:38] you some context, Jay Kaufman is a
[00:04:41] really powerful person in Arizona, which
[00:04:44] may be why no one has talked about this
[00:04:46] before. In his financial disclosure
[00:04:48] statement, he lists that he is the owner
[00:04:51] of 110 LLC at the same address in Queen
[00:04:54] Creek. What is also curious is that on
[00:04:57] the financial disclosure form, he lists
[00:04:59] out eight different businesses that are
[00:05:02] all operating out of that same strip
[00:05:04] mall. But what is even more strange is
[00:05:07] that on the financial disclosure form,
[00:05:09] he actually lists out the suite numbers.
[00:05:12] He claims that he is operating his
[00:05:14] business out of suites 105 to 503.
[00:05:19] Excuse me. That is every suite in the
[00:05:22] strip mall. How does that make sense? Is
[00:05:26] he operating out of the grocery store?
[00:05:29] Is he operating out of Panda Express? Is
[00:05:32] he operating his business out of the pet
[00:05:34] dental clinic? Now, if you watch my
[00:05:37] channel, you can tell that I'm a
[00:05:39] conservative, but I do not have a
[00:05:41] problem calling out a Republican if I
[00:05:44] see something that looks shady. And this
[00:05:46] is all allegedly. I don't know if
[00:05:49] anything illegal is happening for sure.
[00:05:51] Maybe there is an innocent explanation
[00:05:53] for all of this. I have never met Jay
[00:05:56] Kaufman, so I cannot speak to whether
[00:05:58] he's an ethical person or not. All I can
[00:06:00] speak to is what these people are
[00:06:02] writing in their financial forms. You
[00:06:04] have to admit that it looks pretty
[00:06:06] strange. It looks like Turning Point is
[00:06:09] sending $1.5 million to a parking lot to
[00:06:13] get picked up by a politician.
[00:06:15] If you remember, Baker Tilly is the
[00:06:18] accounting firm that did the annual
[00:06:19] financial audit. So, they are the ones
[00:06:21] that signed off on Turning Point. They
[00:06:23] give it a clean audit. They said there's
[00:06:25] no problems at Turning Point.
[00:06:28] Well, Baker Tilly, did you look at the
[00:06:31] largest contract?
[00:06:34] They're supposed to do an audit
[00:06:35] procedure to make sure that it's an
[00:06:37] actual company.
[00:06:40] Well, I'm sitting here in the parking
[00:06:42] lot. I'm looking around and I don't see
[00:06:45] a company called 110 LLC.
[00:06:48] So, Baker Tilly, I want to know the
[00:06:51] specific audit procedure that you did to
[00:06:54] ensure that this was a legitimate
[00:06:56] company and not an illegal payment to a
[00:06:59] politician. In a few weeks, Turning
[00:07:01] Point is hosting their biggest event of
[00:07:03] the year, America Fest. All of your
[00:07:06] favorite content creators will be
[00:07:07] showing up in Phoenix, Arizona to give
[00:07:09] speeches. I wonder if any of these
[00:07:12] people have a problem with Turning Point
[00:07:14] sending $1.5 million to a parking lot.
[00:07:19] Are any of them going to address in
[00:07:21] their speech any of the financial
[00:07:23] concerns at Turning Point? Patrick Bet
[00:07:26] David has one of the largest business
[00:07:28] podcasts in the world and he has been a
[00:07:30] major contributor to America fest. He is
[00:07:33] the business guy. Can he explain this to
[00:07:37] us? I would like to hear Patrick Bet
[00:07:40] David give us some kind of business
[00:07:42] scenario which explains why Turning
[00:07:44] Point would send $1.5 million to a
[00:07:47] parking lot. Now, I've noticed a lot of
[00:07:50] comments suggesting that it is
[00:07:52] inappropriate for me to criticize the
[00:07:54] finances of TurningPoint USA.
[00:07:57] Let me explain this for people who may
[00:07:58] not understand. Turning Point receives a
[00:08:02] tax subsidy.
[00:08:04] That is what a 501c3 is. You are paying
[00:08:07] more in taxes so that Turning Point is
[00:08:10] taxexempt. And in general, this is a
[00:08:13] good thing because we want nonprofits
[00:08:16] out in the world doing good things. So,
[00:08:19] we give them this tax benefit. But if
[00:08:21] Turning Point is not doing good in the
[00:08:23] world, if they have problems in their
[00:08:25] financials, if their tax forms are
[00:08:27] missing, maybe they should not get tax
[00:08:30] exempt status. The rich and powerful
[00:08:32] people who run Turning Point are raising
[00:08:34] hundreds of millions of dollars and they
[00:08:36] don't have to pay tax on any of it
[00:08:38] because you watching this video are
[00:08:41] footing the bill.
[00:08:43] So, every American has the right to ask
[00:08:46] questions about Turning Point's
[00:08:47] financials. If you think they look
[00:08:50] shady, you are absolutely justified in
[00:08:53] demanding answers. The other thing I
[00:08:55] mentioned in my last video was the
[00:08:57] missing $8.6 6 million that was
[00:08:59] transferred from TurningPoint USA to
[00:09:01] America's Turning Point. Now we have the
[00:09:03] finances so we can see how that money
[00:09:05] was spent. Just to recap, there are four
[00:09:09] shell companies. Turning Point USA is
[00:09:11] the main one. Then we have Turning Point
[00:09:13] Action, America's Turning Point, and
[00:09:15] Turning Point Endowment. Just as a
[00:09:17] reminder, Tyler Ber is the only paid
[00:09:20] executive listed for America's Turning
[00:09:22] Point. Charlie Kirk is not even listed.
[00:09:26] So, it seems strange to me that in FY24,
[00:09:29] $8.6 million mysteriously got
[00:09:32] transferred out of the main company into
[00:09:34] the Shell Company managed by Tyler Ber.
[00:09:37] When we look at how this money was
[00:09:39] actually spent, it went mainly to
[00:09:41] salaries. And in the last video, I
[00:09:44] mentioned the possibility of ghost
[00:09:46] employees. This is when an organization
[00:09:48] pays people, records it as salary
[00:09:51] expense when those people do not
[00:09:52] actually work for the business.
[00:09:55] So, I want to drill down into this idea
[00:09:57] further. Now, I have to admit that
[00:09:59] salary information can be notoriously
[00:10:01] hard to analyze because people are
[00:10:03] constantly coming and going from an
[00:10:05] organization. For instance, you could
[00:10:08] get a bunch of people hired in the last
[00:10:09] month of the year. Those kind of timing
[00:10:12] issues can cause strange fluctuations in
[00:10:14] your expenses, but you would expect the
[00:10:17] overall trends to make sense. You would
[00:10:19] expect the numbers to be within a
[00:10:21] certain range that is realistic. For
[00:10:23] America's turning point in FY24, we see
[00:10:26] that for the first time they report 24
[00:10:28] employees. This number is reported on a
[00:10:31] calendar year and the expenses are
[00:10:33] reported on a fiscal year ending on 630.
[00:10:36] So let's stagger these out. If their 990
[00:10:40] forms are correct and they had zero
[00:10:42] employees in calendar year 2022, that
[00:10:45] means that the entire salary expense for
[00:10:47] FY23 was related to the first 6 months
[00:10:49] of calendar year 2023.
[00:10:53] They spent $3.7 million in 6 months on
[00:10:57] salaries.
[00:10:59] In my opinion, these numbers are a bunch
[00:11:02] of baloney.
[00:11:03] The math does not work. Let's use the
[00:11:06] most favorable assumptions for America's
[00:11:08] turning point and assume that this
[00:11:10] expense was spread out across the
[00:11:11] largest number of employees. If we
[00:11:14] assume that 24 employees were hired on
[00:11:16] January 1st and worked for 6 months,
[00:11:19] that means that the average annual
[00:11:21] salary of those 24 employees was around
[00:11:24] $300,000.
[00:11:27] That's a lot of money. That is every
[00:11:30] employee at America's Turning Point. It
[00:11:33] could be the secretary.
[00:11:35] I would like to know what that secretary
[00:11:37] is doing that they get a salary of
[00:11:40] $300,000.
[00:11:42] I would like to ask the other employees
[00:11:44] at the other shell companies at Turning
[00:11:46] Point. Are you all making $300,000 a
[00:11:49] year? Because according to the
[00:11:51] financials, somebody is. Now, we don't
[00:11:54] know this for sure. These are just
[00:11:56] assumptions. But I am telling you that
[00:11:58] this is catching my eye as a red flag
[00:12:00] because these are astounding numbers for
[00:12:03] a nonprofit. $8.6 million mysteriously
[00:12:06] gets transferred into the shell company
[00:12:08] managed by Tyler Boyer and it is spent
[00:12:10] on this massively inflated salary
[00:12:13] expense. Again, maybe there is some kind
[00:12:16] of innocent explanation for this, but at
[00:12:19] some point we're going to need a lot of
[00:12:21] explanations.
[00:12:22] One of the board members for Turning
[00:12:24] Point is a guy named Tom Sedeka.
[00:12:27] Ironically, Tom Sedeka was the president
[00:12:29] and CEO of a payroll company. This is
[00:12:33] from a press release on the NASDAQ
[00:12:34] website. From 2003 to 2020, he ran
[00:12:38] Precision Payroll of America where he
[00:12:39] turned that company into a leader in the
[00:12:41] complex, highly regulated world of human
[00:12:44] resources and payroll processing. So,
[00:12:46] let's ask the payroll guy, Tom Sedaka.
[00:12:50] Do you see anything strange with these
[00:12:52] payroll numbers? Now, to understand the
[00:12:55] full picture, it's not just about where
[00:12:57] the money was going to, it's also where
[00:13:00] the money was coming from. When I was
[00:13:02] going through all the new financial
[00:13:04] information, I saw this chart and
[00:13:06] immediately I had a good idea of what
[00:13:09] was going on. This shows revenue going
[00:13:11] into turning point action and you can
[00:13:14] see a gigantic leap in revenues for
[00:13:16] FY24.
[00:13:18] It went from 10.7 million to 27.2
[00:13:21] million. That is over 150% increase in
[00:13:24] one year. An extraordinary achievement
[00:13:27] for a nonprofit.
[00:13:29] What is even more curious is when you
[00:13:31] put this chart side by side with
[00:13:33] TurningPoint USA. Turning point USA
[00:13:36] shows a 4% increase. Remember that
[00:13:39] Turning Point USA is the main
[00:13:41] organization with Charlie Kirk as
[00:13:42] president. Charlie Kirk works a lot less
[00:13:45] on Turning Point Action and Tyler Ber is
[00:13:47] the COO. Do you see what is happening?
[00:13:51] For some reason, in FY24, Turning Point
[00:13:54] got a ton of new donors. But these new
[00:13:57] donors went around Charlie Kirk and into
[00:14:00] the organization where Tyler Ber was the
[00:14:02] COO.
[00:14:04] It's almost like they did not want
[00:14:06] Charlie Kirk to know about it. Now, we
[00:14:10] don't know who these mysterious new
[00:14:11] donors are, but it looks like someone
[00:14:14] was trying to take over MAGA, and they
[00:14:16] were doing it behind Charlie Kirk's
[00:14:18] back. The timing of all of this is very
[00:14:21] important.
[00:14:22] FY24 represents the 12 months ending
[00:14:25] June 30th, 2024.
[00:14:28] Remember what was happening at this
[00:14:30] time.
[00:14:31] This period lines up almost exactly with
[00:14:33] the Republican primary for the 2024
[00:14:36] presidential election. January 15th,
[00:14:39] 2024, Trump wins the Iowa caucuses with
[00:14:42] 51% of the vote. March 5th, 2024, on
[00:14:45] Super Tuesday, Trump wins 14 of 15
[00:14:48] Republican contests. And on the
[00:14:50] following day, Nikki Haley drops out of
[00:14:53] the race. May 30th, 2024, Donald Trump
[00:14:56] was convicted of 34 felony counts in New
[00:14:59] York and it did nothing to reduce his
[00:15:01] popularity. So in FY24, it was becoming
[00:15:05] obvious that Donald Trump was the frontr
[00:15:07] runner in the presidential race. When
[00:15:09] Nikki Haley dropped out, you had all
[00:15:11] these rich and powerful donors who no
[00:15:13] longer had any influence over the
[00:15:15] Republican party. These donors had to
[00:15:18] come up with some new way to infiltrate
[00:15:20] MAGA.
[00:15:22] I think they went to Tyler Ber. You also
[00:15:25] have to remember how busy Charlie Kirk
[00:15:27] was at this time. He was racing all over
[00:15:30] the country trying to get Donald Trump
[00:15:32] elected.
[00:15:34] So if someone at Turning Point was
[00:15:35] working behind his back to steal money
[00:15:37] from the company, this would have been a
[00:15:39] really easy time to do that. But the
[00:15:42] problem with stealing is you can only
[00:15:44] get away with it for so long. Along
[00:15:47] comes the FY24 financial audit. We know
[00:15:50] from the audit letter that it was
[00:15:52] concluded on June 20th, 2025, a few
[00:15:55] months before Charlie Kirk was murdered.
[00:15:58] If someone was trying to hide financial
[00:15:59] information from Charlie Kirk, they
[00:16:01] probably could have gotten away with it
[00:16:03] until June 2025.
[00:16:05] Because what happens at the end of an
[00:16:07] audit is you review all the financial
[00:16:09] information. So, imagine this. A few
[00:16:12] months before Charlie Kirk's murder, he
[00:16:14] is sitting at his desk. He's looking at
[00:16:16] all the FY24 financials side by side and
[00:16:20] he starts to notice some things that are
[00:16:22] funny.
[00:16:23] I think Charlie Kirk started asking
[00:16:25] questions and I also believe this is
[00:16:28] what prompted the memo that he wrote 8
[00:16:30] days before he was murdered. In the
[00:16:33] memo, he appointed a new COO for Turning
[00:16:35] Point USA and requested a Doge style
[00:16:38] audit. Now, for legal reasons, I have to
[00:16:40] say that I do not have any evidence of a
[00:16:42] crime. We would need an investigation of
[00:16:44] the books at Turning Point to know for
[00:16:46] sure. What I am saying is that there are
[00:16:49] red flags in the financials at Turning
[00:16:51] Point and a lot of questions that need
[00:16:53] to be answered. The attorney general of
[00:16:56] Arizona is Chris Maize. She has
[00:16:58] jurisdiction over this situation. Chris
[00:17:01] Maize is most wellknown for trying to
[00:17:03] arrest the Trump electors in Arizona.
[00:17:06] That case fizzled out and did not go
[00:17:08] anywhere. But I have to wonder, is Chris
[00:17:12] May going to look into this? I am
[00:17:15] limited in what I can research because I
[00:17:17] don't have access to Turning Point's
[00:17:18] financials. But the attorney general has
[00:17:21] the authority to go in, look at their
[00:17:23] books, and start throwing people in
[00:17:25] jail. She is responsible for looking
[00:17:28] after the people of Arizona.
[00:17:31] Does it bother her that we have a state
[00:17:33] senator that is allegedly lying on his
[00:17:36] financial disclosure statement? Is she
[00:17:38] concerned that Turning Point is writing
[00:17:40] on their IRS form that they are sending
[00:17:42] $1.5 million to a parking lot? If she
[00:17:47] does not look into this, I would be
[00:17:49] concerned that she is in on the scam. If
[00:17:52] you watch my channel, you know that I am
[00:17:54] a huge fan of Charlie Kirk and it
[00:17:57] destroyed me when he was murdered.
[00:18:00] I want to remind you of a post that he
[00:18:02] made on X.com.
[00:18:04] He posted a video of James O'Keefe
[00:18:07] speaking at last year's America Fest.
[00:18:10] Charlie Kirk wanted us to hear these
[00:18:12] words. Telling the truth in times of
[00:18:15] universal deceit is a revolutionary act.
[00:18:18] It's hard. It's difficult. Even as we
[00:18:21] enter this new era, it will be
[00:18:23] difficult. And that's why the people who
[00:18:26] do that, the few, the very few, are so
[00:18:31] inspirational to us because they do it
[00:18:34] at great personal cost. And in the
[00:18:37] beginning of a fight, a charge, the
[00:18:41] patriot is a brave but rare man. But
[00:18:45] when his cause succeeds, the timid, the
[00:18:48] timid then join him. For at that point,
[00:18:51] it doesn't cost as much to do what he
[00:18:53] does. So in the beginning, we have these
[00:18:55] brave people that act as a catalyst for
[00:18:59] everybody else.
[00:19:00] >> Charlie Kirk wanted everyone to search
[00:19:02] for the truth. If someone at Turning
[00:19:06] Point betrayed Charlie Kirk and is
[00:19:08] stealing money from the organization, we
[00:19:10] should find out who that is, and we
[00:19:13] should do it for Charlie Kirk. Now, I
[00:19:16] want to hear from you. Do you think that
[00:19:18] something suspicious is going on at
[00:19:20] Turning Point USA? Let me know in the
