[00:00:00] Alexander Hamilton warned that foreign
[00:00:02] powers would try to exploit America's
[00:00:04] freedoms to sew divisions inside our
[00:00:06] country. Well, today we are confronting
[00:00:09] a raft of allegations and reports that
[00:00:11] foreign influence and foreign money is
[00:00:14] making its way into the American
[00:00:15] political system and is financing
[00:00:17] activities that is not only destructive,
[00:00:20] detrimental and divisive, but also
[00:00:22] potentially illegal. What organizations
[00:00:24] have been active on the ground in
[00:00:26] Minnesota? What can you tell us? We have
[00:00:29] tracked over $60 million to
[00:00:31] approximately 14 groups, some of them
[00:00:33] national, others on the ground.
[00:00:34] >> Where's this money coming from?
[00:00:36] >> Networks like the Soros network, the
[00:00:38] Arabella funding network, they'll fund
[00:00:40] directly some of these on the ground
[00:00:42] organizations. And we've seen this uh
[00:00:44] happen time and again. It's not just in
[00:00:45] Minnesota. The foreign money is probably
[00:00:47] the most concerning, whether it's from
[00:00:48] Neville Roy Singum or the Swiss
[00:00:50] billionaire Hansorg V. You're telling me
[00:00:52] that protest, quote unquote, protest
[00:00:56] activity we've seen in Los Angeles,
[00:00:57] we've seen in Minnesota, we've seen in
[00:00:59] other places that often turns violent,
[00:01:01] that some of this, maybe much of it, is
[00:01:04] funded by overseas money, including by
[00:01:06] this individual who has ties to the
[00:01:07] Chinese Communist Party. Are the
[00:01:09] majority of these protests spontaneous
[00:01:12] or more organized?
[00:01:14] >> They're highly organized and
[00:01:15] coordinated. They've trained some 30,000
[00:01:18] observers in the middle of the protests.
[00:01:20] How would you describe the tactics that
[00:01:22] are used doxing? We've seen instance of
[00:01:24] violence uh against federal agents. One
[00:01:26] had their finger bitten off and they've
[00:01:28] been pelted with frozen bottles, stones,
[00:01:31] and every other uh type of thing. In
[00:01:33] addition to directly interfering with
[00:01:35] legal law enforcement,
[00:01:37] >> at the same time, more and more
[00:01:39] Americans are rightly concerned about
[00:01:41] the use of their tax dollars and where
[00:01:44] their tax money is being spent around
[00:01:46] the country. If you are a hardworking
[00:01:47] American taxpayer, you must feel so
[00:01:49] taken advantage of. In the last 2 years
[00:01:51] alone, nearly $700 million in cold, hard
[00:01:55] cash was stuffed into suitcases and
[00:01:58] flown out of Minneapolis. 70% of that
[00:02:00] loot flows overseas.
[00:02:02] >> It goes to terrorism. It goes to child
[00:02:04] trafficking. It goes to drugs. That's
[00:02:07] all funded by people like me that pay
[00:02:10] taxes. His tax money is being used to
[00:02:13] buy other people luxury items, cars,
[00:02:16] yachts, whatever else, and is going to
[00:02:18] fund terrorism, child trafficking.
[00:02:19] >> Yes, sir.
[00:02:20] >> A trillion dollar a year on this stuff.
[00:02:23] >> $115 million an hour.
[00:02:26] >> Listen, at the end of the day, this
[00:02:27] hearing is about a simple question. Is
[00:02:29] our government equipped to safeguard
[00:02:31] taxpayer dollars, protect the rule of
[00:02:33] law, and defend our institutions from
[00:02:35] exploitation? Because right now, it sure
[00:02:37] doesn't look like it. And it's time we
[00:02:39] got some answers for the American
[00:02:40] people.
