[00:00:00] It's 2026 and this is not how I wanted
[00:00:04] to kick my new year off, but here we
[00:00:08] are. It's one of those times where I
[00:00:10] need to be honest and transparent with
[00:00:12] you guys cuz I always have been.
[00:00:16] Whenever I make a mistake, I take
[00:00:17] ownership of it and I apologize to those
[00:00:20] that were affected whether I like them
[00:00:22] and respect them or not because that's
[00:00:25] the right thing to do and that's what a
[00:00:27] man does. And so what do I need to talk
[00:00:30] to you about? I need to talk to you
[00:00:31] about the Dan Krenshaw situation. As
[00:00:35] many of you know, uh, he sent me a cease
[00:00:37] and desist, threatened to sue me. I made
[00:00:40] a rebuttal. I invited him on the show.
[00:00:43] Then he challenged me. I accepted. I
[00:00:45] said, "Okay, perfect. January 2nd
[00:00:49] [snorts]
[00:00:49] [clears throat]
[00:00:51] to come on this show, you have to sign a
[00:00:53] release form." Just about everybody
[00:00:56] that's No, let me rephrase that.
[00:00:59] Everybody that's been on this show since
[00:01:01] around episode 10 has signed a release
[00:01:05] form.
[00:01:07] President Trump, JD Vance, Tulsi
[00:01:10] Gabbard, Joe Kent, lots
[00:01:13] of very important people, much more
[00:01:15] important than a congressman have signed
[00:01:18] that release form. Everybody that has
[00:01:20] been interviewed in the new studio has
[00:01:23] signed the exact same release form. So
[00:01:28] Dan Driscoll, Secretary of the Army,
[00:01:30] signed the exact same release form. Mike
[00:01:33] Walsh, former national security adviser
[00:01:35] and ambassador to the UN, signed the
[00:01:39] exact same release form just a few days
[00:01:41] ago. Dan and his attorneys, they don't
[00:01:44] want to sign the release form. They want
[00:01:47] special concessions. We sent them that
[00:01:49] release form on December 26th. They then
[00:01:52] sent a bunch of red lines. We said we're
[00:01:54] not making any special circumstances or
[00:01:57] modifying our release form for the
[00:02:01] congressman. I'm sorry that's not going
[00:02:03] to happen. But we will make some special
[00:02:05] concessions for his protection on
[00:02:08] another document and send that over.
[00:02:11] Well, they have yet to sign either one
[00:02:15] of those documents. I have to have those
[00:02:17] documents signed to interview somebody.
[00:02:20] Everybody's done it.
[00:02:24] I talked to my attorney. I said, "I
[00:02:27] think this is what's going to happen.
[00:02:29] They are going to wait until close of
[00:02:32] business on New Year's Eve to send some
[00:02:36] type of a communication in hopes that we
[00:02:38] don't get it because who the hell is
[00:02:40] checking their email at 10:00 at night
[00:02:44] on New Year's Eve?" Well, guess what? We
[00:02:46] get an email at 10 o'clock at night from
[00:02:49] Dan's campaign manager on New Year's Eve
[00:02:53] where the next day is a national holiday
[00:02:55] and nobody's behind their decks. And the
[00:02:58] next day it's game day. It's interview
[00:03:01] time.
[00:03:02] They said, "We're booked. We've booked
[00:03:05] the hotel that you've recommended. Will
[00:03:07] somebody be there to pick us up?" There
[00:03:09] was no mention
[00:03:11] of the release forms.
[00:03:14] So, here's what's going to happen.
[00:03:15] They're going to come here and they're
[00:03:17] going to make a big stink on how I
[00:03:18] didn't interview them and how I was
[00:03:20] scared to interview them or whatever,
[00:03:22] but they're hiding behind the paperwork.
[00:03:25] And so now
[00:03:27] this is what's going to happen. Dan, I
[00:03:30] am now redacting my invitation for you
[00:03:33] to come on my show. I gave you the
[00:03:36] opportunity to be a man.
[00:03:38] You didn't take it. I gave you the
[00:03:41] opportunity to speak to five and a half
[00:03:44] million people
[00:03:46] and prove to them that you are not
[00:03:48] insider trading.
[00:03:51] That's a [ __ ] gift.
[00:03:54] I might add a gift that not very many
[00:03:58] people get and you turned it down.
[00:04:03] I'm not going to interview you now. I
[00:04:05] don't play games. I handle [ __ ] like a
[00:04:08] man. You know, here's another thing.
[00:04:13] When we talked to your campaign manager,
[00:04:16] they said, "Oh, we send a lot of these
[00:04:19] letters out and usually this takes care
[00:04:22] of it." Now, I told everybody what,
[00:04:26] about a week, two weeks ago, this is
[00:04:28] what you do, Dan. You're a bully. You
[00:04:31] bully people into submission. Anybody
[00:04:34] that scrutinizes you, you send them a
[00:04:36] nasty gram and you threaten to sue them.
[00:04:39] And that works. Unfortunately, it didn't
[00:04:41] work on me. And so for my audience, what
[00:04:45] I've done is I've just exposed how much
[00:04:48] of a bully Dan Krenshaw is. So from now
[00:04:51] on, if you want to scrutinize
[00:04:53] Congressman Dan, this is what's going to
[00:04:56] happen. You're going to get a harshly
[00:04:58] written letter threatening to sue you if
[00:05:01] you don't take the content down and make
[00:05:05] a public apology
[00:05:07] and then that's it because Dan doesn't
[00:05:09] have the courage to actually do anything
[00:05:11] else.
[00:05:14] So don't worry, you're not going to get
[00:05:16] sued. You've been exposed, Dan.
[00:05:20] Bye.
